If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever with a car dealership. My husband was told his truck would be fixed within a week and it past that week and he's in the military an is supposed to be on leave but needs his truck, he can't take his rental out of NY to PA. They said a manager would call and never received a call. They can't even give him an ETA on when his truck will be ready. I wouldn't use them ever again an will advise people to use a different place unless they like being lied to and there time not being valued.

Please please do not go here!! Have bought 3 new cars with them and had problems with each one of them. Office staff super rude, once you purchase they don t care about the customer. The manager tells you something and the repair guy is telling you something else, they all try covering them self. They are supposed to be Veteran friendly they only want your money.

My appt was at 2:30 they didn't take my car til 3 someone double booked not my problem took 2 1/2 for a diagnostic not happy about that then it's closing time have to go back another day to get it fixed not happy about that I don't live local
