Excellent service from front office to the mechanics working on the vehicles, I've brought 4 of my cars there so far and each time nothing but great service and honesty, Mike along with his team are up front with the cost and what repairs are needed and kept me informed on what needed to be done via text and pictures. As long as they are open this is my goto repair shop, great job keep up the excellent work and thank you for your honesty and care for the customer

I needed new tires bad after getting my car inspected here. The tires were able to be delivered on a day that was convenient for me and worked with my schedule, i basically told them what day i needed. Mike and all of his staff were amazing! From the jump, these folks were awesome and helpful. We had a break line bust and numerous other problems with our car. We dropped it off and spoke with Mike, who explained everything comprehensively. They were nice enough to fit us in even though they re booked two weeks out and got us fixed up in a timely manner at a more than reasonable cost. My wife and I left our cars for maintenance while we were away on spring break. She had her rear brakes replaced, tire rotation and oil change done. I had an oil change, fuel filter replacement and emergency brake cable replaced on my truck. All work was completed on both vehicles before we returned making it so easy and convenient for us to pick up at the same time. Prices were very fair and reasonable, owner is always friendly and knowledgeable. Wish we had found this shop much sooner. Will most definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. They also have towing service if you re ever stuck! Keep up the good work, you guys are AWESOME Services: Exhaust, Tire rotations, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I was sad when Redline automotive went out of business, they were my go to for all my repairs. So I figured I'd give Next Level a chance when they moved in. They've been great! Their prices are very fair, and their work honest and straightforward. I just haven't used their towing service yet, but they have it if you need it. Give them a try a see for yourself!

I recently visited for a random tire pressure check and rotation and I have to say, I was blown away by the level of service I received.Not only were my tires expertly tended to, but the team at the shop went above and beyond to make me feel like family. The staff was friendly, personable, and made the experience enjoyable. I was impressed with their attention to detail and knowledge of their craft. I also appreciated the tire rotation they performed, which was done efficiently and with care. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the service I received and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto services.Again thank you for making my visit a truly wholesome experience! I've used Mike's service twice so far. The first job was exhaust pipe repair. He did an excellent job for a very fair charge. The second job was engine issues. I called him to come tow the car and despite his high work volume, he made time to come as soon as possible. My car had been grounded for a couple of days because the engine was stalling and producing lots of heavy white smoke. Instead of towing the car, he diagnosed the problem right at my home and fixed it on site. Very talented.Service: Transmission repair

My car very last minute died on me today, and within hours Next Level Auto took care of me and completely fixed the issues i needed & went the extra mile to fix other needs i didnt know i needed. They were polite, efficient, very quick and productive, and overall extremely helpful. I will be back for any and every need after todays expierence!
