My son was in an accident caused by an elderly woman hitting cars by weaving in and out of her lane, and these guys came on the scene and towed his car to a less than reputable garage. Dutchess charged him $1400.00 (!!!!!!) of insurance money to tow it. I am not kidding. They completely took advantage of a vulnerable situation.

The owner met us at the tow site on a Sunday after my accident on Saturday. Very nice owner and appreciative of his time and conversation.

Had an accident back in February and the driver was not friendly also he was to busy because he had to go to more calls and did not tow the truck where it needed to go, also he tow it to a none registered body shop that he got payed from the insurance company and from the body shop both the tow company is not very professional and will over charge you
