Bought a battery around 8 o clock evening and the man offered to change it I didn t even know they offer that service had it done under 10 minutes in my Odyssey

Have been there a few times and excellent service each time. Needed a new car battery. They installed with a smile in under 10 minutes. I didn't even know they provided that service!

I would give a thousand stars if that's possible (not an exaggeration). Camping in Cayuga with kids and more family members, our battery was not charging enough to restart the vehicle despite jump starting it. We tried an other auto repair shop who didn't even pick up the call on a Friday but we fortunately found the Advanced Auto Parts on our way. We just thought we would try our luck and then Chris came out to help. He checked the alternator and the battery and they were working fine. He could have stopped right there and said go to a mechanic shop for further testing but he went out of the way and got a cart to check the terminals that connect with the battery. Finally that was the problem and he fixed it all and also gave a suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. We really appreciate the way Chris helped us out going above and beyond so his customers can have a good day. If this is not customer service, I don't know what else is. Thank you again Chris for the outstanding service.

I would recommend this location if you need to stop at an Advance Auto Parts. Immediately upon walking in the establishment I was greeted by an Associate and asked if I needed any assistance.The Associate was not overwhelming in the attempt to help.I let him know that I would find him for any questions. I was at the store looking for wipers for my wife's vehicle on an urgent basis. After I located the wipers the Associate confirmed they were correct and answered my questions regarding the different brands and quality levels.This location has fantastic customer service. The Associate's name is Anthony R. Please let his Supervisor know of this great experience I had.

Needed a new battery after 8 years. They fixed me up with a new one, installed in under 15 minutes. Nice guys to work with, very polite with a positive attitude and happy to install for you. Thank You Advanced Auto team.

Very happy with their service. Logan was a great help troubleshooting my vehicle and finding out that my battery had a weak cell. He also went out of his way and replaced the battery for me. Thank you for all of your help sir.AAAA++++

IsAlso the front counter was roped off and customers stand just far enough away to make one feel comfortable. Kudos to the Advance by the Wally world; friendly yet professional, the clerk gave an honest opinion when asked and didn't try to upsell me; though it would have had the same outcome, I still very much appreciate that.

Pat and team at the Waterloo store were great. They gladly checked the code on my car that was plaguing my dash and gave me great advice plus some 2/$10 deals on cleaning supplies for my new truck. The advice and service is top notch

I went to the Seneca Falls store in need of a headlight for my truck. A man who looked and acted like the manager looked it up, got it, and even installed it. The whole transaction took under ten minutes. I had never been to the Seneca Falls store before, but had been to Newark and Canandaigua stores, so I knew I could count on Advance to help me. I'm never disappointed when I go to Advance for help. Thank you, Mr. Store Manager at Seneca Falls, and thank you Advance Auto Parts for being a place I can trust.
