At first I was super happy to have met them, they were quick to get my car in, listen to what happened they got him fixed relatively quick, so once again I was ecstatic. Until I realized that they didn t check my battery even though my serpentine belt was completely busted and they had to replace my alternator upon further examination of my car they broke the lever that you use for the hood release, were jerks about the entire thing, and then they broke the plastic brackets that held the ring around my front headlight and my hood won t latch properly. We called and called they denied having done anything even though they were suppose to order a new release since they broke it, they said my car was wrecked. The inside sure it looks like I live in my car however the cosmetic work on the outside was perfect, and my hood shut.

I paid $1800 for him to fix my car and get it to pass inspection. I got it back months later, all the issues weren't fixed and it didn't have all the parts. He did pass the inspection but told me he'd call me to come back in to put the last of the parts on. The check engine light was still on when I picked it up. He never called. Here we are 7 months later. I texted him, he ignored me.

Hands down the best shop around. Honest and reliable. real people!! That actually care. Wayne the owner.. Replaced the motor in my car took it in for me within 2 days of talking to him and had it back to me in 3 days. Most shops dont even replace motors!! This man knows what hes doing! 1## in the area for sure!

Knowledgeable and Fair!I left my 75 Ford under the care of bones for a few weeks and they managed to accomplish everything needed to get my truck back on the road. Wish I would have went to Bones 1st before I went to those other mechanics. Recommended over all other mechanics in Watertown, fort drum, and the area.

I took my car in due to some concerning noises coming from the front passenger suspension. Martin said he tightened up a sway bar and I didn't owe him a cent. An honest, down to earth business man. Give him your business. PS, I'm heading back over with a pizza to say thanks!

Got car in and out in no time. Price was considerably lower than other shops estimates as well as much better customer service. 10/10 would use again.

I had to get my car in today...emergency fix. Ended up at Bone's Automotive in Watertown. Blown away....only place that didn't treat me in a condescending way, overcharge, or try and push me out til next month. Would highly recommend!!!!!

I just called to ask for a quote and the man who answered the phone didn't even check.. He gave me an estimate off the top of his head and had the worst attitude... When hanging up i said " okay thank you" and he just sighed loudly into the speaker and hung up... would not recommend!!!!!!!
