I called Friday night at closing time with an emergency - a problem with the front glass of my car has created a leak in my vehicle that happens if the problem area is not protected, and the crash wrap protection originally put on the vehicle had blown off in a rainstorm. I was told come in at opening Saturday and they'd get me in, which they did. I felt listened to and empathized with as I recounted the issues I have had getting this taken care of over the past month and a half.The solution they came up with, which was different than anything tried yet, looks amazing. When I first saw my car, I didn't think anything had actually been done. The car looked almost normal with black vinyl installed over the area (Please see the final picture). Considering how the masking tape (first try/picture), crash wrap/packing tape combination (second try/picture), and garbage bag/masking tape solution I had to temporarily install myself (third try/picture) looked, that is a huge compliment. I was so impressed and thankful for their help. It was emphasized that if it doesn't work to let them know and they will try something else. They've absolutely earned themselves a new customer.

We started overheating and were lucky to be close to L. Zimmerman's shop as we were over 1,000 miles from home pulling our travel trailer. It was late afternoon and Lamar took us immediately. He diagnosed the issue, leaky water line, fixed it, tested it, cleared all codes and sent us on our way in one hour and 15 minutes. Charge for the service was very reasonable. What a wonderful experience. Wish he would open a shop in Texas so we could always use his services. Charge for the service was very reasonable. I talked to Lamar on the phone about getting pictures taken for my insurance inspection and I stopped by later the same day to have it done. Keith got it taken care of in a few minutes and I was back on the road again. Very friendly people to work with. I would highly recommend them if you have a need!

Lamar did not have my part but found my part including the part number I needed and where to get it. Customer service was beyond expectations

Am an employee. Great place to work. We do anything from mechanical and collision repair to detail work. Also offer 24/7 towing if your in an accident or have a breakdown.
