I bought a 2016 mini cooper from Drive America and I drove it for a month and it has been in the service department of where I live for over a month. It has a blown head gasket and a muffler that is falling off. It can be fixed but now I am looking at $3000 to have it fix and that is after the so called extended warranty. I have contacted drive America and am currently trying to get them to pay for the repairs.

Drive America is a great car company and staff are very respectful and friendly and helpful. I'd prefer this place to anyone who is looking for a nice vehicle I really like (Chunk) aka Mike and Brandon they are great folks there.

This place lies so bad bought a jeep and put a lot of money into it so far and come to find out it had been in an accident. Drive America said it wasn't they lie, lie lie to women so bad. So i suggest don't ever go here. Drive America was terrible when it was on arsenal st. I should have known better. I don't even like giving 1 star

This place has provided the worse service experience I have ever had with a car dealership from purchase to now. purchased a vehicle from them in December first red flag was they did not have the title for the new vehicle, and when promised there would be no issue with the DMV we received a suspension for lapse of insurance as they were not able to transfer plates and had us remove insurance off the original vehicle. January comes around and is in the shop for a week due to the windshield leaking into the fuse panel causing it to freeze and destroy the panel, march comes along and it is still raining into the vehicle as they did not fix the windshield correctly and caused a crack just below the seal which they refused to fix and advised me to put on my insurance. April comes along and I go to change the rear brakes and 2 wheel bearings well the lug nut is so corroded on that I had to break the stud off in order to get the tire off again they did nothing to fix this situation. Now check engine light is on, a third wheel bearing is bad and a whole list of electrical issues that they refuse to take care of it s as if they never looked at this vehicle prior to selling it. Would not recommend giving them any of your money,

Bought a car last September and unfortunately nothing but problems since whole underneath was rusted so bad I had to completely redo the underneath, everything to do with brakes replaced, had to put a new alternator and bunch more also only came with one key I was told I had to buy another one for 300+ dollars also had to buy brand new tires as it came with bald tires and was told they were fine I ve put 7,000 dollars into my car so far and bought it for 140000. Just haven t had the best luck with this vehicle purchased through them

My self and my fiance have never been so mentally drained from a car or place in are life. Only had it month and half and already put $800 into it after I was told over and over nothing was wrong with it mind you I'm paying an arm and leg for this SUV. The entire reason I got the car was to have a reliable car for my family and it's been one thing after another with it. We will be doing business elsewhere for a truck.

I was looking for a good used vehicle. After researching a few online sites I decided to go to Drive America. I was greeted by Cam, a salesman there. We sat down and really took a little time talking about what I needed and could afford. Cam was fantastic, he asked really good questions about what I was looking for and needed in a used car. After he got a little more information, we went out and looked at several vehicles. I ended up test driving 3 cars and found myself really liking an Impala that he had suggested. We worked on getting the price where I needed to be and Cam got really close. I was still just a little uncertain and Cam suggested that he go talk to his boss to see what else could be done. In just a couple minutes the Sales Manager came out and talked to me. He was able to get the price within just a couple dollars a month of my budget and I was so excited to be able to get the car. I thought everyone should know how great these guys are at Drive America. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and they didn't treat me like I was stupid for sticking to my price. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to find a good used car and a good bunch of people to deal with.

I came here about three weeks ago to buy a used car. The staffs here were so friendly. When I arrived in the lobby, I was approached by two salesman (Romeo & Cam). The two salesman were very professional and Cam gladly told me that Romeo will be helping me out. I knew exactly what I wanted and Romeo respected that and didn't try to sell me another car that was more expensive. Al, the sales manager, came and greeted me in the process. I got a used Honda Accord for way below the sticker price. I'm glad I decided to come to Drive American. It was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I wanted a used car but I also was looking for quality as well as great customer service. I decided to visit Drive America since my friends had given me a good review about them. I was very please as I was greeted right away by their lovely staff. It wasn't long before Romeo the salesman was showing me around. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. I am please that I was able to purchase a vehicle within my price range. I would recommend Drive America to everyone! I hope to do business again and hopefully next year to buy my husband a nice vehicle too. Thank you Drive America for making feel like a customer that you actually cared about and not just a number!

Wow, Drive America is as good as all of my friends have said. My wife and I went in to our local Drive America and met the A! sales Manager. We spoke for about twenty minutes about the type of vehicle we were looking for. He introduced us to Romeo the salesman on duty. We looked for about an hour and found the perfect vehicle for us. We were going to use our own financing but, Garth, the Financial Manager, introduced us to the various financing plans that were available. Took us just a couple of minutes to select the financing plan that met our needs. All told, we had less then two hours with the Drive America folks and out the door we went with a great 2012 Ford Edge. Want an outstanding car buying experience? If so, find your nearest Drive America store. You will be glad you did.

I was impressed by the service provided Drive America. I bought a used 2008 Honda Civic from them this summer. It is an amazing experience. Romeo is very helpful and more important, very honest. He even pointed a very small problem on the car's window that I totally didn't notice. He offers 100-dollar discount for this minor problem. The price is very good compared with other used car dealer. The quality of their cars is good, some of them are in the same quality level with those "certificated pre-owned" ones, but the prices is much better. If you want to buy a used car, I will definitely recommend Drive America. They also have rich selections for you.

Can't do 0 stars.Went and looked at cars. Told the sales person what I was looking for and was trying to put me in a vehicle make that I clearly said I did not want. Others I know did purchase from them and have had nothing but problems with their vehicles. Will never recommend them.

I was so nervous about purchasing a new car but Drive America did everything right in helping me through this process. I had done some research online beforehand about the types of automobiles I was interested in but don't know a whole lot about cars. Romeo (salesman) was super nice and very knowledgeable about all the cars I inquired about and helped me find the car that was most suitable to my needs. I don't have the best credit but not only did I get a car with affordable monthly payments, but I left with a new Mini Cooper and I couldn't be happier!

I just bought my first car from Drive America.I was nervous at first because I had heard salesmen can be tricky but the entire staff at Drive America made my first experience a positive one.From the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly by the salesmen and was treated with respect.They worked with me until we arrived at a price we both could agree on and I left the lot with my very first car! Couldn't have been happier with the place!!

I have a fantastic experience with Driver America! The salesman listened to my requests and even offered ideas that I didn't think about. I was looking for a Chevy Trailblazer in deep red. The only one they had on their lot was white. I did test drive it and was shocked. It rode perfectly and even Ken, the salesman, said that he was interested in purchasing it for himself. The General Manager, Bob Woods worked with me in great deal to get all the paperwork filled out completely. They even allowed me to take the truck home for the night and come back in the morning to finish the paperwork. I was so happy with their assistance and the whole experience made me feel very comfortable. I definitely give them an A+++++++!! Perfect!!!!

I recently went to Drive America to just look around. I was in the market for a used car but I was having a really hard time finding the right car within my budget. Romeo was very helpful and patient with me. He explained all of the options within my price range and the features of each one instead of just trying to sell me a car that had the highest price. I would recommend drive America to anyone who is in the market for a car. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not make me feel pressured.

I had heard about Drive America from a friend who bought a car there a few months ago and decided to check it out. I was a little unsure at first about buying a used car but one of the salesmen, Cam was very helpful and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I ended up getting a great deal on a 2011 Toyota Corolla. Overall, a very nice car selection and friendly staff who don't try and take advantage of you. I'd definitely recommend it.

I had a great experience dealing with Drive America! I have recently been in a car accident, in which my car was completely totaled so I was in search of another vehicle. I thought it was going to be a torturous task, but Cam, one of the salesman, made it such an easy process. My previous vehicle was a 2004 dodge neon, but I was looking for something a bit bigger. I ended up purchasing a 2006 chevy equinox for well under the book value. I'm so happy with my new vehicle and couldn't have done it without Cam and Drive America!

I love Drive America. I accidentally stumbled upon this dealership, when I was on the way to complete a drive test at another one. As soon as I entered the office, I was greeted with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. Justin, the sales representative who was helping me was extremely inquisitive and quickly figured out what kind of car I was looking for. We test drove 4 vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable on their features and answered every single question I had. A couple hours later, I drove away in my beautiful new Audi!!

I went to Drive America, unsure of exactly what kind of car I wanted. It was my first time buying a car fr myself. The staff there was so friendly and informative, they helped me make sense of buying a car. With the help of Al, I picked out a 2009 Honda Civic. So far my car has been running great, I'm so happy with my decision to go to Drive America. I would definitely reccomend it to anyone.

I went for a routine oil change. My car never leaked oil before I took it there. I got my vehicle back and went back to work. When I got off I came outside and noticed a pool of oil under my car. So I called them back and they told me to bring my car back in. They tried to tell me that my oil pan was cracked before I gave it to them and then proceeded to charge me $215 to fix what the cracked on top of refilling my oil.These ppl are crooks. I would not recommend maintenance service from them whatsoever.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car at Drive America! After telling Romeo what I was looking for (a reliable SUV that I can get the kids in and is good in the snow) he put me behind the wheel of a wonderful Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I didn't buy the car on my first visit he politely gave me his business card and told me to contact him if I changed my mind. He never pressured me to buy and showed me cars that fit right in with what I was looking for. After I picked out the car I sat down with Garth and he worked out a deal I couldn't believe! I felt like I had just robbed the place! I'm definitely heading back to Drive America for my next used car.

I am usually not one to write reviews about a company on the internet, but this is one of those rare cases. My wife and I, apprehensive to buy a new car in this economy, recently decided to visit Drive America anyhow because of all the great things we've heard about them from friends. Salesman Romeo and the Sales Manager Al, from the time we arrived, did all that they could to answer our questions and work with us given our personal financial situation and questions about buying a new car. Today, we are happy to be driving a new car, and I just want others to know that they can count on Drive America to deliver a quality deal that's good for your family.

I called up this place to see if I can set up an appointment for the weekend with one of their car salesmen, and they were more than accommodating to set me up an appointment that is suitable to my work schedule. During that weekend, I was able to get a used 2004 Volkswagen Beetle that was within my price range and theirs. The car salesman Jeremy was very kind, sociable, and understanding. If you are looking for a used car that is within your budget, this is definitely the place to be. They will make you feel welcome and in the right hands.

First off, I love the idea of a new car, but I am not a fan of car dealerships. However, I sucked it up and drove over to DRIVE AMERICA - well, I should say my car putted it. It's been on its way out for a while. Anyhow, I got out, browsed the cars in the lot. I really didn't know what I was looking for. I was there just to browse. Well let me tell you, I left with a used Honda Civic, in mint condition for a decent price. I kid you not. I wasn't bombarded by salespeople the minute I walked it. For once, Drive America rocks for that reason alone. Then I went in and ended up speaking with Cam, and he's the second reason Drive America rocks! He was so knowledgeable of the cars that I was interested in, and took time to show me each one. I was taking up quite a bit of his time. I even stated I wasn t looking to buy anything and he STILL took a lot of time out of his day to give me some info. That s pretty awesome. He could have easily left to go help another customer, a potential buyer. Granted, I ended up getting my new fabulous Honda Civic anyways, and I love it. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place. Get your car there!
