Had a lag bolt stuck in the face of my rear driver's side tire. Johan and Ron were a source of good information about my next set of tires and helpful and honest about the repair needed. I will be back in a few months after a little bit more treadwear.

Was helped by Johan, who was able to get me a new set of tires onto my truck within a reasonable amount of time during my workday, so I could make it back to work without taking too much extra time on my lunch break! Him and the rest of the crew were very friendly and efficient! After a not so great experience at a different location, I was hesitant about going to Mavis, but the Warwick location is top notch!

Chris and Steve at the Warwick, NY Mavis are the best! I had a flat tire on my Jeep that was swapped out with the spare so I needed the regular tire repaired, if possible. I called at 4 pm, and asked if I could bring in my Jeep at 6:00, he said absolutely. I got there for my appointment, they were able to fix it, got it all done in less than an hour. I m a grateful long time customer! Thanks guys!

I've never had a bad experience here. Most recently, I was in for a tire plug I put in that was leaking. They fixed it right away and the service was top notch. Thank you to Flan and your Team.

Mavis of Warwick, New York is amazing! I pulled out of the garage this morning heading to Albany for an All-State Jazz Choral competition with my son and had a flat tire. Called them and they expedited everything and we re so easy to work with. Truly appreciate the assist!!

Came in today because my tire was making a loud noise and couldn t figure out what it was. Ryan took a look at it and figured it out.Probably the best mavis I ve been too!!! Very skilled mechanics! Highly recommended!!!

Long story, but suffice to say that RYAN, the young manager at the Rt.94 Warwick store is a top shelf employee! He was very pleasant to deal with and resolved a small problem we had quickly and to my great satisfaction! Absolutely terrific service. I drove up from NYC to Greenwood Lake and saw I had a screw sticking out of a tire when I got there. Found Mavis in Warwick on the internet. Called them and they said "Come over, but we are busy and it may take 2 hours". Got there and they couldn't have been more pleasant, more efficient, or knowledgeable. Asked them to fix the tire with the screw in it and another with a slow leak. They warned me again that it could be two hours....but got me out in an hour....called me while I was shopping at a local supermarket in walking distance. And the price was beyond fair and reasonable.I am back in NYC and everything is good. It could have been a disaster.Thank you Mavis

Today I had the pleasure of working with Steve who went above and beyond with the help of his wonderful team. We ve been coming here for years and have never strayed away because of how awesome the employees truly are! They turn a bad day (who wants a flat) to a positive one the second you finally get your broken down car here. Thank you!!!

Five Stars for this Mavis location! Left work at 5:30 and saw that my new truck was running 15psi on a rear tire with a visible screw head in the tread. Knowing these guys were about to close I hoped for the best. I was greeted by Johan who said no problem and repaired the tire very quickly. I use this location frequently and they never disappoint. Thank you Johan and Warwick NY Mavis!

Got two tires on my Lexus and an alignment. I scheduled my appointment on line. They were prompt got my car in and out of there, and under an hour. The two gentlemen behind the counter were awesome. I would definitely go back there again. Thanks again guys!

Love how helpful and HONEST this shop is. They stick to their schedules and provide great service. Ryan is an amazing manager at the store. I have recommend Warwick Mavis to all my family and friends and to you as well.23 Feb 2024. Returned back for another routine maintenance and an alignment issue. They were able to troubleshoot the issue and quickly repair it. Also provided a military discount. I just can't get enough of how awesome this place is. I keep recommending this place to all my local friends and neighbors. I even trust them to take care of my son's car which means a lot to me. They have a life long member here.

Listen I've used this place quite a bit. But had brand new tires and was losing psi daily figure my valve stem was leaking. Claimed to find a nail in the tire. Okay new tire. 3 days later same exact tire back down 10 psi. Explain that. I'll be calling tomorrow.

These guys are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me with my car. I got in immediately after calling and will absolutely be back.A stark contrast to the Warwick location, who couldn't even grasp the concept of a scheduled appointment.

I got my first flat tire Friday late at night and had my spare donut put on my car to get myself an hour away to home. The next day on a Saturday afternoon, I went to Warwick Mavis and was greeted and assisted immediately. They repaired the tire quickly and removed the donut and replaced with the repaired tire. The donut was put back in the truck location and secured properly, but I wasn't expecting them to put the trunk cover and pieces back in place, which was so kind and helpful. While I waited in the waiting area as the rain came down, I heard how helpful, kind and attentive Adam and Ryan were to everyone not just me. Thank you for the great service.

Came in to Mavis in Warwick with a flat tire and Johan and his crew had it fixed up and good to go in under a half hour! Very pleasant experience- i would highly recommend!

I would have given them 0 stars if I couldWaited over I hr pass my appointed couldn't even get the new tires. Person in front of me was waiting 2 hrs after his appointment three of us got our keys and walked out never once did they ever apologized. I would not recommend this place to no one.ju

My last review wasn't great about this place. An issue with them trying to sell me a tire and refusing to plug and patch it.I came back again because I actually needed tires. I had an oil change done and 4 tires and alignment. They said about 1.5 hours and it took them about 2.5 hours to finish. I drove the car home and later that day I went to do some errands and one of the tires was flat. I brought the tire back in, and they replaced it and took extra time to make sure it was mounted properly this time and not leaking. So I bumped them up to 3 stars for fixing their mistake. They would have had 4 stars, but because of this tire issue and the hassle of not having a car for a day when I needed it, they get 3. I still recommend going elsewhere if you can.

Update 2/15/24went there this day and they plugged my tire in 10 minutes, I was able to go about my business, seems to me they are starting to take care of their customers again, iam very happy about that, gave them 5 starsNote: its 2023 and mavis does not patch tires, plugs onlyUpdate 12/17/23:after mavis failed to repair 1 flat tire, I took it back 2 days later, thank God Steve was at the counter, he had me in and out in 30 minutes, raised the review from 1 star to 3 stars, iam still upset though, I hope they get it together.12/13/23Dropped off my car for 1 flat tire fix appointment, 5 hours later picked it up, next morning what do I find? Same tire still flat. Going back, can't wait to see what adventures this brings,

Had a fantastic experience getting an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Ryan assured me that I would be out within 35 minutes and surely I was. First time customer but it is definitely not my last time!!
