Brought my ignition coil in for the limited lifetime warranty and was denied it due to wear and tear. Ended up having to call corporate and the regional manager in order to get it resolved because the manager at this location refused to resolve it without the involvement of higher ups. I have lost my taste with autozone and I will do everything in my power unless it is an emergency to purchase from them ever again. Don't believe what they say about limited lifetime warranties. The manager told me that actually only means one year after purchase. What a scamUpdate April 4th 24Responded to the email that they provided and they sent me a copy of the warranty which basically says that they should have honored it but once again they did not and they told me to call customer service which is just as useless. Been waiting 5 days now for a district manager or someone higher to contact me and nobody has go to Napa or advance. They actually honor the warranties and won't tell you after one year. It is a wear and tear issue even though the manufacturer says otherwise

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and the store delivers same day typically if the items are already in store. Ample parking. Staff will even assist carrying and loading many items esp. heavier items out and into your car with you. Love this Warwick, NY location

So pleasant!! Came in with a dead battery and Kevin helped me quickly and efficiently with getting it changed out. Felt like a friend was doing me a favor. Such nice service! I ll be coming back for all my auto needs!

Been bringing my used oil here for like 2 yrs. But today apparently they cannot take my used oil today. One guy says it's full. Another says they cannot take the oil because it's in a 5 gal container and they can't lift the bucket that high into the used container. Why promote something u cannot deliver

Professional, helpful, and knowledgeable staff and management. I had trouble installing wiper blades on my daughters car, apparently in my haste I picked the wrong model for her vehicle (j hook), and didn t notice until I got home so I had to drive approximately 5 miles back, thankfully I was met with the store manager who s name escapes me . Sorry! , however he was GREAT, he confirmed that I had the wrong model and immediately helped me with the right wiper blades and even so far as to give me a discount, all while tending to two registers and other customers!! If you need auto parts I highly recommend this Autozone you will not be disappointed!!

Let me start this review by saying I drive a Kia Optima, which itself is a good car, however it means that I have to deal with many Kia techs who are next to incompetent. Anytime I bring it to a dealership it is a struggle for them to even identify the problem, let alone fix it. This leads to every visit to any dealership being an absolutely miserable experience. This is definitely not the case for this place. The manager, Kevin, should honestly run every single mechanic shop/dealership there is. Him and his staff have great customer service, are extremely knowledgeable, will help you find what you need, and he even installed a new battery I purchased for no charge at all. If you are looking to buy any parts for your car, or have any problems with it, take your business to this AutoZone specifically. I will be returning to give them my business and cannot recommend it enough.

The manger with the beard and manbun was very arguementative, and provided no help was unwilling to check prior to me bringing in oil to see if he would accept it, then told me the wrong information about warwick recycling. When i asked are you talking about the transfer station he said no and he just had people bring used oil to dpw in warwick. I called warwick after that terrible encounter and low and behold he didnt know he was talki g about the transfer station in orange county and not warwick. So he dircted me wrong pushed a cart in anger and was very rude when i asked questions. Bring back the old manager he also suggested i bring used oil to sparta nj This guy sucks.

This is a great place to do your auto shopping. The manager is very knowledgeable. He tested my battery, found it to be bad, sold me the proper battery at a good price and installed it for me. It was a wonderful experience.

Stopped in to get new wiper blades and a gentleman with a beard helped me (didn t get his name) but I was very impressed by the level of customer service provided. He was super friendly, worked with me to find the right blades for my car and installed them in 8 degree weather.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and super friendly staff. I've been there a few times and always have a good experience. Yesterday I went to purhcase windshield wipers and the young man came outside and replaced them for me at no extra cost. I highly recommend this store!

The customer service at this location is top notch. I brought my vehicle in and the manager Kevin helped my father and I test and replace our car batteries. The employees at this location do a REALLY amazing job putting the customer first. I really appreciate all the help and professionalism as always!

I stopped in a few days ago for a simple headlight bulb replacement. Mike not only found me the right bulb, but quickly installed it for me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I have been in this location several times and am consistently helped in the same manner. Thanks Mike and coworkers!

Car broke three wheel studs on the way to Mountain creek. They say they offer loaner parts, but they didn t have anything I needed. I fixed the wheel right there in the parking lot and had to buy every component of the fix. They were nice though.

Store manager Mike was very helpful. He told me about the variety of wiper blades available for my vehicle. After I made my selection he even offered to install them for me; which I excepted gratefully.

Kevin is the best. My wife went in to AutoZone in Warwick NY, needing a new low beam headlight. He not only found the proper replacement but he installed it. I would highly recommend AutoZone in Warwick NY. Thank You Kevin!

The check engine light in my car had come on, so I decided to stop in the Local Autozone store where I live in Warwick NY..Mike, one of Auto Zone s employees was extremely helpful, he instructed me on how to use the diagnostic tool scanner to obtain the code that was triggered.I was then given the printout immediately thereafter.The manager Kevin was also on hand to inform me, what possibly could have triggered the specific code to my vehicle.Both gentlemen were professional, informative and quite helpful.I was extremely happy for the niceexperience I had.I highly recommend, that if you need a part or if you are looking for some information regarding a concern you might have regarding your car, Auto Zone on Route 94 south in Warwick, New York is the place for you.Regards,Dave Bevacqua

I went to autozone on one of the closest days of the year because I had no choice, but I needed a battery installed and Kevin was wonderful so friendly and so helpful he installed my battery with such a professional manner and such kindness it really was unreal I wish more people in this world were like him him. Thank you Kevin!

Simply great group of people! I have visited this location over the past 6 years for both car essentials and replacement parts. On every occasion, I am treated courteously and promptly beginning with the pleasant welcome received as I walk through the door. The majority of times, what I need is in stock and when it isn't they locate it for me. Whenever I have a question, they usually have the answer i'm looking for. They always kindly offer to replace simple parts I purchase for my car while I wait. Their warranty replacements are always honored headache-free. I cannot stress enough about the down to earth & hard working character of all their employees at this location. This is my preferred goto location for on the spot car items.

I purchased an alternator with a lifetime warranty for a Ford van at the Warwick location. Short time later it made noise and I stopped at the Warwick store and I asked them about this and I was told it had a lifetime warranty. They typed in my cell phone number and all the info came up and I told them I would be back in a couple of days with the alternator. I returned a few days later they had no record of me. I told him you had me a couple of days ago where did It go?. They refused to help me. I called the Better Business Bureau after about a month I was told that they only sold two alternators that year for a Ford van and I was not one of them. it's hard to believe they only sold two alternators all year so I went to Napa and purchased another alternator which worked out well.

My mother brought her truck to autozone in warwick ny and not only was kevin helpful, he went beyond and fixed it for her. She says " Kevin is awsome and she dont lie. Ty kevin.

I can't say enough positive about these guys. I am a woman and this was my first time at this location. I had multiple issues with my vehicle and was getting conflicting advice and I asked these guys for their take. They were knowledgable about both their products and vehicles. The store was busy and they were amazingly efficient and apologized to me when I had to wait for 2 -3 minutes to do a test. They ran a test twice just to reassure me. They also answered all my questions. While they could have sold me a part I thought I might have needed on a seperate issue I had for the one I came in for, they pointed me to a less expensive option to try first and an item on sale. They gave me solid advice on making sure I had the problem nailed before randomly buying a part I may not need. They were friendly, had obvious integrity and I trusted them. I would recommend these guys to anyone especially a woman who needs some help. Best auto parts experience I have had and I have had more than a few. Thankyou Warwick Autozone.

Needed a new bulb for headlight. 2 young guys working there tonight were awesome. Changed the bulb for me (for free) in freezing temperatures. Staff is always very helpful there.

Went to have my battery tested. The employee checked the alternator as well. I had new battery installed free of charge by the employee in the cold rain! I was given a courtesy 10% discount and $5 trade in for the old battery. Great helpful service!
