I had him do my front end, my pads and rotors and my rear calipers. Then I had him do my emergency brakes he put the emergency brake shoes in and told me I needed backing plates and another part he didn't know the proper word to. ( emergency brake actuators) so I brought it to John Elite in summit to finish it up and he called me to have me come over to look at my truck. The one emergency brake shoe was just dangling on the axel. The other one I bought was missing. My rear calipers were on the wrong sides and the pads were upside down. My brake line he did was all messed up and zip tied to the leaf spring which is dangerous. So I had John look at my front end he did and one of my wheel bearing abs wires was shredded that I replaced a few months before I had him do any work because he never resecured the wires after doing the front end. The other one was almost shredded. So I had to replace one of my wheel bearings. He also did a terrible job putting in my tie ends so the had to be replaced 2 months after being done. So $1500 later all the work that 5 star did was fixed my truck is now safe to drive. I would not recommend Cliff to anyone and would not trust him to fix a bicycle.

I've been trying to get ahold of this mechanic to get my car fixed for the past two weeks, and I've left him several voicemails with my phone number, and I haven't gotten a single response.
