I recently had my car serviced at Monro Auto Service and Tire Center, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Mike was friendly, professional, and attentive to my concerns.The technician Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issues with my Prius. They communicated clearly about the repairs and ensured I understood the work being done.I highly recommend Monro Auto Service and Tire Center for their exceptional service, expertise, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.

Super unprofessional! Took 3 days to change my tires and said they forgot one so had me wait a 4th day. Not to mention they didn't contact me to tell me until I got to the shop to pick it up, after I called them 3 times (one time per day) to confirm it was ready, just to be put on hold to leave a message each time. I recommend finding another place if you need something done in a hurry!

Great service from technician and the owner. The technician was training another young guy and he had so much patience with the new gentleman . The owner is phenomenal and if I could give them 20 stars, I would. Came back the next day to put my 4th tire on and had the opportunity to work with the new guy. Amazing and professional. I ve been struggling to get my inspection done because everywhere around was cancelling my appointments. I chose to change where I was going to Monro. I made an appointment that night for the following morning at 8am. I was in and out with my inspection within the hour. I was very pleased with the service and wish I chose to come here in the first place.

I made an appointment for an inspection for my son's car. In order to pass inspection I ordered two tires and prepaid to have them installed and inspection so my son could bring the car and have the work completed. My son arrived at his appointment and the tires wree installed abd the car released to him. A few days later i discovered the inspection was not completed and ghe okd sticker still on the vehicle. I called to explain the oversight and requested to have inspected. I was given an attitude and was told I to hage my some bring the car in that afternoon. My son brought the car in, and was asked when was the last time the brakes were done. I personally installed new brakes on the vehicle last March. My son advised the technician we had just put them on recently and he replied to him under his breath "you should learn to lie better". The vehicle now failed inspection because a new code had appeared and the technician reported a tie-rod was bad. I had the entire front end worked on last January and aligned and the car sat in the driveway with no road use. My son brought the car home. I went to replace the front pads and rotors and the lug buts were put on with so much torque, i needed a breaker bar and a 4 ft pole extension to break them loose. I took the car to another shop and the inspection was completed without issue. This is not how a service shop should treat customers especially when the mistake lays in them. I still prepaid for the inspection and did not receive a refund. I chose to go to another shop because I completely lost confidence in the technicians and dont trust they will complete the work properly

Customer service was good. I got a good explanation about the issue with my car . However, I learned later how you guys tried to take advantage of me. I got an estimate of $707 for an easy fix to my muffler pipe. I took the car to another shop and they didn't even charge me for anything. It took them 2 minutes so they didn't even request any payment. This is not the first time that Monro Muffler give me an astronomical estimate that makes no sense.I won't come back.

Went in for an oil change, came out with a broken wheel stud that needed replacement and charged for. Told i needed a battery eventhough I got a battery from the same location a month earlier. And now my car has a grinding noise from my front driver side like something is lodged in the brake caliper.

I had an appointment and waited 3 1/2 hours just for an oil change and I was the first one there . Then all of a sudden something is broken which is a lie they are a bunch of crooks . They intentionally mess things up on your car so you can pay for it . I do not recommend this place go elsewhere ( ladies especially if you don t know much about cars).

So to say the most with the least words.. this location and all of the staff are freaking excellent! Took good care of my car.. fixed the issue and didnt take all my money out of my pocket. Friendly and professional absolutely!!!!! And the manager Jaime Wingate drove me back to work after dropping off my car and he didn't have to. So to say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They have gained a customer for life on any car i ever drive.. Great set of gentlemen at this wappingers location!

These guys took us at the appointed time. Finished in the time we asked. Fair pricing, excellent service, and our Mechanic went above and beyond for us. They are very motivated and professional and explained issues and solutions for my car in a clear and concise manner and in a way I could easily understand. I will 100% be returning next time I need work done. I have had many bad interactions at auto- repair shops but this was not one of them! Highly recommend.

Everyone was extremely friendly and very informative with explaining the issues with my car! They helped me to determine the problem with my brakes and were able to help me same day. The manager of the store Jamie was knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service, thank you!

I had a wonderful experience when I visited the shop. Their welcome is so pleasant. I would like to mention Casey and Jamie! They were so patient with me. I know I have little trouble, but bless them, They put up with me and gave me the best that I could have asked for. Thank guys so much. I appreciate you all a lot. I will recommend anyone to visit.

I've gone to many auto shops, and I do a lot of my own repair work too. These guys really put in the extra effort to actually fix a problem, not just do a repair. My daughter's car had been pulling to the left for years and it started to get worse, I'd gone to other places to get it aligned and still it would always slightly pull. These guys actually fixed it! The tech took it on the road about 5 times after each adjustment to really get it fixed. I probably got the equivalent of 3 or 4 alignments. But he actually fixed it! After that they really earned my trust as a shop who takes pride in their work.

This location is my go to spot for anything I need done on mine and my husbands cars. They re always very friendly and super patient when it comes to explaining what needs to be done. The manager Mike is very helpful and nice and always explains everything that s needs to be done and is honest and up front about the cars. The mechanic Casey is super fast and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He gets my cars done right away and if he is behind, him and mike both let me know there will be a wait time. I recommend Monro at the Wappingers location to anyone and everyone who needs to have work done on their cars. They will always try to fit you in and work with you on parts! Best part, they re friendly, nice and honest!

I swear, this is the first time ever that I have been compelled to write a review of a business. As a woman I have anxiety about taking my car to the mechanic. However, this was such an easy visit due to the quality of service I received. Casey was amazing!!! He showed me under my car and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. This was my first time visiting this business under the new management. I will return for sure as my anxiety has been cured now that I found a mechanic I can trust. Thanks Casey!!!!!

I was in a pinch to get an inspection while visiting home. The person on the phone was very patient and friendly and informed me they were able to squeeze me in. I haven't been to Monro's in about a year. Very professional and kind! They were thorough with telling me things I would need to be keeping an eye on.I often feel frustrated when speaking with mechanics. I feel that as a woman I am often treated like I am easy to take advantage of with my car. I really appreciate the kindness and honesty that was expressed. I will definitely be telling my family and friends to use this location!

Staff is extremely rude and very shady. They tried to scam me and lie saying I needed to replace parts in my vehicle that I knew did not have to be replaced. Had another mechanic look at the parts they told me needed to be replaced and just as I thought, they did not have to be. Do not come here.

Had a good experience with my technician and was attended to early. I made an appointment online being a new customer and they were able to help me out with some tires I bought secondhand. They told me my best options. Very informative.

Brought my truck in for 4 new tires mounted and balanced, and an oil change. Made an appointment for noon on a Saturday. Dropped it off on time, receive a call at 4pm that the lug nuts won t fit the new wheels and I need to find ones that do.Bring the new lug nuts in at 415pm to find that they ve done literally nothing to my truck. They then locked my keys in my truck with it running. Called the cops to get my car unlocked, they told me to bring the truck back the next morning. Bring the truck in 9am on Sunday morning, didn t receive a call until 4pm that afternoon that it was ready. I was told Saturday my bill would be adjusted because of all this inconvenience. It wasn t. I was charged $220.After calling corporate 3 times I finally got a $50 refund. Overall a terrible experience, would never use them again. Mechanics are too busy smoking pot in the parking lot 30 minutes before close to actually work on cars. Took 14 hours over two days to do a job that should ve taken 2 hours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.

Wish I could do 0 stars. The manager Mike is unprofessional and cuts you off before you can finish a sentence. He scams people, but especially older women who can not understand a lot of English. He said he told my mother in law that she had to pay $700 for 2 brake pads and rotors otherwise her car wouldn t pass inspection, but my mother in law said she never agreed to the brakes nor was she told the overpriced cost. This brake job and inspection would cost $4-500 at any other local shop. Stay away from this place. It s a scam, and mike told us to write a review about our experience if we didn t like the service so here we are.

0 STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Came to replace my passenger side headlight that went out, they convinced me that I should change both so that they would have equal brightness. 3 months later, the driver side headlight goes out! They pocketed my $$$ and never changed the other headlight!!! STAY FAR AWAY

Wish I could give 0 stars, this place will try and scam you and screw you over for as much money as possible. The older guy behind the counter has a very bad ego problem and is extremely arrogant. Do not come here you will not have a good experience.

I was helped by Casey and Jamie, and their customer service was more than sufficient. I was showed directly what the problem was with a flash light and talked through every step of the process. They also accepted my appointment same day. I will definitely be continuing to bring my car back here.
