I got a recommendation to come here.I am very glad that I did. They explained to me what needed to be done & got straight to the job. It all got done for me to pick up my car the very next day. Will definitely be coming back here. Great service.

I highly recommend Bigelows , they were able to repair my car when 4 other shops couldn't , and at a fraction of what the other places wanted to charge, I will never go elsewhere I only wish I found this place sooner .

Honest and knowledgeable. Care about their customers. They check for the most affordable solution to your problem. Then they explain it to you. Vary rare. I was born in Watertown. Once I found them I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Great service, quick turnaround. These guys have been handling preventative maintenance on several vehicles for my work fleet over the last several months. After dealing with most of the other shops in the area for years, I give Bigelow's nothing but the credit they deserve. They are fast and thorough, pleasant to deal with, and most importantly, honest. Shops like this are few and far between in the Watertown area these days.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car to several other places because it was making a noise from the rear end. Everyone told me it was minor and nothing to worry about. Took it to Bigelow automotive he diagnosed it right off the bat and got me a great deal on another rear end. noise went away grinding stopped everything is fine, the price was reasonable, the service was great and the follow-up is excellent. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs automotive repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance
