Great place for all your vehicle needs! I took my vehicle here for a collision I had. The vehicle came back in brand new condition! They were very fast and accommodating! They even offer rental coverage. I continue to use there services for my vehicles and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is great! Highly recommend going to Ott's for any service for your vehicle.

My truck was completely repaired after a deer hit. They even worked with my insurance when more was needed to be fixed than the insurance's original estimate. Ladies in the office were a pleasure to deal with. And my truck was cleaned inside and out. I have been a loyal customer of Ott's Collision since I first learned to drive (although some, including those who have to repair my poor, abused vehicles, would say I still have a ways to go in "learning how to drive"). 37 years later, I still receive the same consistent great service, practical counsel, patient therapeutic ear, and reasonable fees. With Ott's, I have always gotten what I've paid for. They do not suggest unnecessary repairs nor do they sugar-coat problematic areas. Over 30 years ago, Roger warned me (when I was driving more rust than metal) that he'd confiscate my truck if he caught me taking my bucket of bolts over any bumps or railroad tracks. He also held his tongue when he found stalks of corn jammed up in the undercarriage of my Dad's Ford Granada when I was 16. Like those stalks of , it would be next to impossible to dislodge me from frequenting Ott's Collision for my vehicles maintenance and repair.

They did a great job fixing the collision damage on my truck. I gave them short notice on the timeframe they had to fix it and they still made it happen. I provided a new set of aftermarket taillights and they installed those no problem. Truck was also cleaned inside and out.Very impressed and I will be back for any future work.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Vehicle safety inspection

I had a dent in my truck bedside. I didn't want to use my insurance if i didnt have to. Every other place wanted $2500 to replace the bedside. I explained the situation to Justin and $800 later my truck looks as good as new. I won't go anywhere else since Justin took over.

Otts did a great job on my front end repair from a deer hit and my car came out so clean inside and out, they washed it, looks like they waxed it and detailed the inside they did a fantastic job.Highly recommend them

Justin and his team got my pickup in for collision repair quickly and did a great job! The truck looks as good as new and came back spotless! Brought my gmc terrain in after hitting a deer, 9,500 in damages and they made it look like new. My car came back cleaner than when I picked it up from the dealership. Thank you for your amazing service.

On a road trip when check engine light came. They checked the codes and advised me it was no problem to make the trip back and to see my mechanic when I got back home. Ott's Collision is professional, friendly, and reliable. As a woman, I feel comfortable waiting in the designated area that is clean and and quiet. And the mechanics don't talk down to me either but explain what needs to be done to my vehicle. I highly recommend.

I stopped in with a leaking tire and they were more than willing to help. As I was waiting I was thinking someone would come out saying that I needed a new tire or something else expensive. He came to the waiting room explaining that I had a nail in my tire. They thanked me for taking my car there and they only charged me $15 for a plug. I recommend them completely.

Horrible. Dropped my car off to have it fixed, looked at it, said it was an 8 hour job so they didn't want to fix it, but charged me $120 just to look at it. If you don't want to fix cars then why are you in this business? Take your cars to Gregs auto shop in warsaw. Much better and they actually do their job

Charged me money just to tell me what I already knew was wrong and wouldn't fix my car because it was an 8 hour job. If you need work done on your car take it to Gregs. 100x better

Fun place for kids to learn about lizards and spiders and turtles and everything else. Staff is very knowledgeable about all the creatures. You can touch anything with the green sticker on it.
