While passing though town we had some unfortunate car trouble. We were referred to Absolute Auto and couldn't be happier with their service. Randy had our car up and running in just a couple hours. Honest, professional and very reasonable.

I ve been here a few times and every time is a great experience, Randy is very nice, their prices are reasonable and the work done on my car was great every time! I would give them 100 stars if I could! Good and honest people!

Real good guys, repair took slightly longer than expected but they also got me in sooner than anyone else around could. Honest about what repairs were necessary and price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely return.

I found Absolute Auto online and after reading some of the great reviews I stopped in and am so happy I took the chance. It s very rare to find a place to take your car that you don t leave feeling taken advantage of in some way, shape or form. And as a female not knowing anything about mechanical issues especially. I would like to say thank you so much to Randy for your help today!!!

Awesome! Honest place with the Lowest Labor rates! Friendly, considerate! Ernie Harvey WON his Business a new customer! I have been referring him to people already and these are people that I was just delivering door dash to them! If every garage mechanic and garage owner we're like this gentleman's business, the roads would be a safer place! And the world would probably be a better place to! Was referred buy the local Advance Auto Parts store and it was the best referral I've ever had and the best service I have ever received in regards to looking at my problem understanding the situation Etc.

I was driving through the area on a long trip and my car started making noises and several indicator lights came on. I pulled into absolute auto and they offered to scan it to identify the problem, and to lift it up to let me know whether I could finish my trip safely. When it was clear I couldn't, they took it in even though they were super busy and did the repair for an affordable price and right away. I was clearly clueless and desperate, and they could have way overcharged me, but clearly it is a place with a lot of integrity and they were so kind. Highly recommend!

Randy was very helpful and understanding of our situation - caliper froze up while driving on thruway. He completed the repair that day and also gave me a ride to meet up with my family. His price was fair and the work done was excellent.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Randy is an amazing guy. My car broke down on my way back from vacation hours from home, and I had to go on deployment for a few weeks starting the next day. He let me keep my car there through the deployment, helped me find reputable salvage yards in the area when it turned out it would cost more to fix than it was worth, and when I tried to pay him for his time (and lot space) he refused. Very stand-up guy, and I cannot recommend him and Absolute Auto enough.

Stand up business! We broke down on the NYS Thruway and the tow truck driver recommended this place to get us back on the road quickly. Also, mentioned he was a business man of integrity and he trusted him to do what needs to be done and not charge an arm and a leg.They were great! Got us right in, figured out what was going on and we were able to discuss our options and costs up front. Really recommend them!

Small local auto repair shop. The owner Randy goes out of his way to do a professional and speedy job. Once I discovered this garage, my search for an honest mechanic with integrity ended.

I made a appointment to have my taillight wrapped and get my Tesla screen and back up cam and remote start put in and they told me the Tesla screen was 2 to 3 weeks and I wouldn t have a to make appointment to have them put in that in they will have me in the day in come in so 5 weeks go by and I m still waiting for the screen so I call back and they say I have to put a appointment in so I do and they tell me when I come in that I was in the computer they are very unorganized they are very rude they hung up on me very unprofessional they will have you waiting for monthsServices: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Called me last minute to inform me that they didn't have the U-Haul I requested a week prior. They changed my location to another town further out of my way. Now I have to make 2 trips to Erie, PA instead of one. Thanks for nothing U-Haul.
