I just really want to give you guys a shout out for your impeccable work that you do. My CRV would never know that I hit a cement cylinder in a parking lot . My car was returned so clean cleaner than I think I've had it since I took it off a lot when I bought it in 2019. And it sucks to have to pay the out pocket insurance deductible. You guys are amazing. So please pass along to all those that worked on my car how pleased I am. I will always refer people to you because my hope is that I don't have to come back to you.

Our 2022 Kia Telluride was T-Boned. We brought our Vehicle to Woodcock Auto Body because they were highly recommended. The staff at the establishment were super informative. They payed special attention to detail. I quickly noticed why they were highly recommended. Work was done fast and on time. Vehicle was returned clean and just as it was the day we purchased it. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Woodcock Auto Body. This business is run efficiently & professionally. All communication w/ my insurance company was handled by them & I was not burdened in any way. They consistently communicated w/ me regarding the phase of repair of my vehicle. They knowledgeably & patiently explained the repairs required. They were considerate of my time. Absolutely the worst professionalsism by the front desk staff and the owner.The miserable fat woman at the front, her attitude and her professionalism was the worst I've ever experienced.I personally had my Lincoln fixed here after an accident years ago and had a pleasant experience. 4 years later I would never recommend this shop ever again.After an accident with another vehicle we had to have it towed to another body shop because they never looked at it like we asked them to do 2 days ago. We advised the repairs would be paid in cash and the miserable fat woman sitting to the left in the front was nasty and blurted out it was a total loss without them even looking at the vehicle. We told them we didn't care and just wanted it fixed. Then she said the person who needed to look at it was away for a week, we.said we would wait then she said it would take 2 to 3 mos to even get it fixed. We said that would be fine and she was out of excuses at that point and still received ZERO help from a local business. Supporting local business is obviously not worth it in this community. I'm embarrassed to be a resident here for the first time in 9 years.We decided to have it towed to another shop and asked for help removing 2 bolts to take front bumper off so it could be moved to the front to await the tow truck. They refused, so we went home to get a socket set to remove it ourselves and we were met with resistance from the owner saying we could not do it ourselves it was private property. SMHAfter paying $1000.00 in storage and towing to them they we're absolutely awful to us. Forcing the vehicle to be driven already damaged to a better spot for our tow company to pick it up causing more damage to the vehicle.Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a business owner myself and I would NEVER treat a customer like they treated usDO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY DONT DESERVE THE BUSINESS.

I recently had to visit Woodcock Auto Body when I discovered that a wrench had mysteriously pierced through the bottom of my car. It was a stressful situation, but the friendly and helpful staff at Woodcock Auto Body quickly put my mind at ease.From the moment I made my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. The staff were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and I was seen on time with no delays. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and provided me with a clear and transparent explanation of what needed to be done to fix it.I highly recommend this local autobody shop to anyone in the area.

This is the 2nd time we brought our damaged vehicle to Woodcock Auto Repair in Washingtonville NY. As always, the entire staff are very courteous, extremely friendly & are definitely professional. I don t usually write reviews online but I can t pass this opportunity. I banged my side mirror after backing up in my garage last Tuesday morning. I immediately thought of Woodcock Auto Body since I always pass it on my way to work. Crystal was able to accommodate me and got me in for an appointment the same day Tuesday late afternoon just before they close at 5pm. Brian gave me an estimate and said it will just be a quick fix. He is direct to the point, gave me options and just made the whole process very easy. I said I m off Friday and they worked with my schedule. I am so impressed and happy with how they handle things. I am so proud that we have them in our village. True and trustworthy. Thank you so much Crystal and Brian! More Power! God Bless! Will surely recommend to family and friends!

This body shop has a 4.8 rating for a reason. Could easily be a five. They meticulously took care of my car, replacing everything on it that had to be replaced, things I never even noticed. I own a bmw and got all genuine bmw parts to replace. Staff is equally as good with communication and are very pleasant.

Everyone at Woodcock Auto body is absolutely amazing! Very professional. I had some insurance issues and they were even able to advocate for me and get everything taken care of. Brought my 14 forester in on a Monday to get the fog light housing and bumper repaired through insurance. Was notified Friday morning it was already done! They replaced the bumper and matched it so well I didn't even recognize my car at first! Looked brand new!The partnership with enterprise nre windsor is great aswell! Very convenient.
