Had a great experience. Bob is friendly, efficient, fast too with fair pricing. It's hard to find a shop you can trust but I'm going to be a returning customer and recommend all my friends and family bring their vehicles there too. My car sounds brand new again. When we moved to Waterloo 5 years ago, We needed a car guy. My boyfriend found Bob after a couple of bad negative experiences with other auto shops. We will never go anywhere else again.
