Bought a mower / snowblower here. They have been awesome to work with ever since. Any issue I've had they worked with me to find a solution not just to bring it to them to charge higher rates but many times talked me through the solution.

Excellent place with excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help with a repair on my mower. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and hard working. They made the entire process easy!

I called Cazenovia and told them that I needed some maintenance type work done on my aging lawn mower. I had it dropped off and 2 days later they called and said it was ready to go...and about$30 under the package price quoted. I am very pleased. Have used them for years and will continue!

I bought a lawn tractor a few months back and the salesman was excellent. Unfortunately, the product did not hold up. However, the service depart was right on point. They took care of my issue in a reasonable amount of time (under factory warranty) and the mower seems to working great..... I'll keep you updated from time to time.

Just purchased a Brand New 1025R. From the sales room, to the service desk all the way to the back to the shop my experience was 10/10! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and just all around great people. I highly Recommend this dealership! Brandon was my salesman and he did a phenomenal job!

I want to say I had a great experience dealing with Cazenovia Equipment, I had never been there before and needed my tractor tire repaired. Great customer service from the gentleman who took my tire and the front desk gentleman who help me with the washer and cotter pin thank you guys. I will definitely recommend your company.

Had a couple of bad experiences at other dealers walked into cazinovia and was treated very well my salesman Dave Forman was absolutely the best showed me equipment that would suit my needs easy financing experience was great. Proud owner of a John deere lawn tractor

I'm a truck driver. I picked up a tractor to take to Nebraska. The roads were bad Monday after I spent the weekend at this facility. The permit office was closed due to MLK holiday. I idled all this time and my air dryer froze up. The men in the shop went out of their way to put my truck in their shop to thaw it out. Plus put a salamander heater to blow on frozen air dryer. I got thawed out and was able to leave Wed morning. To bad 5 stars is all they offer. I'd give 10. Thanks guys.

I just purchased a brand new 3038E through the Watertown store, this is the second machine I have purchased through Cazenovia equipment. This experience started out rough as I originally had a salesman that didn't seem to be out for my best interest and pushed his own opinions on me. After talking with another salesman (Brandon) I decided to make a deal through him. He was extremely helpful and patient, as I was very indecisive about what I wanted to purchase. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable I would reccomend him to anyone looking to buy from this store!

The folks at Cazenovia go above and beyond to help you -- or at least they did for me and my John Deere Tractor Mower. I'm really impressed with their service and integrity. We're lucky to have them here in Watertown.

I like this John Deere dealer for their parts service. They seem to usually have the parts in stock for my 22 year old garden tractor. However one time I was looking for a bigger deck and was told it was no longer available. I found the part number at John Deere.com and it was available. I ordered it from a different deer dealer. If they can't look up parts correctly they don't need my money. Got it shipped for free so learn to read your parts tools.

Great customer service. Called Lauren and told him my a/c wasn't performing as it should and he directed me to the a/c filter and after cleaning it good as new.
