The door was sticking on my Jeep and the dealer told me I would need to take it to a body shop to have them replaced. I sent a picture of the VIN for my car along with the color code and asked to get the car schedule to replace the hinges. I was promptly provided an estimate and scheduled the repairs. When I picked up my car I was told the cost was a fraction of what I was quoted as the door only needed to be adjusted and I didn't need to replace the hinges. Thats again Warwick Auto Body!

Just picked up my car from body work and painting today. Can't say enough about how pleased I am. Top qualiy work, going price, totally reliable. They began the work as schedule and as importantly, finished on time (actually ahead of time). They're easy to work with, dependable, and trustworthy.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Warwick Auto Body operates a towing service as well as auto body repair. I can't speak for their auto body services as I haven't had a need for that service, but their towing operator was a total professional when I needed my car towed from an accident scene. Moreover, a request for documentation relating to that particular tow was provided promptly. Walk into their office and you're greeted with courtesy. These people are professionals. If I ever do have a need for their auto body services I'd have no hesitation trusting them with my car.

Really happy with the work done here. It wasn't a huge repair, so def not a big moneymaker for them, yet they were very professional and super courteous from start to finish. I'm happy to support a local business and happy to recommend you give Craig a call for your auto body & painting needs.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I would give this business 6 out of 5 stars if possible. Not only have I and my family used them for almost 20 years with multiple cars, I recently had work done on my miata and there was an issue with the clear coat bubbling. They stood behind their work 100% and made it right. The car looks better than it did when it was brand new. I highly recommend them and promise you will not be disappointed.

I owned 4 Auto Body shops when I was a kid and I know exactly what to look for when having body work done on my cars. I've had 4 cars with significant damage repaired by Warwick Auto Body and each one was repaired to my demanding specifications. My most recent repair was in the area of $7k, I just picked it up and can't tell it was repaired. Nice job guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chris and Craig run a solid business. Unfortunately I have had to use their services often through no fault of my own! But my car is always perfect!

Really disappointed in what used to be a great place for auto body work.Several years ago I was involved in an accident and had the repair work done by Warwick Valley Auto Body. The work was great, tyyhe staff friendly and caring and overall, it turned out to be a great experience. So, when a storm recently sent a large tree into the passenger side of my car, I naturally chose to have them do the work again.I took the car in for an estimate and all went well. I was told that the first opening they had would be August 27th - close to a one month wait. But, based on my past experience I thought that having the work done there would be worth the wait. I noted the appointment in the calendar on my phone while I was till on their lot.The Friday before I was due to bring the car in, I called to confirm the appointment. Craig told me that he had me in his book for the 20th - so obviously, there was some sort of miscommunication. Craig told me in what sounded like a bit of an abrupt tone, that he could get me in on September 4th and that he absolutely could not get me in beforehand because he was down a man in his shop already and way too busy. OK ... not too bad ... only a weeks delay ... I'm thinking that I can live with this. What happened next though sent the conversation into an unexpected tailspin.I mentioned (and here you'll have to trust me) in a completely non-confrontational, non-accusatory way that I was 'surprised' and 'disappointed' that if indeed I had been scheduled for the 20th, that no one there thought to call me to ask where I was or let me know that I was expected. The words 'surprised' and 'disappointed' must have really touched a nerve. Craig started yelling at me telling me that he had "way too many customers" and was "far too busy" to call anyone that didn't show up. He honest-to-god literally told me that if I was disappointed in anyone, that I should be disappointed at myself!!! Really?!! THIS IS HOW YOU TALK TO A REPEAT CLIENT?!!!I tried to (calmly) explain that in my mind, a phone call would have been a simple act of courtesy but Craig was too busy talking over me to hear. He kept repeating that he was busy and could get me in on the fourth in the most condescending, take-it-or-leave-it, I-really-don't -have-time-for-you kind of way that I'm pretty sure I've ever experienced from anyone at any business that I've ever dealt with. I told him 'fine - I'll see you on the fourth' .... and he hung up on me!!!!Needless to say that after taking 30 seconds to collect myself and get past the initial shock of this conversation, I called back to cancel the appointment and again ... he hung up on me!!I'm still not sure whether or not I should be more angry over this rude and really inexcusable interaction or saddened that I've lost a place that a few years ago, really seemed to take pride in making my experience with them one that I'd want to repeat.Could be that I caught Craig in a bad mood on a bad day ... we all have them. I would understand. But my phone has been silent ... no call to apologize for the outburst or to try to win my business back.I can't speak to the quality of their work these days but if you want to avoid a hair triggered temper or a really volatile and uncaring, dismissive and disrespectful interaction with someone who seems to have forgotten that customer service extends to simple things like making a follow up phone call or being courteous when a customer mentions being 'disappointed' then do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!

Although going to an autobody shop is something most people would like to avoid (oops!). But if necessary, then this is the place you want to go. The folks there are professional and courteous while also doing quality work.
