Appointment made with just one day's notice. Friendly welcome and right away a mechanic starts on my Pathfinder's inspection. Comfortable waiting area with bathroom, refreshments, television and reading materials. Very affordable service and convenient location!

I can not say enough GREAT things about Jack's Auto Service. They really came to the rescue for me and my car! They were able to diagnose and FIX the issue within my car that had baffled other mechanics. She now runs better than ever! These are experts in their field, and (maybe more importantly) they are trustworthy, helpful, good people. I have to mention Linda (office operations +). She helped me arrange a tow (remotely), tried to help me rule out possibilities/ understand the issue over the phone (she is very knowledgable) and was so, so courteous. I felt like she made solving my car problem a mission, and I think that the overall curiosity + the garage's competency made it happen. The repairs were also incredibly affordable in comparison to previous estimates (like 1/15 of the price). THANK YOU!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have used Jacks a number of times, recently my truck broke down on a Saturday, they came and towed it to their shop same day. Bare in mind we were expecting a major snowstorm the following Monday night, they had it fixed by Monday afternoon,truly saving me from countless issues. I had a bad experience with Jack s Auto service, my key fob broke and they couldn t fix it, but anyways they charge me a lot. Also it took them about 4 weeks just to tell me that it was impossible. Then I move my car and it took only one week to fix it. I left with a bad taste in my mouth; but they always answered my calls and that s cool.

Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend them. Local and reliable. Helped me in a pinch with towing. Didn't cost an arm and leg. Other company that came to accident wanted a ton load more money. Kind, friendly and helpful! Will use again and again. Thank You

I brought my Toyota Prius here after the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights related to the hybrid braking system. I took a chance with Jack's since they listed had "hybrids" on their website. I was worried about having the problem diagnosed incorrectly, there are a lot of horror stories online of people paying thousands to fix the same issue only to have it return shortly after. Thankfully Jack's correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it as soon as the parts were available. I was glad to see that the final cost of the repair wasn't more than the initial estimate. I've driven about 1000 miles on the car since and everything works great!Services: Electrical repair, Brakes

Jacks Auto is the best from the knowledgeable front office to the techs in the shop! I will never bring my car anywhere else.... if I could give them more stars I would. Went here for a year with my old car when i got it. He inspected it before i bought it. From the start, it was burning oil way too fast, burning gas, no pick up. They only did oil changes all that time and told me to bring it in earlier and earlier. Pretty soon it's burning the oil by 1500 miles. Either poor or no communication from wife, Linda, who seems to be in charge, finally left them, and in 2 days it was driving like a new car. They literally put my life in danger by ignoring the real problem - it needed a tune up!!! Unbelievable. I also heard they try to slander the competition and spy on them. Such a bizarre and dangerous experience. Highly dysfunctional place.Service: Oil change

Been going to Jack's for over 6 years. He, his family and his crew always do a thorough job at a reasonable price. I recommend taking your car to Jack's Auto Service for any type of service, big or small.

I cannot believe how fast and efficient they were. I went in to get an oil change, two tires, and a tune up. It literally took an hour and a half! It felt like I was in and out! These are the best and NICEST mechanics you will ever meet. They work fast and they will never overcharge you (if anything they undercharge). Could not recommend these folks more highly.

Quality work with quick service and they were upfront about time and price of repairs (which where about 10 - 20% cheaper than other mechanics I've been to recently).
