Before writing this review I looked at some WCW posted reviews and I have to say, I wish they had a review the reviewer some of the horrible, biased reviews I can some up both literally and figuratively as unbelievable .I had my car towed there after breaking down at ShopRite. The repair shop manager, Stan, went out of his way to help, he fit my car in, in an already very busy work day and got me out as fast as he possibly could. I was impressed with his technical knowledge. The problem was fixed and he did his best to keep costs low as possible. I wouldn t hesitate to send any friends or family members to the car wash repair shop.

I would recommend the repair shop @ Warwick Car Wash to anyone who is seeking affordable and quality service. This is due entirely to Stan, who is the absolute best! Stan is kind, honest, and knowledgeable and always talks me down when I am afraid my car is going to explode. I am so glad I decided to bring my car here 4 years ago and have continued to return for service, repairs, oil changes, etc. due to the trust I have in Stan, and in turn, Warwick Car Wash.

Keep kids away....they don't like them..I've been here a few times without a problem. Went today for oil change and car wash. My 5-year-old son grabbed a microfiber towel bc he wanted to help dry my car and a worker came running over and ripped the towel out of his hands and said to him, " The boss said no." Really nice business that they get mad at a 5yo.

Warning this I not a high quality detail job. A FREAKING CORVETTE THEY RAN THROUGH THE AUTOMATED CAR WASH! I recently dropped off my 2015 corvette stingray for a spring detailing job . They were located close to my house so I decided to give them a shot and I'm sorry I did . For $ 230 they will run your car through the automatic car wash . They didn't know the car has a valet mode and was recording everything they were doing with it . As soon as I arrived and look at the car I noticed the calipers were filthy and after further inspection was really not happy with the way the inside looked. I approached the manager about why my car was ran through the wash and not hand washed and he gave me some excuse like the hand wash was extra . Asked him why my calipers were disgusting and he replied "we don't touch the calipers " asked for a discount and he flat out refused. Car is going to the dealer to get checked out for this season and if there is any damage to under the car from clearance issues because they thought running a CORVETTE through an automated car wash was a good idea they are being notified. See attached pics of the wonderful detail from Warwick car wash. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the camera caught them actually using real wax instead of spray on.

Third time now I m paying $30 for a car wash they don t dry it they rush you in and out and your car is not even clean. It s worth it to drive 20 minutes away to go to an alternative place.

UPDATE 2022: as a former 5-star reviewer; be wary, their automated equipment may get something caught in it and produce rhythmical scratching across your car (see image).Cancelled my wash club membership after over a year thought I d keep it forever, but I initially misjudged this business.Could have better hours. Never go there for auto work, they ll rip you off (I never have, due to community horror stories, the gear oil scam, etc.)

Since moving to area have been coming here for oil changes and car washes. Manager Evans delivers old school (where they actually care) 5 star customer service if there is ever a question or issue. Their Bumper to Bumper detailing service transformed my long-neglected car to looking brand new, both inside and out. In addition to detailing the interior, they polished out all exterior dings and scratches. Incredible job! I highly recommend Warwick Car Wash!!

The management should probably inform there employees that white people speak Spanish as well. I didn't appreciate being cursed out in Spanish for not moving as fast as directed.

Best car wash in the area! From a basic exterior wash to full detail, you can get it here. Automated payment kiosk for car wash is easy, but I think credit/ debit card only.I have only used the regular car wash, but my son had a full detail done on his car. I was really impressed with how thorough the cleaning was. Inside and out, the car looked new when finished.Free vacuum for car wash customers and express oil change on site. Get gas while you're there too. It really is "one stop shopping" for car care.

Do NOT take your car here for any mechanical work whatsoever. Mechanic lied to my grandmother that she needed an alternator. Sad that the owner encourages these types of business practices. Shame on you.

(Unlimited monthly wash member) I really love this place and the monthly membership is a great deal, especially in the winter for saving your car from salt. I'm particularly obsessive about vacuuming (2 kids, 2 dogs, lots of driving), and have a mental log of the best gas station vacuums in the tristate area. The vacuums here are absolutely AWESOME. What's a real shame, however, is how even as a paying monthly member, you can't JUST use the vacuums. You're forced to waste time, electric energy, and tons of water going through the wash even if you don't need it if you only want to vacuum. It would be nice to have this perk as a member and I hope they consider implementing this somehow.

I like this place, wish they give law enforcement and military discount, I come from Vernon NJ to wash my car here, and prices are decentEmployees are friendly, the have a vacuum section that you can do it yourself.I will give 5 but I have some difficulties trying them to delete my previous car, other than that they do an outstanding job.

Yesterday on Jan 8, 2020 I went to get my oil changed. First of all I don t recall I ever spend $300 on an oil tune up and brake fluid. I spend $177. Today I drive my car and my jeep breaks don t work like the did before. I had a hard time stopping. The owner told me my light might be good but might be a fuse and yet I was charged for a light. Then he told me to go too the mechanic so he can fix my light. I told the manager no last time I went to that guy he was gone charge me $100 and hour to look at my fathers jeep. My sister truck wasn t open my dad went to the mechanic and he told my dad he would charge $150.00 just to look at it. I didn t know he said $150.00 I thought he told my dad $100 cause I told the owner $100 just to look and see what is wrong with my sisters jeep truck. My dad went to another garage and he didn t charge my dad nothing he told my dad what was wrong and said it will cost $60.00 to fix it. When I told one of the owners he was like yeah that didn t happen. Yes it did. I have no reason to lye.Even the car wash is not good at all. I forgot my wallet and looked all over my car and found it under the seat which was suppose to be cleaned. My uncle went to another car wash and he never knew he had his sunglasses and they found it and left it on the seat that is a true professional good car wash. If I was you call around if you want to get an oil change or any other work done because it doesn t cost $177 it s actually between $45 to $80 to get an oil change. I been coming since day one since they open and I will never go again. If I ever go it will clean my car by myself & vacuum the car by myself. This is truly unexpected and not professional.

On March 18, 2019 I brought my car to Warwick Car Wash Oil Express for inspection. Upon visual inspection the mechanic told me that the rack and pinion was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. He also said he couldn't get the wheel off to inspect the brakes. There was no need to go any further because the car wouldn't pass inspection until the rack and pinion was replaced.A few days later I took the car to my auto repair shop. My mechanic put the car on a lift and examined the rack and pinion and found no signs of leaking. He was also able to take the front wheel off easily.On March 22 I called the Warwick Car Wash and Oil Express and spoke with the receptionist. I asked to have the mechanic call me to discuss the differences my mechanic found. No one called me back.Our family has been using the car wash for years. We thought then that this place would be good place to have the car inspected. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend anyone using this business for inspections or auto repairs. I would have spent hundreds of dollars needlessly on work that didn't need to be done.April 12Later in March Paul called me and I explained what happened. He told me to bring the car back for inspection. He was very understanding of the problem. I brought the car there for inspection today and everything turned out fine. I was very pleased with how they handled my concerns. I am happy to recommend them at this time.

I've gone here for an oil change twice because I had coupons. The first time I went they notified me that my rear brake pads were worn down, despite having just replaced fronts and rears a few weeks before. The second time, they notified me that my rear differential fluid was pitch black. Rear differential fluid? I've never changed that on any car. They offered to change it for something close to $300 and throw in the oil change for free, to which I declined. I took it to my mechanic the next day and asked him to check, he said it was fine. Inspections I've had done since then said it was fine. Con artists.

Got told to leave by one of the car wash guys because I was using "their vacuum" and none were available even though there were clearly 6-8 vacuums available. All this after spending $20 on the self car wash that barely worked. Had been coming here for oil changes and car washes since they opened. Never Again. Good thing you saved the .25 cent vacuum and lost a customer spending a few hundred a month on oil changes and washes. Great business model

Was charged an arm and a leg for an oil change and these guys didn t even deactivate the maintenance light on the dash. I m still getting a notification that I need maintenance even after paying Warwick car wash a high price for maintenance.

The mechanic Chris worked with me greatly with my bill when it came to taking care of a problem I wasnt prepared to take care of. It shows the kind of people that work here care about my well being because he did not have to work with me and had every right to say no and reschedule for when I have the full amount originally quoted. But waiting would have caused more damage. Customer service with all of the employees has been great for me and I will absolutely go there again.

I am giving 2 stars for blasting price of 39 dollars for inside outside cleaning!!other than that ,staff is really nice and cleaning service is not bad. Machines inside the car wash too strong for the car,they can easily damage parts of your car.

Went here today to get my car washed, staff was not nice at all. Also, says free vacuuming with every car wash. That is a lie. They told me you need to pay extra for it

If I could give a negative star I would give -10starsDONT go to this place! They charge HIGHLY tooMuch for the quality of the wash. Nothing was done, I had to ask for a rag and go over my car again. The interior waS still dirty. I paid $36 for the waSh & got the amount of work the basic $10 wash would be. Also- The employees are so rude. Management are unprofessional & The owners are nasty people, don t get back to you when say they will. Such a shady place! Many people I have spoken to have had damage to their car and owners refuse to fix. Terrible!!

Sorry for the two stars but you guys didn t do a good job at all. I have been using your car wash for years and even now, after moving over 30 miles away I have remained a loyal customer until today. $35.99 for a car wash is expensive but the Wildcat wash covers everything so why did they not really get the windows clean, a lackluster job on the carpets (I know the vacuums were working) and a flat refusal to clean the grime off of the fuel filler area. I was amazed when the whining was well I have to get a cloth from another area , so - go get it. Zero customer service and a so-so job. Never again guys, sorry. Oh, and by the way, why did I have to remind them to armor all the tires, it was meant to be part of the service.

My car needed to have the air conditioner serviced. I called one place and they wanted me to drop it off & leave it for the day. So I called Warwick car wash. The mechanic, Chris, told me to bring it in. I explained that I couldn t be there until the afternoon - he said, no problem. I went after work & he had it done in like 15 minutes. It s working so well now! Thank you Chris!

Very happy with the mechanics in the back, Chris and Mike. Before taking my car on a cross-country trip, they pointed out to me a few issues that had just been missed by a national chain tire shop. Stuff that would have seriously ruined my trip! By the next morning they had repaired the brakes, replaced the oil pan gasket, and replaced a couple of leaky radiator hoses - for a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

They do their best to remove all hassle from car wash, oil change, NYS inspection, other auto services, gas, etc. Friendly staff. Reasonable. Takes care of multiple needs in 1 stop. No appointments for inspection...in and out. Love this place.

I have used this establishment for 5 years since I moved in the area I had my oil changed and my truck inspected no problem. Each year there was a new problem they found to try and fail my inspection just to get the work. This year the the tech told me all my shocks and breaks and rotor's are all bad and that he's going to fail my truck before going to the dmv computer. The problem is I do all my own work so I know my truck I know my break's are good I know my shocks are good . This place is a joke a rip off they are taking your money. I went to Chester had my truck inspected it passed. My advice is to stay away from this place there laughing at you and taking your money you work hard for they just lost 4 vehicle's hope your greed servers you well

I've been there I got my car washed. They dont use amoral when you payed for it. I asked.to.see.the manager. When he came out I pulled.amorl out of my truck and showed the difference. I was told I would have to pay 190 dollars for detailing when I had just payed.for there best car wash which says they use amoral!!
