Fast and reliable - job was done in less than an hour. Tint came out flawless and @ $95.00 I got a lifetime guarantee. Highly recommended service - I even called about a bubble and was told it was a soap bubble and would go away in 2 days, which it did. Thank you Auto Trends of Wappingers!

Amazing! My remote starter decided not to work today and my ignition refused to detect the key. When I was finally able to start the car I called Auto Trends. The young lady in the office was amazing. They took me right away and even got the photo inspection done for me since I was changing insurance carriers. I was very impressed with her multitasking as she handled multiple customers and phone calls at the same time. Polite, compassionate, calm, competent, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am just so impressed and appreciate them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Rip-off. Terrible. Misquoted price. Then worn out looking lady at counter insulted me. They eat in your car and get food fingerprints on dash. They say woman owned. But thats because the guys who do the work need a human shield, when they are done messing up your vehicle. They pretend not to know English. But if she isn't there they speak broken english. You have to pay them every year too. (Because of inspection) Welcome to the future. Poor work, high prices that are recurring and no pride in product

Great customer service and they got the job done right! Crystal was very helpful and consistent with updates regarding my appointment. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a job as far as tints and any stereos installation etc. 5 stars from me.

Professional, friendly owner & employees.Clean organized shop. Went above & beyond to take care of the insurance inspections & pictures. This is timely, and tedious, but they got both of my vehicles done. They were extremely busy, but remained organized & helpful to customers. No one complained or seemed stressed. I would absolutely recommend Auto Trends in Wappingers.

Very Happy with this shop. I have them service my BMW's, my X5 and 528i - and I'll soon have them working on vette. This place knows vintage BMW's - and crystal and Ed are fair. I've had them replace speakers / regulators, do the stereos / subs - Tint - fix my LEDs. Then gave them some Engine work - My Valve covers gaskets - Full tunes coil packs plugs - found vacum leaks / full ccv. Install full brakes disc and drums on the X and full suspension. On the 5 series - PWR steering work - and full suspension - dropped it on HR's and bilstiens all around - excellent work on all accounts.

I went here to have my front windows retinted. Ceasar did a great job and the front matches my back windows perfectly. I also had them remove my old hood bugdeflector and replace with a new one I had purchased. They did that as well and it came out great. The Owner was very nice and took me right away. While I waited Karen in the office chatted and was very friendly. I would definitely reccomend to anyone.

Amazing service! Had my rear race track light replaced at my local dealership last friday and needed the rear lights tinted before a carshow on Sunday. They got me in 9am on Saturday and out at 1015am. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing.

Quality work, honest people, Crystal and her team went the extra mile for us recently when we were in a bind and everyone else we went to was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Will definitely be taking our cars here for any future work that needs done.

I had a great experience getting my tints and audio system installed. Tints were affordable with lifetime warranty! Audio system was installed and adjusted for proper highs and lows avoiding a loud raspy bass. Went to get an install and they left my car with scratches and chips, did not want to take accountability of their actions. Really bad customer service, threatened to call the cops for scratching my car.

This shop is a scam. Had my car towed there for a calibration and asked them to put my battery on a charger because it was dead and i couldnt afford a new battery because it was Christmas time. Owner told me no and said a new battery was 340 dollars. Called Auto Zone in Wappingers they said a new battery for my RAV 4 was only 209. I couldn't pick up my car and this "shop" charged me 75 dollars a day for "storage" even though my car was photographed outside every day and not in "storage". Today I was presented with a 1200 dollar bill because of bogus storage fees. My car was also damaged multiple times by this shop. Owner didn't want to work with me and take money for calibration and battery. Said I don't get my car without paying 1200 dollars. This owner will take advantage just to make an extra buck for her pocket. Now I'm a single mom with a car that's being held hostage by this shop and I lost my job because I can't get back and forth to work. Don't go to these people. They are rip offs and will find ways to take your money and destroy you and your life. Horrible business. Absolutely horrible.Services: Electrical, Battery

Ed tinted my windows a couple of months ago (Benz c300) which included a lifetime warranty. The tints turned out very nice. I was so pleased with the overall experience that I took my car back to have the break calipers painted red & I was not disappointed. They look beautiful! The prices charged is also very fair. Excellent customer service. Staff very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Brought my 2015 Jeep Compass to get air horns, tint windows, rims dipped & everything came out wonderful & I couldn't be anymore happier. Definitely would reccomend

This place has gone downhill since 3 years ago. I recommended this place to two other family members. Three years later my tint is coming off my car windows, my brothers tint has bubbles in it. My tire was never placed on correctly and not tightened after the rim was repainted. 2014 impala - at first the person refused to tint the car - should have taken his lack of confidence as a sign-as now the tint is falling off!

Horrible work. Replaced my radio and my entire driver side controls stopped working.. even my blinkers stopped working. They promised me a refund and when i arrived for it one of their employees called the cops on me. They refused to give back my original radio that has parts i need to get my car fixed and part of the refund he promised me. Smh never AGAIN

Had HID lights put in and was told they're under a 1 year warranty, both failed so I contacted the business to find out they're renovating and owner would contact me. Of course I didnt get a phone call cause they could care less about there customers.I took matters in my own hands and ripped the whole kit out threw in the trash and put my stock bulbs back in.Horrible customer service would never back there again.A word to the owner if you read this your customers should always be #1 regardless of anything. Always make good on your warranties and your word if you dont you'll never succeed as a successful entrepreneur.

I have taken all my vehicles here for the past 3 years. I have had my vehicles tinted had decks interior speakers subs amps etc. I have even had mechanicalwork done as well. I never had any issues. They always stand by their warrantees.
