Jeff takes the time to be sure he understands and answers your questions the best he can. If there are options to consider he takes the time to explain the pros and cons of each.(I've been to other places where someone else hands you a bill and you don't even get to speak to the mechanic.)Jeff's personal approach gives me the confidence I need to keep coming back.
