My previous car needed a lot of work done and the mileage was getting pretty high. I decided to try to get something different, which was nearly impossible because I was very broke at the time of this final maintenance issue. These folks gave me a good deal on a used car that was more in my favor than theirs. They wanted to help me out and get me back on the road. With not so good credit I was able to get a loan through one of their banks. They went all out for me, beyond anything I could have asked for. They certainly will get all my business as long as I m in the area. There were many complications and obstacles I had to go through to get this car, and they worked with me every step of the way. Even offered me a ride to pick up the car. Plus I lost the title to my old car and they were wilingl to wait till I got the new one in the mail. Service unlike I ve seen most anywhere else, and I just met them recently. I ll be back, most definitely

Took my Nissan 350z here for a clutch replacement. I supplied they shop with my own parts because I wanted to ensure quality. The car sat without being touched for 3 weeks before it was taken in, then another week or so for it to be worked on. I received little to no updates from the shop as to how my car was doing. So one day I show up and my car is outside with someone in it. Judging by how it didn t drive before this seemed to be good news. Until the driver pressed on the clutch and it made a loud screeching sound. The owner Jon then told me to take it home and that it wasn t his problem. I then find out that a new mechanic at his shop was put on the task of the clutch in my sports car. They say not only that my parts must be bad but also that a piece of my clutch didn t come in so they just left it without being replaced. 15 miles later on my way to work that Monday, and my entire clutch stops working. The owner (Jon) still denying any responsibility. After taking my car to a real shop, I have been assured with a plethora of different examples, that the reason for my clutches failure was improper installation. The shop that is fixing his mistake found a broken bolt, piece of my engine block broken off, transmission wasn t dropped, throw out bearing appears to have been forced on causing it to have dents. What was supposed to be a simple clutch job has now turned into an over a month without my car. Yet still I receiver nothing but insults and trouble from this business. I do not recommend him because he doesn t stand by his work.Service: Clutches & transmissions service & repair

When I went to pick up a part for my brother after a bad clutch replacement, I was met with less than standard customer service. After being told on 3 different phone calls that he was 10 minutes away he then after 45 minutes of my one year old (at the Time) and I waiting in the car. When he does pull up he swings into the parking lot at about 35 and almost hits and jumped out of his escalade yelling about how I was positioned in the parking lot not in a space. After explaining to him that there are no spots on his Little lot and I can t park next door because I Had my son with me and wanted the car in sight of the front window. After we go inside he complained about the bad work he did and how he shouldn t have to deal with this and that it s not his fault he also had all of his employees block the exit to his office as some sad attempt of a scare tactic. After kicking the part at me he then proceeded to yell profanity about my family. He was taken to court where he was caught lying about the installation of the Throw out bearing, or should I say lack there of. Not a good shop with inexperienced workers doing giant jobs and a owner with little to no care for the wellbeing of his customers.

Took my Subaru in to have a remote starter installed. Called on a Friday, they got me in the following Tuesday. Install was smooth and they were very helpful making sure I knew the different functions. Very personable and professional.

I voluntarily asked for an interlock device to protect myself. No oversight or demand from the law. I submitted my vehicle on a Monday. After being told it was finished on different occasions I made the 30 minute trip to pick it up twice where I found it was not. I gave up after not having my car for 5 days while they couldn t get my car going, citing that maybe I needed a new battery. Battery was 3 years old. Asked him to remove it so I could just get my car back. Said he would on (Saturday). When I called him on Monday he said he needed verification to to take out what he installed 8 days ago from the instalock program he works with. Fair. Got it for him and said it would be done. I showed up Tuesday at 3pm and waited for an hour because it hadn t been done yet. So I gave him a car 8 days prior with one job to be done. Never happened successfully. I called him everyday, not the other way around. In turn, because I need a car for life/work I am grabbing at strings to find my way around. Finally got back the same car I gave him. I left him a 2014 Acadia with no instalock. Got back a 2014 Acadia with no instalock. I had every intention of paying him for what I asked for. He/instalock could not provide me with what I wanted. He/instalock Wrote me up for the full bill. 216 dollars for me to not have my vehicle, 2hours in drive time, always answered his phone, but never called me when he said he would. And I know for a fact it took 20 minutes to pull the lock out. I was sitting in the parking lot when he said his guys were pulling it now and blonde med skin ran out with jumpers and a screwdriver set. Bad business

Daughter bought a car from there and had nothing but problems. Took the car back many times and had to do the myself or pay a garage to do it. All within the first two months. So far I have paid almost 1000 dollars in repairs and she only had it for 4 months. So stay away from this place

I had an issue with my truck with the heat from a detail shop spraying my truck out with water and John from a & b had it fixed within half a day when every one else said they couldn't figure it out

I bought my car from here and I have nothing but gratitude towards Jon and Matt. Very honest and trustworthy. They care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. Highly recommend!!!!

Never been let down by any work I have had done here. Had a engine and transmission replaced here, electric steering rack replaced and many other things done to my vehicles. Fair prices, had timing gasket cover leak, quoted as about an 8hr job...they went above & beyond to make sure it was done right and checked surrounding areas as well to make sure other previous work by different shop was not partly contributing to the issue- which ended up being that there was an area of oversight by previous shop that A&B Auto fixed for me while they were doing work in that area.. & the repair was done on time for our out of state travel. They encouraged to bring it back if any issues or concerns with the repair or if issue persisted. Much appreciated, would definitely recommend them and go to them in the future for assessment & repair. Thanks again!

I called a&b auto to get a quote on installing a whole complete plow set up on my truck, plow mounts, wiring, the whole nine. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable when talking to me but he got my truck right in did the work cheaper than any place I called. I highly recommend them.
