Called there at 7:30am wasn t sure if they were going to be in but Kelsey picked up. She was so nice and helpful over the phone. When we got there with our truck Eric and Tim (the mechanics) were so helpful they showed us what was wrong with our truck, told us what they were going to do. They got our truck fix and on the road before 12pm. This was by far the best experience we have had in a while. Because we just came from another shop two days ago and they couldn t find what was wrong. Everyone was so nice and had such a great vibe! Truly great full for this shop and their employees!

Best service I had in a long time. Melissa,David,Grant, and Eric went way above any other shop I've been to. Had a fuel leak on Friday they got the parts on Monday morning they had fixed in no time. I was very pleased with the price and service. More shops should be like this one. If I'm in the area again with truck issues I will bring it here. Thank you guys again for your outstanding service.

Our truck was in need of immediate service. The men and women at Beam Mack Sales & Service stayed late on a Friday just get the truck properly repaired and return it back on the road. As a result we avoided getting stranded in the region for the weekend and are able to deliver cargo on time. I cannot praise enough the quality of service they provided and the devotion to get the job done right that they showed. The best of the best of the best!!! Thank you.

Had an SCR issue threaten my Volvo just as I was approaching the US border at 4am. The truck was threatening a derate. I took it to Beam Mack (the closest authorized dealer/service centre) and when they opened at 7am they took it in right away. All the staff were terrific as were the rest of the people I met. The problem was solved and they got me on my way in a quick but also responsible manner. Not all shops are created equal. This is one of the good ones!Oh,and I waited to post this review because anyone can temporarily fix an issue only to have it pop up some miles down the road. That has not happened. Thank you Beam Watertown!

These guys were awesome! Brought my 2004 Fleetwood Revolution Motor Home to them to be checked over before we head to Florida. The lady in service was super helpful and the mechanic explained everything he checked over.It s so nice to work with great service people

they charged me $ 650.00 for labor hours but 300 miles ahead the truck presented the same problem now I will have to pay again for someone to do their job well and I lost the money I paid them

Parts counter guys are top notch always come through and get a call back no matter what. Still very knowledgeable with the older trucks

Their service has improved. After new owners took over a few years back, I quit having my equipment worked on there for various reasons. But had to stop recently and they had me fixed quick and reasonably priced

Helped me out with a motorhome issue even though they don't usually work on them. Ben got me in and found the problem. Very helpful, nice and very fair on charges.

Not my truck but they get us in anytime we have a problem! Milk truck has to go every day and they make sure it does. Great guys up there

No uptime bay for Volvo but they did handle it like they have one fixed all my problems overall good experience!
