I went up north to buy a Tundra. Mariah was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She was patient to let me test drive the truck as much as I felt the need to. I will be recommending her to friends and family. Brian was the guy who did the financing and was very helpful. Both were very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle. It s worth the drive even from Syracuse.

Buying this vehicle is my best experience yet. This is my seventh vehicle I ve bought brand new and Jason and the crew treated me very well and I felt like I got a deal. I didn t have buyers remorse after I purchased it.

For 30 years I have never met a honest salesman until I went to Bob Johnsons Waterville dodge dealer. Bob was my salesman he was great no pressure, honest, listened to me and worked with me to find me a vehicle I love.He wanted to make my dreams come true and he did . Joanne internet sales she followed me through and I went to buy a car because of her. Bob asked me if he could help me as soon as I entered, he was so pleasant to work with. Calm , kind , honest. That is what we all want! . So go see the team. Manager and the middle man in sales are also great. They work with you and listen to you. Love love my new ram 2500.Thanks . Great team work I drove hours to get to a dealer that didn t pressure me to buy.Bob even offered to Finish my transaction over the phone and he would bring me my truck. It was washed detailed and sitting out front when I arrived. Awesome experience. Thanks I will continue to come back.Tamela

After buying this lovely truck from this dealership the service manager Victor and my sales rep Dknowlton told me the gap insurance is included in my contract. After speaking with the finance company I was informed that this dealership blatantly LIED to my face!!

Read a lot of reviews about Bob Johnson Dodge Jeep Ram in Watertown, NY. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe I would have a decent experience. I talked to Bailey, who seemed a little new, but she was overall great to deal with. I had a truck in mind that they had for sale, and they got the keys for me to test drive. I absolutely loved the truck and was exactly what I was looking for. I arrive back and the sales manager comes over to me and tells me that that specific truck was already sold and went through financing before. They tried offering me another truck that was a different style for the same price, which was nice regarding what had happened. I ended up going to Bob Johnson Volkswagen down the road who had the truck style I wanted and even price matched the botched sale on the Jeep/Ram dealership. Heavily advise to not go here, seems very disorganized.

Was bounced around between different sales members. Going on over an hour for a simple scheduled test drive. Unattended paperwork left on desks with all other's information. Got 7+calls adamantly having us to come to see this truck. Truck was not ready, no test drive. Staff was sassy because we showed up and we weren't "their lead". called an hour and a half prior, special trip to visit and test drive. Would rate lower if I could, will not be doing business, Thank you, no thank you.

My family and I have been going to them for years for either purchasing a vehicle or work on vehicles. We love Patrick Eley he will ALWAYS take care of you! Everyone is extremely welcoming and nice. Love it there wouldn t recommend any other place.

Oh where to start. Bought the truck January 22nd got 5 miles down road and notified them about a clunking sound they said drive it it s under warranty so I did. The truck has been back 2 times for the lower ball joint and still haven t been fixed when they told me they fixed it. Also notified them about a heat shield that fell down and they just zip tired it. Also notified them above an oil leak from turbo tube. They said they fixed that the first time well still leaking. I have called 50 plus times in almost 3 months to get my vehicle fixed right and they don t want to fix the vehicle right. They never return calls. They tell you it s fixed and I drove 5 hrs round trip to pick up and nothing was done. I definitely wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

My husband brought my jeep in & was beyond impressed with the service. Rebecca was incredible as well as the service tech! Honestly we haven t heard the best reviews about Bob Johnson from others so we were really hesitant about bringing it in but they went above & beyond! We were MORE than pleased & will be definitely be coming back for all future needs!

It s a pity that google doesn t give me the option to give them zero stars. I have taken my 2020 jeep wrangler a total of 4 times to this business to have them repair a oil leaking from the rear pads seal of the transmission and the engine. The 4 times they have called me to tell me that the car is ready and that the problem has been solved and the 4 times I have had to return because the problem has not been solved, on the contrary, the oil leaking is worse. The last time I went they told me that they could try to solve the problem one more time but that they couldn't give me a rental car they practically left me without opinions because how am I going to go to work if I don't have a car to move around. In addition, the army will be moving me to San Antonio Texas in a few weeks and I would need to send my Car to San Antonio and they tell me that they cannot do that for me. as I said before they have left me without options. The last thing one of the managers said to me very disrespectful that if I didn't want to work with them anymore I could go to another place. another employee told me that the solution for me could be to trade in my car They really haven't put in the effort to fix my car. I feel a very high level of discrimination in this place. you serve member of the USA army I know what it is to serve the community and treat people with dignity and this place really does not have the slightest bit of dignity for its customers. they just don't care. I feel cheated and very discriminated by this place. I wish you the best in the world because I know that God's justice will one day reach you

Main issue is about how petty, aggressive, ignorant, and rude Nathan is. I went in today, 30 Dec 23, with my friend so she can buy a car. She said her top end was $300-$400 a month. She selected a 2022 vehicle (used) that theoretically still had some of warranty left, plus the 60 day dealership warranty. After dealing with issues with a name change, we went back to with Nate/Nathan who discussed the different packages (gold/platinum/silver/etc). He explained it to my friend and she saw that the price was then going to be $450-500 a month. She asked several questions and I told her I purchased gold on my jeep and had not used it in three years. Nate said that s lucky. I ended up saying my friend doesn t want to commit to that care plan. Nate said who is making that decision you or her (me or my purchaser friend). My friend then said she was making that decision. Nate followed up with so if you drive off and get into an issue, you will pay for the repairs? My friend said yes, and Nate escorted us back to the sales rep. After a while and more issues with my friends name change, they all finally had all of the paperwork. In the paperwork, Nate left a very rude message that said if anything happens to my vehicle, since my friend that was with me influenced me not to take advantage of protecting my $21,000 investment, she should assume responsibility for repairs. It was ignorant, aggressive, petty, and clearly shows Nate had a temper tantrum because he didn t get the sale on the care warranty. That is not how those in customer service should act, especially since my friend was already near the top end of her budget and those car plans would have been an extra $100+ a month. And my friend made that decision herself, and she is more than able to explain why she wasn t going to purchase the extra package. The dealership should not try and pressure someone to go $100 over their budget just to make a sale.

Very pleasant experience , purchased a nicer newer car at a fair price. A fair trade in value and home delivery included. It was a very simple hassle free experience. Will definitly keep this dealer in mind for future purchases.

The customer service at Bob Johnson s is hands down the best! They are fast, efficient and always care enough to ask about your experience. If things are NOT exactly the way you think they should be-they make it right! I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle!

I was told that they have a shuttle service to Drop me back to work I sat and I sat and every five minutes they tell me he ll be here in five minutes took over an hour and he never showed up so I had to call someone to come and pick me up. Was a total waste of time , very Disappointing. I wish they were upfront with telling we what to expect I would have planned accordingly.

The experience I had at Bob Johnson's was satisfying. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, answered every question and brought us thru the whole process painless. This is the second vehicle I have leased thru Bob Johnson's with my salesman Stan and plan on continuing thru the years.

Although the service department worker was friendly and helpful, my car was NOT fixed. I purchased four new tires recently and two of them leak. The service department told me nothing was wrong, but I still need to add air every 3-4 days. I also had my sun/moon roof replaced due to leaking and it still has water in there. I recorded the sound, the service department heard the noise on the recording, I also explained when it happens and again was told they can t find anything wrong. Very irritated and NOT pleased with the situation.

Incompetent staff. Lost keys to their vehicles. 2 hours for a test drive after driving an hour and a half just to be told that they cannot find the vehicle (allocated on a different lot) then they have no idea where the keys are. Took time off work to come see this truck after one of their ladies called me every day nonstop. Manager couldn't do much other than offer to fill gas tank. Had filled up before arrival. If you traded in a 2020 ford explorer. Your paperwork was left on an unsupervised sales desk.

I do not own a jeep but my tires were deadly low. The mechanics took a look at it and filled my tires for free. They were super nice and awesome and even looked at my tires. I even offered $5 and they declined. Really good customer service!!!!!

I just want to give a huge shout out to these amazing people at Bob Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram of watertown! Now only once but twice they have helped me out with antifreeze for my older minivan when I was in a pinch. Everyone in the service department deserves a huge shout-out thank you so much for everything you guys are absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming back for my future vehicle needs. I know my minivan is in good hands & the sales dept. Amazing! Such a great time! This place is definitely recommended! Thank you everyone at Bob Johnson who helped me get my mindvan up to par! This was an overall great experience! I began with an internet inquiry & finished with a new Jeep Gladiator. Huge rebates on leftover 2023 s, coupled with an excellent trade with my 2018 Wrangler resulted in considerable equity in the Jeep when I took delivery.Jason Woodworth was my salesman. He was great from start to finish. Highly recommended dealership & salesman! A+++

Easy and timely in and out inspection and helped me with my inquiry on my breaks by explaining to me why it may seem like an issue but it was nothing to worry about will definitely be returning in the future! Oh and their chairs were so comfortable in the lobby

Contacted Logan and he took care of everything. Working with me and his manager, Mark, they were able to put me in the Jeep Gladiator that I wanted with really no hassle. Just good service. A great buying experience!

Eric was fantastic thru the whole process! My one and only grip is that whenever a vehicle is delivered to a new client, it be fully gassed up. Mine was a bit more than half.
