This place is great! The service was excellent and the people were kind and informative. I had two chainsaws repaired and purchased new bars and chain at a fair price for sure. I am going to return for service every time I need.

First time visiting this business and the crew hooked me up with springs for my tractor! Their prices may be odd, but this small business is a gem especially for Diy-ers.

These guys are absolutely awesome! My neighbor was willing to give me his old Cub Cadet that had been sitting in the garage for years. The tires were rotten, the carb was gunked, seals were blown, who knows what else, it was a heap. I called Mark and he sent one of his guys to pick it up, and a few days later, he gave me a very fair estimate. Basically the whole thing had to be refurbished, but he told me it was one of the best models they make and would be worth it. So I gave the go ahead and he and Jonathan got to work. They replaced everything, tuned it, fixed it, new tires, sharpened the blades, got her back up and running like a dream! I picked it up a week later, and besides a little chugging at first (just the carb working things out), it's been perfect. Couldn't be happier with the job and the service. These guys were so easy and informative, made sure I was properly taken care of. They earned themselves a lifetime customer! Thank you gents, see you soon but not too soon

Our lawnmower was smoking up every time we turned it on. We had M&S picked it up to check what was happening. Apparently gas was getting into the oil due to two damaged gaskets. They replaced it, serviced the machine and returned it to us within one week. Mark the owner was amazing, he was very kind and generous on the cost, we are extremely happy and would bring our business here all the time! If you have any troubles with your mower this is the place to go!! THANKS MARK!!!

I sent a lawn mower for one of the suspension spring to be fixed. Took them 2 Months, did nothing much to the lawn mower and told me it was $300 to replace one suspension. Don t sent your machine there, it s a scam. I can rather spend $300 on a new lawn mower.

My riding mower engine seized due to my own neglect. M&S picked up the mower next day. Unfortunately, it needed a new engine. But the team offered me a refurbished used engine, let me know the rest of the mower was in good shape, and got it back to me earlier than estimated (and under a week!) It works better than when I got the mower secondhand years ago. These guys are quick and knowledgeable - I recommend anyone having issues with their equipment to contact them.

if your machine breaks burn it and throw it in the river before calling m & s. they started my job , took eight months to come back and complete. did it wrong and burnt up the starter. they could not complete. i paid them $200. they took my manuals and lost them. worst operation ever .

First time home owner and lawn mower buyer had starting problems with it, called m&s and it was picked up the next day (mind you they have FREE pick up and delivery which is a plus) and was called the day after that with a very fair estimate they brought it back to me in a few days and the mower started instantly they are very friendly and would recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their power equipment 10/10 !!

M&S did an excellent job repairing my riding lawn mower and chain saw. Both item were returned to me like new and worked perfectly. The work was done quickly and the price was right. Thanks Mark & crew for an excellent experience, I'll be back for sure when I need any work on my equipment.

I wanted to take this opportunity to send this shout out to M&S .During this last storm that left most of us without power for days, my generator decided to die. I took the generator for repairs to M&S after trying a local small engine repair shop. I immediately got the impression that the owner of the local shop had no interest in repairing my generator. "You ve had 10 good years out of this, he said. It could take 100 s to fix. Cut your losses and just buy a new one he said." I was not satisfied with that. Thanks to a neighbor who recommended M&S, I thought I d give it a whirl before investing in a new generator. M&S provided free pickup, a free estimate and free return. If that wasn t enough, they were able to perform the repair for only $80. That is ten times less than the cost of a new generator. The generator started up immediately after it was dropped off! Needless to say I was thrilled. I couldn t imagine doing business for either sales, service or repairs with any one else.Kudos M&S.

This place is fantastic and provides customer service like I couldn t believe. I own a local artificial turf company and our Boxer mini loader had a track come off that we couldn t repair. I called and then brought it in at 530pm. Not only were they willing to help they fixed it the same night allowing us to put the machine back to work the next day. They were a pleasure to work with and were very fair on price considering they worked late into the night so we could run the next day. There are not many businesses that provide this level of service especially to a new customer and it is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend

Love these guys!! Needed a snow blower. They got me a model perfect for my driveway. Reasonably priced and quick service. Came back to them to look at my riding mower. They got to it almost immediately and again at a great price. Excellent customer service!

No stars. I has my old tractor picked up. Only needed a muffler. I got it back hood was broken, lights smashed threads in motor block stripped. DO NOT BRING YOUR TRACTOR OR MOWERS THERE. You will regret it.

M&S did an outstanding job in resolving my issue with my tractor. Based on the work they performed, the cost was considerably cheaper than other shops in the area. In addition, they respect the Veterans and provided a discount.Well job done M&S!

M&S came out to us all the way in Wallkill, NY for a little snow blower that made noise but did not start. He was there only 5 minutes and fixed it right in our Garadge. And most importantly, there was no charge for the the home visit... Now that's what I call excellent service!!

I recently started bringing my power equipment to M&S. Everything from a weedwhacker to chainsaws to a ride on lawn tractor. In each case M&S exceeded my expectations. Mark and his team provided great quality work, excellent customer service and highly competitive pricing. Kudos to M&S!

Avoid this place. Bought a fuel pump for my mower back in April. $25 and it was guaranteed to work. Got it home and it was rusted and clogged up. Waste of money and my time.
