Couldn't be happier. The girls at the shop were always extremely polite and informative. They gave me a time frame and stuck with it and the work is top notch. Actually looks better than it did before I hit the deer. Highly recommend these guys for fast turn overs, craftsminship and customer service.

The team here is just absolutely phenomenal. This is the only shop here/around Winchester that I trust with my car, and they always take care of me. They always give me multiple options and don t try to upsell me. Oil changes. State inspections. Regular maintenance. They re always my first (and nine times out of ten, only) stop for any auto service I need. You can t go wrong with them.

Took my 2017 Nissan Maxima to get the bumper and trunk replaced because of dents. went to three different collision shops And A-Z was the only ones who could get me in the quickest they had great customer service they worked around my schedule. They were always keeping me in the loop on the progress of the vehicle. They made sure with each part that came in it was up to standard. I will definitely recommend A-Z to anyone and everyone. A-Z has some of the most genuine staff I ve ever been around. A great shop that does great work for their customers at the best price. They will do everything possible to make the best decision for your repair and helped me with the upmost respect, care and support for my well being. I will never go anywhere else.

Agreed to a cash sale, by the time I returned with the money they had sold it to someone else and and said too bad. They had my contact info and could have at least not wasted my time and money. Owner sent a mechanic to talk to me instead of doing it himself too.Edit to respond to owner. ( You had my contact on facebook. period. 10 minutes later it should be fresh in your mind to let me know you sold it to someone else. I waved no ID around, when you said it didn't have a title I told you I didn't mind because my class would be working on it, and it wouldn't be driven. I asked if you would consider donating it first before offering to buy it since you're a local auto shop and it would help our program that you take interns from. Other shops have donated things like this for as little money as you were asking no questions asked. I guess it's just like you said, what would you do? I offered less because even if I bought it, I would be donating it to the program, but I wanted to work with you because you said you needed something back on it. It was a tow away car so I needed to get a trailer obviously, and I had no cash to leave with you. You made no such statement as no holds, contrarily you said it was a deal and asked when I would be picking it up despite no deposit. Even stated you would mark the listing as pending. I understand you may have had a lot of people ask about the car, but you did not tell me "if it was still here." I don't care about the car, you went against your word, and didn't even care to let me know so I wouldn't have wasted my time getting my trailer/cash and coming back. If you needed the money you shouldn't have accepted the offer and said "no" on the spot. Contact whomever you like, it won't change anything.You demonstrated a lack of respect for my time, so I left a review.Also why you feel the need to attack my trailer I will never know, but its a car trailer, it even had a winch.

Took my vehicle here for collision repair. Shop was able to get started in a timely manner and work with my insurance to get the additional payment for additional damage. Communication was great. Would recommend.

Great fast work great customer service. Every other shop in the area had atleast a 2 month wait time. They got my car in and out in just about a months time. Fantastic job. Our 26ft camper blew out a wheel bearing on the way to Ohio. We broke down at Sunoco next to AtoZ. They towed us over fixed both bearings and ordered us extra bearings in case and 2 new trailer tires. They did it cheeper than our camper repair and storage shop back in Ohio. Thanks so much from our entire family.

Stay away! Bought PU from them 09/18. Salesman says new battery installed... 3 months later battery was dead. Upon inspection, the battery was 6 years old. They said it passed inspection, tail lights didn t work, brakes shot, wheel bearing shot, missing Stabilizer link, three of four ball joints shot, tie-rod end shot, thermostat bad, u-joints shot.Mechanic destroyed Drive-Shaft removing old joints and reinstalling new u-joints. They got replacement drive-shaft from junk yard and installed it on my PU with the junkyard u-joints which were no better than the originals that needed replaced.The rear brake shoes were backed off so I wouldn t hear metal on metal...Was told oil was changed at purchase, it obviously wasn t, had to take it back to them for oil change.Owner said he had sides of PU repainted because paint was bad... no body work was needed. That statement was obviously a lie as well now that winter is coming to and end. The shade tree body work and rust showing through after 6 months.If you value your mode of transportation... don t take it to these guys! You definitely be paying for something you didn t get... the lies and deceit are horrendous... Stay Away!

I am not from the area, but my vehicle broke down on the highway and this is where I took it. They have been ABSOLUTELY amazing and understanding. They have worked with me throughout the repair process and have kept me updated as much as they could. They have gone above and beyond what I had ever expected and I am forever grateful for that. If there were any shop I'd recommend, it would most certainly be this one! THANK YOU A-Z!

Pinched my wiring harness between the bell housing and the block, claimed they would replace it. After a month of waiting I got the truck back to see they didn't even replace the harness and just taped it up.When they originally did the engine swap it was a complete hack Job, none of the belts where lined up, the new crate motor leaked like a sive, and I had to completely rebuild the wiring harness myself.This shop is extremely unprofessional, untimely, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Absolutely the worst experience I ve ever had with any maintenance shop. I will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. They clearly lack experience and don t pay attention to the work they do. No cotter pins were put in any of the castles nuts on a Pitman and idler arm that was replaced, drove all the way back to VT to find them all loose. No grease fittings were put in those items nor in the U-Joints that were replaced. I was quoted one amount then charged even more than the quote without anyone calling and asking to replace other parts. I always check the work that s done to my vehicles after a job is done and I have pictures of all these issues, plus the receipt in case they claim this review is false as they have on other reviews. I ve heard other horror stories from friends in the Area and I strongly suggest to stay away.

I have never left a negative review but I called ahead about my car issues. I dropped off my car to get the AC fixed as I was told it could get fixed that dayand not only was it not looked at but no one called me to let me know that it was not going to be looked at. It sat in the same spot all day and with no idea on when they could fix it. They didn't even take the time to look at my car that sat in their lot from 8am -5pm.Completely unprofessional.Service: A/C installation & repair

Very rude I would not recommend them to nobody they don t know how to talk to people had my vehicle for 3 months and still had to go back to be fixed then they wanna yell at me like I m a kid I prefer taking a man with u because as a female they are very rude and disrespectful and will give u the run around did over 2000.00 dollars worth of work do not waste your time they are very rude people... They are trying to call me a scam artist but my car was vandalized and I have that proof with the Watertown police department I took my truck to them to fix for me not to break more then they don t even have the receipt of fixing my truck I never went through this before with any company i was not the one calling the insurance company trying to get more money out of them it was there company and that is also on my recorded call with the insurance company they claimed my gas tank was tampered with and I had to explain to the insurance company Idk wat they are talking about all I know is my truck was working perfect before taking to them and they told me it was other things wrong with it I have been to Midas never had this problem New Millineum in central square is great they the ones who fix s all my parts and never no problem with them never so to criticize my name as a scam artist is very unbelievable they are rude that s all I m saying that don t know how to talk to people in a respectful way and no I didn t call yelling at no one in they re business he started yelling at me because I confused and didn t understand but now no one can find my work that was done for 2057.00 only for 219.00 and that s very weird they were not trying to help me they were trying to help there selfs and there pockets that s all

Great customer service. Took a bit to get my car done, but it s to be expected since this shop is super busy. Had my engine rebuilt a year ago and haven t had a problem since! Overall good experience.

Brought my fox body mustang there for an engine swap cuz no one else take it before I found them and they hammered it out fast! Nothing but good things to say bout them. The lead mechanic Tom is an awesome dude who knows what he's doing and Steve Is awesome very helpful and has great business practices. The guy's a boss! If you need your car worked on a-z is the place to go!
