I have a 2015 VW Eos. The gas tank cover would not open. It may be an actuator. I visited them. They discovered that it was a loose part and no new actuator was needed. They were very honest. The cost was about 1/3 of what a new actuator would have cost installed. Also If you are a AAA member, you get a 10% discount on parts or labor. You also have a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty on parts or labor. You cannot beat that! The dealers and many independent auto repair shops do not offer this benefit. This place is great.

I cannot praise Joel and his dealership enough. They have the best customer service. His whole team is courtesy and go out of their way to help you.There are not dealerships left like this one anymore. Highly recommend him and his cars!

I came to these guys with a bit of a hectic situation and was 2 hours away and it took some figuring out to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I was on a serious time crunch so Preston worked with me every step and sorted out all of my paperwork before I even arrived to the dealership. Once I got there I had the pleasure of closing the deal with Joel. Everyone dreads dealing with car dealers but these gentlemen were awesome, very genuine people definitely did everything they could to help and look out for me and I ve never felt better about purchasing a vehicle. Not to mention all the vehicles I saw on their lot looked immaculate this is not of of those small shops that sells junk. The 2 hour drive for me was well worth it and I will be recommending them to everyone I come across!

I bought my first car out of college from Joel and.so did my son. He got a job in Boston and had to have an inspection done to get plates in that state. The Audi dealer gave him an invoice for over $5000.00 in repairs and did not pass the car for inspection. This dealer also claimed the warranty that I bought from Joel wouldn t cover the cost.I sent the invoice to Joel right away and he was not impressed.My son drive all the way back from Boston and we gave the car to Joel. Joel completed all the necessary repairs and got the warranty to cover it all except for one thing. We did have to pay about $4.60. So that s a saving of over $5000,00 for my son. To say we were pleased is an understatement. Joel even saved the warranty company money and did the work for much less. I have no doubt it was done correctly and Select Euro Cars will stand behind their work. Most trustworthy and honest dealership I have ever done business with. Highly recommended!

Nothing but honesty and integrity with this car dealer.Have a VW or Audi, or looking to purchase, this IS THE PLACE!!Ive given up on the big shot huge dealers that promise the world and never deliver. Great place for service!!

I tried to purchase a couple cars from here when I was searching around. I put in a application and I was given the run around. I was told to send in pay stubs and a recommendation letter from my boss. That still was not enough. This was also over the course of 3 days. While giving me the run around they sold the car without letting me know. I was treated as if all my documents were fake. Even with proof from my the OWNER of my company I was told that wasn t enough and they would need to contact the company that does our payroll. That was my last straw I pulled my application. After that I went to Sharon s Chevrolet in Liverpool. I left the same day with a new car within 2 hours including the test drive.

Great place with wonderful staff!! We love Joel & his current staff! We will miss Dan the service manager...Great guy who recently retired! Happy retirement Dan! My husband & I bought 2 cars from Select Eurocars & would do it again!

I was there for NYS Inspection. Easy process and friendly staff, I was in and out in around 30 minutes. My appointment was free the same day due to a cancellation- they suggest scheduling 2-3 weeks out.

Loving my new Volkswagen Tiguan! This is the second car I have purchased from Joel. Can't say enough good things about him and his crew. They have a great selection of standard vehicles, which are hard to find these days! Their service is great and the warrenty I purchased is well worth it! 100% recommend searching their lot, especially if you are looking for a great quality used vehical!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I searched for almost a year for the right car, I came to SelectEuro with no appointment and was met in the parking lot by Preston. He was very honest right from the start and got me in the car for my test drive. I fell in love with the car and I really feel like he did everything he could to get me right where I needed to be. He hit my payment mark and I got a great warranty with it. Don t buy a car anywhere else. This well beyond the average service you get and I d have to say I will not be going anyplace else! Thank you Preston for the great experience!

Really had a great experience at select eurocars. Joel never pressured the dreaded extended warranties and met all my needs as far as trade in and monthly payment. It was as easy as it could be to buy the car. After having the car for a few days the check engine light did come on. Joel was great in getting this fixed. He had one of his guys drive 1.5 hrs to switch cars with me while they worked on the issue. After two days the found a small vacuum leak. They even brought the car back to me l!!! That was great customer service. I will buy my next car here!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Joel at Select Euro Cars in Waterloo, NY. I purchased the car from out of state and he was helpful in answering many questions to help me vet out whether or not I wanted to make the drive up for the purchase.Joel sells quality cars at a fair price and does not gouge you with processing fees either. He was very friendly upon arrival. We took the car for a test drive, and he went over vehicle details when I had questions.He was not pushy and left me alone after the test drive to think things over and talk privately with my family.I would give him 5 out of 5 stars but I would have liked to have seen the car waxed and polished as if you were to purchase it at a dealer. I also would have liked to have seen him offer to top off the gas tank as dealers would as well, however when asked to fill up the tank before we left to journey home, he willingly paid.Thanks Joel for such great service! I would return again and refer others who are ready to make a purchase!

Joel is a good man regardless his Price is a little bit high. This shop offer best after sale service among the used car's shops.But the vw tdl I bought here in 2019 have many problems. I think this is not their fault but the vw companyas fault. If they have more Toyotas I think they will have much more business.

I find reviews more helpful when they are more seasoned, so I'm writing a review for a car that I purchased 12 months ago. Joel and his staff were great to deal with and the car (a Pontiac Vibe) continues to run well. The price was more than fair and it was a great buying experience. I just e-mailed Joel looking for my next car.

Great customer service by Joel the owner and Preston the office manager. Very courteous and patient with customer questions. Efficient paperwork handling. Never considered VWs but the Jetta we bought was roomy, quality and a sweet ride. Go see these guys before you buy.

I just bought a 2016 VW Jetta Sport from Select Euro Cars. The service was incredible and the owner Joel addressed all my questions I had about the car and it's previous owner. There was one issue with the back breaks and Joel had them fixed immediately and I was able to pick the car up the next day. I would highly recommend buying a car from Select Euro Cars. If you are looking for a German vehicle they specialize in the Volkswagen Audi vehicles and they also give great service.

Joel and the staff at Select Euro Cars have been great. I purchased a 2010 Audi A4 in August. It is now November and have since received my free oil change. The car was missing a programmable key from the previous owner. Joel had a new one made immediately. No pressure sales, and a genuine enjoyment for his business and work made buying a car here a good experience. Thank you!

The most painless car buying experience I have ever had! I picked out my car online, drove the 2 hours for a test drive. Joel already had all of the paperwork done by the time I arrived, so once I checked out my new VW CC in person it was less than an hour that I was driving her home! Highly recommend Joel and his crew for high quality, fast, friendly service!

We bought our 2008 VW Beetle from Select Euro Cars this past summer. We were extremely impressed with the whole operation. Joel was very honest and knowledgeable about his business. Clearly one of the most comfortable experiences we have had purchasing a new car. I am sure we will return for future business...the true sign of a satisfied customer. By the way the VW is an excellent car!! The follow up annual service call was perfect as well very satisfied!

Hands down the most pleasant and helpful dealer ship I have had the pleasure of dealing with. After purchasing my car they went out of their way to come pick it up and leave me a loner car to fix a couple minor things i didn t notice on test drive.They have went above and beyond any dealership I ve ever dealt with before. Was on a road trip to the Finger lakes when my GTI had a check oil light come on. Select was the closest VW dealer of any sort nearby. Joel greeted me and helped me out pretty quickly and for next to no charge. Incredibly nice and smart with a deep knowledge of the brand. A true enthusiast. We recently purchased a car from Joel and had a very good experience. Joel followed up with my questions very well so we drove 2 hours to look at a few cars. Joel explained options well while test driving, helped us find financing, and did not pressure us at all. We love our car and look forward to doing business with Joel in the future!
