This Place has been so Good with Me. The respect, services, honesty, and professionalism. The staff are very pleasant. I want to Thank Danny in the service department for staying in contact with me, while my car was being serviced. If you had a bad experience I want to apologize for them, because people have bad days.

They were courteous and were prompt for our appointment at 10:30. I hope they corrected the on and off miss-engine fire while driving. The car acts like it miss fire and trying to go into a higher gear. What causes cars to act this way?

Their customer representative line absolutely is awful. They tell you one thing in one sentence, and then contradict in next. No one seems to know what they are doing. Terrible service, go elsewhere and go get your car from another dealership. Very disappointed.

I don t know what they pay Rob the Service Advisor but it is not enough! For one, he is excellent at his job. I m sure he is overseeing dozens of vehicles but he makes sure to call you every.step.of.the.way. as if you are his only customer and he s working on the vehicle himself. I live about an hour away but I will never hesitate to bring it in to them again after the experience Rob has given me. He gives his expert and genuine opinion on things and really goes above and beyond. The list is endless. Thanks Rob and the whole service team for the positive experience once again. I will be back for service and sales in the future.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Pleasantly surprised. I always fear going to a dealer for service as their prices are very high. Very surprised to see their prices are the best around even better than all the discount chains such as Mavis meineke etcAlso the service rep was fantastic.He was super nice and very professional with no hard sell to get anything else done.I highly recommend this place and I'll be back!

I have had multiple unpleasant experiences at two Queens service centers. My brother encouraged me to try this one, eventhough it is a 2 hour drive, they did not disappoint! They are courteous, professional and did an amazing job. Rob in service is always SPECTACULAR. I m sure they are always swamped but he makes sure you get the attention you deserve. I have a warranty and live a bit far so I usually drop it off there for however long they need it and Rob calls literally every step of the way to update me. My husband took his truck in for service, he was well taken care of with a rental loaner so he wouldn't miss work. The staff is very attentavice and friendly. Still waiting on the truck but I'm sure they will do an excellent service.

Nissan service was fast and efficient. I was in and out in no time. The service department has friendly and professional workers. I was treated with courtesy and they provided refreshments for the wait. 5 stars for nissan service.
