asked them how much for to put a new tire on a rim and the guy says 45 per rim which is basically 20 more than everyone else in the area guy was nice but for 80 I got it done properly and satisfied elsewhere....if you want to save money I highly recommend other little mom and pop garages where they take care of you not your wallet

My niece had a flat and we needed a new tire as soon as possible and we called here and they got us in that day and the employees were helpful.

Great service. They fix what needs to be fixed, quickly and at the right price. They have never tried to make me spend more money than I need to, which is pretty much all I'm looking for from a mechanic. Also, Lou is friendly and genuinely helpful. Told me about a warranty on my catalytic converter, which saved me thousands of $.

Had brand new tires put on. Two weeks later, one tire had a slow leak. I went back to get it fixed. Two weeks later, tire has a slow leak again. Never had a problem before I brought my car here. Service was not exactly great either. Felt like I was not treated well. Never going back.

I cannot say enough good things about Dennis and his team! I came in for an inspection, and they found my brakes were dangerously bad. Not only did Dennis work with me, he was very patient and incredibly friendly, and got my car in to be fixed the NEXT DAY! I am very happy with this location and team, I highly recommend them to everyone needing service!

I have brought my cars here for over 10 years. Lou, Dennis, John and others here been consistently courteous honest and always exceed my expectations. They are friendly and professional and always show me what's what. I am so lucky to have a car place I can trust.

Helpful friendly service. Lou does a good job of taking care of your issues and getting you back on the road. He also points out when a specialty shop might be good for your vehicle, which is awesome. Their road hazard service can't be beat.

Brought my truck in to have my radiator replaced under warranty, was told my radiator wasn't even broken. Do not take your vehicle here if you care about it. Everything but the problem gets "fixed"

This place is the best. Louiand Matt and the team make it happen.We got a flat tire at 6am about 2 miles from the shop. They sent down a kid to remove the rim, take it back to the shop, replace the tire, bring it back and mount it.We went back later on to get a new tire on the other side.Now that customer service

Took my car in for an inspection. Authorized up to $500 in repairs on the overnight drop sheet. Called them up the next day, expecting any minor repairs to be complete. They told me they failed the car and didn't want to order a part to make it right without checking with me. Somehow they weren't able to call my cell? At least they changed the oil.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Warren Tire for over 15 years; first their Latham location, and now their Waterford location; following Lou D., as he has always been honest, kind and sincerely helpful. His team of professional's have always been courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Their integrity is high, and their rates are fair. I would not go anywhere else....not as long as Lou & his team are available. LisaMarie

A stem valve split apart on 787 on me and I was able to get my truck to them. In no time at all they had my truck in the back fixed and right back to me. Thank you for your excellent service!!

They were great! Charged me less than what another place quoted and got me in immediately (as opposed to the hour and a half wait that walmart quoted). Very happy with the service

I m not one to complain but when a mechanic loosens a spring in your tire to make it lock up on you to ensure you come back.. not cool. They seem to be good people to most but if you come here and don t get the work done they try to sell you, be cautious while driving.

Warren Tire in Waterford New York has my most respect Lou the owner and Lou the tack are very meticulous and honest if you need work done on your vehicle I would highly recommend this establishment thank you Walter Kehl

I had some serious repairs done to my front end. Dennis was Amazing. I brought it in for an oil change and Dennis the head mechanic found the problem. These guys know their stuff

My tire was low, I had hit just about all the gas stations I could find but every single one thier air pumps were frozen, the one that I did find was broken but didn't realize it until it had let even more air out! I had an appointment at the wound care center for my wound that's not healing (had surgery to remove cancer, diagnosed stage 4 colon cancer)! Anyways I am now running late and I'm afraid to drive any further as I have my 4 yo Daughter with me as well! I was driving thru Waterford in a last stitch effort to find a working air pump when I came across Warren Tires I thought maybe they might be able to help as I turned in a tall dark haired gentleman had just walked out the door I asked if they had a pump I explained my situation and with out hesitation he said follow me into the garage! I did! I only needed my left rear tire done but he went and checked each tire and filled the ones that needed air! Thank You for employing such a kind person I don't even think he understands the magnitude of the difference he made in such a stressful morning! Unfortunately chemo(and 100 other things on my mind) makes me forget somethings but I think his name was Doug! Thank You agian for helping Your the BEST!!!!!

My wife had to go there to get a plug in her tire. They charged her $40 dollars for 10 min. A plug repair cost between 10 and 20 dollars. Garages always looking to scam women.

Warren Tire Center in Waterford are amazing!!! They came to my rescue this morning when i blew a tire valve at stewarts in waterford they came took the tire plugged it torque the lugnuts i cant say enough about Danny and Dennis i want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart you have my business for life Thank you I give you my highest recommendation

Do not do not do not bring your vehicle here if you care about it I can't say that enough..I brought my truck here and had a pulley replaced,tires rotated and front differential flushed and fluid changed and the only reason I brought it here was because my mechanic had no time to get to it but long story short I ended up bringing it back to these people bc of excessive vibration only for them to tell me it's my 4x4 gearbox knowing better than to listen to these guys I pleaded with my mechanic to get it in and look it over he did and i got a call back with him telling me that warran tire had rotated my tires wrong and my tires were "gatored" IF THIS IS A TIRE SHOP SHOULDN'T THEY KNOW WTF THEYRE DOING ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO TIRES!!!!!!!not only that they charged me for work that was never done my pulley was loaded with grease to quiet the noise it was making that made me bring my truck in to begin with and my front differential fluid was filthy AGAIN I will say do not give these guys your business

Called at 4 pm on saturday looking for a inspection and was denied when the are suppose to close at 5pm. Their mechanic was outside at 3:30 washing his car and they had nothing to do. But I drove back by at 4:05 pm and they where closing up shop and their time online says they close at 5pm. Will never go there again.

Been using this location for 15 years and trust them completely. Lou is the store mgr. and he will never steer you wrong.
