Great experience. Van was destroyed, coffee spill all over the front. Covered in dirt and mud from dogs, fishing, food all over. Absolute mess! Bella s detailing was able to get me right in and did a phenomenal job cleaning the inside. By far exceeded what I would have thought possible! Looks brand new again! Very reasonable pricing for what was done. Dropped off early morning, picked up in the later afternoon to my surprise. Great people, doing great work!

Highly recommend! My Jeep is my absolute baby, but I manage a junkyard and have 2 kids so to say it was disgusting is such an understatement. BellaClean made the inside and outside look better than brand new! I also did the ceramic coat and the beautiful shine is indescribable it s amazing the difference after leaving it with BellaClean for 1 day

These guys literally took my vehicle and completely transformed it. I had really strong doubts it would ever be able to look like new again but they definitely proved me wrong. My vehicle has been abused and not taken care of for the past 3 years and it was truly showing. Thank you guys for the amazing job and hard work! Well worth the expense!!!

Never bring your vehicle here. It took him 3 days to detail my daughter s minivan .and it was still not done! The work that got completed was excellent, but who can be without a vehicle for 3 days?! Unorganized and unfocused.

Bella Clean is, by far, the best detail business around. Their attention to detail is amazing, they obviously take pride in their quality of work! Their prices are very competitive and their work far exceeds any other detail shop! Strongly recommend!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!1.) Set an appointment for 9:30. Guy informed me at 9:40 that he wasn t in yet because of (who cares). Doors locked, lights off.2.) Tells me to leave keys in mailbox, unsecured.3.) Claims the interior service will take a few hours .4.) Called at 12:30 for status update, still waiting on call back over an hour later.5.) Drove by to stop in and see how the work is going, truck hasn t moved and keys still in mailbox.Zero punctuality. No communication. Sketchy location. Will never go there again.

I called Eric and he got back to me very quickly and was able to get my vehicle is ASAP. I m having a baby and this was on my nesting list before the baby came and he was able to get me in the very next day. Awesome experience. Eric is a class act, took in my Jeep Patriot on short notice and stayed until after 10:30pm detailing it, ensuring he gave me the best possible service. I highly recommend his business to anyone trying to get a professional level detail done. Friendly atmosphere, even gave me a ride to and from my house (I m down to one car) so I didn t have to stick around and wait at the shop. Living in a place where the winters all full of salt and dirt from snow removal means that your cars take a beating. Plus I have more than 3 children I tote around in my mini van on a regular basis. TBR Automotive cleaned my car so well I hardly recognized it. They were professional and communicated clearly with me the whole time they had my vehicle. Plus, they even picked up and dropped off my car, something that is invaluable to a mom with kids. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good job and professionalism. In short I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the price! Thanks for the excellent work!

Eric and his crew performed auto detailing services on my husband s Honda CRV and my Kia Sorrento. Both cars look amazing (both inside and out). I will continue to do business with him -not only for his quality of service and workmanship -but due to the fact that he takes the time to personally meet you and answer any questions you may have. I would not recommend this detailing service for multiple reasons. They seemed very friendly and time oriented until I used their services and came to realize they aren t. I requested a complete detail and undercoating package which I came to find out was a simple undercoating with removing my trash in my vehicle. I was told the process would take 2 days for this package to be complete but soon realized this was going to be a whole 4 day ordeal, with the vendor constantly requesting cash for a purchase over $200. When I came to pick up my vehicle it still wasn t complete and had to wait another hour. When I was finally able to get back into my vehicle the check engine light was on (which wasn t previously), a good $10 worth of change was taken from my change jar (spot where I put all my small change), my ice scrapper/brush missing and my emergency kit half open (seemed like someone went through it). I confronted TBR to receive nothing but excuses, statements that my change must had been thrown out and that they misplaced my scraper/brush (eventually found after some heckling). As for my check engine light they just restarted my battery which should never be a final solution and of course that day they did not have their sensor to check my vehicle. I will not be using their services again although they seem like helpful individuals, I came to realize they were more of a hassle instead of a benefit.Services: Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

Very poor service, there was old soap residue left on the dash and steering wheel. Interior left damp not single scratch was addressed on the exterior. The owner, completely unprofessional. Informed me the job will be done around 3-4pm but did not "finish" till 1145pm. And his reason was that his helper double booke while he was out of the office.Services: Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Paint repair

I am so very pleased with my experience with TBR Automotive! Eric got me right in with an appointment a day after we spoke. My Jeep looks like it did the day I bought it brand new! If you re looking to get your vehicle detailed this is definitely the place to go. Thanks so much again!

Took my husbands truck to TBR to have it fully detailed for my son's Prom this weekend. You would not believe the amounts of dog hair from our yellow lab inside this black interior truck!! Colin did an amazing job and it looks fabulous! I will definitely be going back!

Made 2 attempts to get the interior of a car cleaned. Kept changing the time the car would be done. Arrived for pickup and he wasn't there. He finally arrived and said it would be a few more minutes. 15 minutes later I walked back to see that the interior wasn't even 50% done! This experience took place on 14 June 2021. I called TBR Automotive on Thursday asking if they had any availability for Saturday or Sunday. Eric shared with me that they would be closed for the weekend because he will be out with family celebrating his daughter's birthday. Instead, we made the appointment for Monday at 1:30 PM. I brought the car to TBR, showed Eric the two sticker decals and the rust spots that I wanted to be removed. I shared with Eric what my expectations were - "brand new". He told me that they would have it done in 4-5hrs and that they would call me 20mins out when ready for pickup.5:30 PM comes around and I haven't heard from TBR, so I give Eric a call. He tells me that they're running behind and need about two more hours to complete. I called Eric again around 7:30 PM and he tells me they're still working on it. He also asked if they could keep it overnight and I come to pick it up in the morning. That wasn't an option since I had work early the next morning. So they continued working on it. It's 9:30 PM when I call Eric again and he says I could come by and pick up the car, but they only completed the interior and would need for me to come back tomorrow after work so they could finish the job.I arrive at TBR at 10 PM and I find out from his associate there that they only started working on my car at 8:30 PM. Eric was nowhere to be found at that time. A few minutes later, Eric shows up brings my car around, and tells me they didn't fully complete the interior. They still have my floor mats and will put them back inside once they're done. He promised me that when I bring it back the next day, he and two others will have everything completed within an hour.The next day (Tuesday), I hurry back to TBR after work. When I stepped inside, not only was Eric not there, but the two associates he promised me turned out to only be one. The job took two hours. It was a 7/10 job. While they were successful at getting the sticker decals off, they were unsuccessful in getting the rust spots off. The interior door handles still had watermarks, the touchscreen had streaks, and the interior door frame was still dirty. They didn't return my ice scraper or first aid kit that I had in the trunk area. Still, Eric was nowhere to be found but the moment I was about to drive off after getting my car, I get a call from no other than Eric himself. He apologized for not being present because he was at his father's birthday. This seemed weird because earlier when he called as to why he wasn't there, he said he was at his daughter's birthday - wasn't his daughter's birthday over the weekend which is why we scheduled my car for Monday? Sounds like excuses to me.This was a terrible experience. One I would not recommend to a friend nor would I come back. Thank you for the discount since TBR Automotive was unable to remove the rust spots, but I will not be coming back. If you couldn't make the time, then I would've been happy to reschedule for a later date.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

If anyone is looking to get the inside of their car detailed, I highly recommend TBR Automotive Dealership in Watertown!!! The inside of my car was so dirty from driving from Providence RI to Santa Fe NM to Indianapolis Indiana to Maine to NY and all in between with a toddler and big black lab and a husband . But they just made our car look and smell new all over again!!!! Very friendly and easy to deal with and I will for sure go back again. 5 stars for sure!!!!

Two years of accumulated dirt and dog hair from backpacking and hunting trips in my Jeep. I didn't have high expectations but 24 hours later the interior of my Jeep looks better than the day I bought it. I would recommend them to anyone. Worth every single penny.

Had my girlfriends 2017 white Honda civic detailed and the clay bar treatment done for her birthday... the car looks like brand new and smells brand new. Highly recommended and the most honest price in town.
