My front end got smashed, so I took my truck to the original shop where I bought my truck and they acted like they wanted nothing to do with me. So I came here to Davidson and was treated great every step of the way. They were very fast with getting all the parts needed, and kept me updated with progress through email and text. My repair was roughly 3 weeks which is very fast for the amount of damaged I had inside and out. I never had an accident before and my insurance was making it a nightmare for me since I was hit by a military plow which complicated things, and the ladies in the front office really helped me out with all of that.

After a deer hit my truck was taken to Davidsons collision. The staff there is super friendly and they got me back on the road quickly. Best part is you can't even tell there was any damage done. Great people and great work highly recommended.

When my car was hit I thought what am I going to do then found Davison Collision of Watertown, NY. Called them got me right in and then ordered what was needed then got my Jeep back to normal. They were very helpful and the communication was great. They called and text with updates which was nice to be able to see an update quick while at work and not have to take a call. I can t thank them enough.

They did an amazing job! After I hit a deer on the highway and caused significant damage to my vehicle, I was in search of a place to do the repairs. I got in touch with Davidsons and they were able to book me for an appointment. Throughout the process they communicated with me every other day to keep me updated. The repair was done within a week and half and the best text came through today that it was done! The jeep looks brand new and they even wiped out the inside to give it a fresh like new feel. Thank you all so much!!

Kaitlyn at Davidson paid special attention to detail and went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful difficult situation. The staff were professional and so genuine! I literally cried and hugged her! You won t find this customer service anywhere else. Very rare! My vehicle looks brand new, everything was taken care of, rental vehicle they even stayed after hours to help me during a snow storm! God bless the staff! Can t thank you enough

I brought my rogue in for some insurance repair and the staff was super friendly! I got updates every other day on the status of my car and it was completed in a timely manner consistent with the timeline they gave me. Absolutely recommend!

Would not recommend AT ALL. They kept my car for 4.5 weeks and kept delaying it and had excuse after excuse. When I finally got my car back, they didn t hook up all the wires that they undid resulting in me taking it to Honda. Then a month later we realized the moonroof wasn t hooked back up either due to their negligence and had to take it back to Honda. Three months later, my husband put the sun visor down and moved it to block sun and the whole thing fell off while he was driving. This could have resulted in an accident. They didn t even reattach something as simple as that back properly. Makes me fearful to drive my car with my young child. Can t wait to see what s next that they forgot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Davidson's Collision of Watertown is simply the best game in town for auto-body work. Staff is professional and friendly. Final product is flawless. I like the fact that they provide status updates several times a week so you know what to expect as your vehicle goes through the tear-down and repair process. Even though they worked to repair outside damage on my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that the interior had been cleaned as well. I've used them twice for this vehicle (animal/road debris damage) and the experience was seamless both times. Great people!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They have had my Jeep for over 3 weeks for repair. Multiple mistakes, ordering wrong parts and reaching out seems to be hard for them. If they cant reach out to you they will wait for you to reach out to them.

Davidson Collision did amazing work! They ended up getting my car in earlier than I was quoted from other places. They always kept in touch with me about the progress of my vehicle. When the parts came in they finished the work fast and it was great work! I would definitely recommend them!

My accident happened in December and the car was taken in beginning of January. So first off a whole month of waiting. Second the collision work took 2 months before I even got a phone call and had to call for updates about every week or two. Third, when I finally got the chance to get the car sure the outside looked good, but looks can be deceiving. I still had issues with the car the steering wheel was more rough than it was, the advanced lighting gauge came on, and the check Engine light came on the same night I drove it out of the lot. Not to mention a loose reflector and a bumper cover popped off, as well as a loose sensor error. I called and had to take the car back 2 times with them taking even more insurance money! They failed to fix the gauge and just said oh well, it looks like a corroded wire. Well thanks! (sarcasm!) I m sure there s some POL products that can brush off corrosiveness or rust. Any issues I ve had came after the accident AND their shop. After numerous attempts at calling them to see if we can correct the faults I ve simply been blown off like the cheapest cigar. Just another Watertown trash establishment if you ask me. I am very displeased disappointed with my experience.

This is the worse collision place you could possibly go to! I do not recommend. My car came back to me with more mechanical problems than when I brought it there that they are now refusing to fix! I ve been dealing with this for FIVE months now and my car spent several of those months in their shop! 7K in repairs and they are nothing but rude as well!

I m not sure if they do quality work or not. It took them almost 3 months just to tell us our vehicle was totaled. Seems to me like they were just trying to make money off the insurance company, and never intended to fix the vehicle. After all that time, multiple estimates, and a substantial amount of parts ordered, they said the vehicle could not be safely repaired. Shops like that are part of the reason insurance rates are so high. I feel like if they had done a thorough first, or even second estimate we could have had an answer quicker, and moved on with our lives.Service: Body & Trim

I am very happy with my experience. All employees were very helpful, professional and friendly. The work was done within the timeframe stated and looks great. I needed to have a ding in my door repaired and repainted. The new paint blends great with the original. My car was even completely cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! Just getting past winter, my floor mats and carpets were a disaster from the salt and dirt. They now look brand new. I am a very happy customer!

I had my car stuck here for 2 months. I understand being understaffed and COVID but it was so inconvenient. I was thankful to receive a loaner car from them. A few days after receiving my car it would not start and I had to call roadside assistance only to be told my battery cables were not hooked on correctly prior to me receiving it back. Also my car was not given an alignment prior to being returned. Friendly front desk people but not satisfied with the way the car was given back.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car here after it was damaged in an accident. They were a little booked out, but that s not their fault. If anything, it just goes to show that everyone must want to bring their vehicles here to get repaired. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. They got me linked up with my rental car in no time at all. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but if it means that they are doing the job the right way, then I m not going to complain at all. They even went as far as detailing my vehicle, inside and out! I never would ve expected that. The repairs look amazing. I would definitely go back to them any time to get my vehicle repaired.

Brought my jeep here for front end damage after it was backed into and they completed the repair same day! Super friendly people and even acted as go between for my rental coverage with Enterprise.
