I went here for the first time today to get an oil change. I can honestly not say enough good things! First off, the customer service is top notch! I was SUPER impressed at how polite, pleasant and respectful the gentleman was that helped me. He explained that my car called for a full synthetic oil and what the difference between that and a regular oil change was and answered any and all questions I had. Super super helpful!I loved how I was able to pull my car through and wait IN the vehicle while the oil change was being done. That was awesome! I was in and out in maybe 10 or 15 minutes. They even checked the air pressure in all of my tires and topped them all off with air free of charge! Just a fabulous place to go all around!! I highly recommend A+++++! Friendly techs, oil changes are always fast and cheap, does great work for a lot of other jobs you need done too, wish they did alignments tho

Solid bunch of guys real friendly. Only shop in area that can accommodate a dually 2 other shops didn't even know what a dually was! And very reasonable price even for full synthetic oil change will make this a go to shop when I'm up in this part the state

Quick and very reasonably-priced oil change. Staff is amazing. . . personable, warm, welcoming and appreciative of your business. I will always go here for my oil changes. They checked the air pressure in my tires and topped off my washer fluid. Kudos to the team!!

Johnny and all the guys are great. We've never had any issue with any work we have had done there. We only go there for all 3 of our vehicles' oil changes.

I love these guys. I told them today they should charge a little more for cars like my Hyundai where you have to pull a cover underneath the car just to change the oil filter. These guys are old school too; they check your tires clean the glass and just have an overall professional friendly attitude. They've made a customer of me for sure.

These guys are awesome! I have been there many times for oil changes and today rolled in there with a car emergency on my way to work. I didn t have an appointment and had a flat tire with no spare. These guys put a new tire on for me and disposed of my old one immediately. They made my emergency a priority and didn t try to swindle me into paying for extra things I couldn t afford like so many shops do when I am alone. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Awesome service. I started going here a couple of years ago now. I used to wait at least an hour at Walmart for an oil change. It's such a breeze. They wave you in, you drive in to the bay, stay in your car, and they change your oil. So quick and easy!

I went in August, I travel for my job and drive extensively. I saw they were open and I needed an oil change. They got me right in. Checked my fluids and air. The fee is $25. I thought it was a great deal and the 2 service people were very nice. Now I will be a regular customer with both our vehicles.Update: have been taking both our vehicles there since my review. In and out quick. Great service everytime.

He was quick, honest, and fair priced. We're camping in the Finger Lakes region and my husband noticed the problem. We picked Fast Lube based on reviews and location. Very happy that we did. We had a universal joint replaced.

The staff at Waterloo Fast Lube had me in and out in a very short time and on short notice. The price was also so much less than I was quoted at other garages. I would definitely use them again and suggest you do the same.

The gentleman that put oil in my car with the red beard was very polite and I think he is very good looking and I wanted to give him my number but I didn't think it was something I should have done at his job. I was very satisfied with the customer service by everyone employed that was there today.

I got my breaks pads and roters and a wheele bearing done here. Everything was done so fast and didn't cost an arm and a leg to have them done. Amazing costermer service. They even quick fixed my bumper for free since it was loose on one side. This place will forever be my mechanic shop.

They're back! Apparently they've been reopened for a year and a half under new owners and I'm late hearing the news. I stopped in and got an oil change in what seemed like 10 minutes and they put my scrap plate back on for free! Excellent service! Highly recommended! No bs

Quick, easy, and cheap. 25$ for oil change and they cleaned my windows and checked air pressure for free. Nice and they usually have dogs so its worth it.

No appointment needed, unlike the local walmart who told me two to three hour wait while the lube bays are empty!! Prices seem fair, will update if needed. Looks like I found my local oil changer!!!!

Well done oil change for a great price. Checked tires, topped off fluids, even cleaned front and back windows, all in 20 minutes from pulling in to pulling out.
