Appointment times kept, staff personable and helpful and requested work done efficiently and well.Have been going to Dawson's for routine maintenance and unexpected repairs for close to 18 years and have always come away from the encounters more than satisfied.They even helped me find a buyer for a minivan that was converted to accommodate a wheelchair and other handicapped related features, when there was minimal gain for their business.I highly recommend Dawson's.

A friend of mine recently brought her vehicle to dawson motors. A woman in her 60s. They charged her outrageous prices and unnecessary work was performed. Thieves taking advantage of seniors!!!!

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Dawson's from the time I bought my car from them to the time I had my first oil change service just recently. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My car is running great. Nothing else you can ask for! Great people and good service.

Thorson automotive I went over there to put some lights on my call my new route for the owner or whoever he was he was honest with me. He said he could put the lights on but he didn t know if the there was Showell a light in the computer, and I felt like he was honest with me and I didn t do it because I believe the Dawson automotive.

Unbelievable customer service. Staff was pleasant and explained all repairs to be performed on my vehicle. The work was exceptional and completed within a day and a a half. I highly recommend Dawson Motors for the quality and customer service.

I have used Dawson for all of my mechanic work for several years now and have always been completely satisfied with their customer service and attention to detail. Also my husband and I bought a car from them last spring and they made it very easy for us. They handled finding the financing and all of the paperwork. We have not had any problems with the vehicle at all. I would recommend Dawson to anyone for service and for a used vehicle.

Friendly, family owned. Always greeted with a smile. They're quick and hospitable when it comes to service, they even let me bring my dog into the waiting room. I also purchased my car from them. I didn't get a warranty, but I did get a 30 day guarantee.I heard a knock within a week or two of purchasing my car and they took it in to check it out for free, and assured me that the "knock" was an unfortunate "feature" of this car, supplying me with the notice from Honda that stated the same. Had it been a real issue, they were prepared to take care of it.I also really like the credit union that they use for financing, I'm paying very little in interest.I recommend both sales and maintenance from Dawson Motors!

Have bought 5 cars from Dawson. Each was a better deal than seen elsewhere, and had less milage. The business is family owned, and they make you feel like one of the family. All of our cars are also serviced by Dawson Motors. Their prices are good, their employees easy to talk to, and they stand by their work.

I was able to make an appointment easily on the phone for a state inspection. Brought in the vehicle and decided to wait for it. Received my car back within 30 mins. Have been bringing all my cars here for service and would not think of going anywhere else.

Top notch. Service is prompt, on spot and thorough. Staff is considerate and kept me apprised of progress and issues. Plus the owners are the nicest folks you'd ever meet. Decent people. Local. Love the car I bought from them and really appreciate the service I've received over the years.

Just a quick note of thanks for the excellent job of repairing my 2006 4Runner. After bring my truck to another mechanic and Toyota (whom both diagnosed the problem incorrectly) the issue was resolved by the Dawson Motors mechanics. They are now my go to mechanics!

I have been taking my cars to Dawson for over twenty years. 99 times I have been totally satisfied. Just one time they massed up. Not a bad record! Fair and trust worthy!

As always when I make the appointment at Dawson s they are always professional, always follow up with required recommendations, no pressure at all from the dealer and always fair. I highly recommend this repair facility in Warwick NY! Always an excellent experience!

Five stars for Dawson motors in Warwick. Great experience considering im a first time buyer. Bill Jr. was a great salesmen. Didn't choke me with cars or try and hustle me in any way. Hes a straight shooter, tells it like it is and I would recommend buying from them to anyone and everyone. Thanks Bill!

These guys straight up lied to me! They could not fix a wheel alignment! Went back 3 times n every time it came out off! Told me I need front ball joints which my car does not have! They are thief s n liars! And I have proof!

Owners son is a thief, they can't keep a straight story between them. Never fixed my car even though I was charged over 500$. Please check on your grandma's if they take their cars to this place, they will get robbed

Dawson was great in all respects responsive, prompt, reasonably priced, took care of the problem, even picked me up and dropped me off nearby. Appreciate being able to have a local repair shop I can rely on.

Quick in and quick out. Efficient to handle service needs and timely in responding to scheduling via phone call. The shop does good business for a reason and their quality of work and care of your vehicle is important and demonstrates their level of care.

My wife and I bought a Mercury MIlan from Dawson that they suggested after listing to our needs and we could not be happier. Bill Dawson knows cars! We were so satisfied we brought our other car to them for major service (new motor). It felt like a new car afterwards. We highly recommend them.

Fair priced used vehicles that they stand behind. Repair Service is quick, reliable, and honest. Very accommodating to my mother who is a senior. True professionals who offer hometown service with a personal touch.
