Walked in expecting to get booked an appointment and be told to order parts and everything. Nope! The guy had everything I needed there and did it in the spot! Big Apple Music didn t even want to touch the stereo I wanted to install because it was some cheap Chinese brand. Chug hopped on it right away and got everything working, also didn t charge me for a buuunch of the extra parts I needed and he just had them laying around, so didn t need to wait for a later appointment or parts on order. Amazing! These guys helped when no one else would- within a day, and really cheaply. Very Knowledgable - knew their stuff. Beyond nice group of people. I can t say enough about how great my experience was.Back story: I was having issues with my car starter 2-way key fob after I had my battery tested and charged with a routine maintenance repair. Viper support tried to help me pair it over the phone and discovered the remote was faulty and needed in person service. Original installer doesn t have a technician any longer. That place told me no one around here could help me, that I had to drive three hours away for repair or wait 45 days for repair an hour away With a warranty current on it. The fob kept locking me out of my car for days..couldn t get in with my key either. Had to park my car with my windows down and tarp it if it rained. Called five places. Went four places. Was told by all that I needed to go to the place three hours away that also wanted $200 down to diagnose it with the warranty I had.Frustrated, I drove around yesterday until I found Chudman s Audio on a google search and drove there with no notice. The guy that talked to me actually had a conversation with me and took a look at my car. His technician wasn t in until today, but he still went out and checked out what was going on. He saw that I also had the one way/one button remote that I ve never used because I was told upon purchase it only started the car and didn t unlock the doors, and was advised to also buy the two-way remote (which I do love). This nice man at Chudman s quickly showed me that the one-way also unlocked the car if I started it first. Then today the nice man called to tell me they have time available if I wanted to come out. I drove out and he spent a long time with me. They checked multiple things and quickly discovered that the battery inside had come loose and suddenly everything was working like new again. He also taught me how to fix settings on my custom audio install that I never knew how to fix. Then he didn t even ask for payment- I had to ask him what I could pay him for helping me.I LOVE customizing my car. The last place I used I paid thousands over a year to add a ridiculous amount of speakers, multiple amps, subwoofer, radio, harnesses, battery support, etc. also have an aftermarket racing chip, intake system, etc. I regret paying that last place now.There is more I want to do to my car, and this is by far the only place I will go to now, and encourage others to as well. I m not clear in the full scope of work they do, but they were down to earth, honest, helpful, and spent time with a stressed out woman that walked in without an appointment while they were busy. It was dinner time and they were still trying to eat lunch. The phone was ringing like crazy and he multitasked without being rude to anyone, and juggled it all with a smile. I felt horrible taking up their time without an appointment but he kept saying no problem, and he genuinely seemed like he was happy to help and had great conversation. You can even play pool and get a snack while you wait, or check out the stereos and music. 100% great place that I never knew existed and a small business I look forward to supporting.Service: Electrical

A great job, down to earth people. Chud has alot of knowledge and will get the job taken care of and is fair with pricing.
