Mine and my husband's experience with All Tow & Action Automotive was exceptional. They were professional, courteous and looked out for us in the process ... they were willing available to answer questions and provide us guidance. Although our vehicle was claimed a total loss and we could not use their services further, we definitely would recommend. Thank you Renato for your kindness!

Renato not only showed up on a cold night to tow my Tesla (after no other towing company wanted to touch it) he also stayed to help me troubleshoot and get the car to drive. The man had the patience to help me out WAY more than he needed it to. Other companies/people would have just come in ask no questions load the car on the bed and leave. But not Renato so if you're looking for someone you can trust your vehicle to I would say Renato is your guy.

Amazing and quick service! Arrived to my location within 15 minutes of calling. Renato was incredible and gave me a lot of useful information to use next time I need to change a tire. Appreciate your hard work and timeliness.

I stayed at a hotel and came outside the next morning and car wouldnt start. I called Renato at Alltow for a jump. They arrived before estimated arrival. What we thought was going to be a simple jump, turned out the car needed more than just a jump. Renato towed my car back to the shop and stayed late finding the problem and fixing it, helping me get my car back on the road and charged me fairly! I recommend Alltow and will be using them for my future car needs!Service: Battery service

Renato, the owner is extremely dependable and honest. He was very prompt and came when he said he was going to come. He dropped everything to help me tow my vehicle. If you want a professional with years of experience, you have come to the right place. He is very conscientious and offers a fair price for the job. I am very happy with the job that he did for me! It s so rare to find a good honest person in this world today. Today we were blessed meeting the owner of this company Renato. My son s car was stuck in a local parking lot and we only needed a tow to a Firestone just across the road. Our road service through the insurance company sucked. We reached out to this company. We called for a quote ( which was very reasonable) and said we would call him back. Since he didn t hear back from us he called us and said he had a cancellation of another job and said he can be at our location in 30 minutes. This man is truly a man of his word. He came, rolled the car onto his flatbed and promptly and efficiently and professionally delivered it to the Firestone. We recommend this company highly because of this professional and personable person.Service: Local hauling

Amazing service. I called in a panic after buying a used car for the first time and realizing I couldn't drive it without plates. Renato calmed my nerves and not only towed the car, but also looked it over for me. I went from being completely terrified to reassured in a few minutes. My car was in a total loss accident and Renato and his son were fantastic helping me with the tow and to deal with the insurance company. They are very knowledgeable about their business. Customer service is top notch. They really care about their customers and follow up with them to make sure everything is done right. Being a business owner myself I know there are so many options for people to do business with but when you meet a business owner like Renato who really cares about their customers is truly rare. Rinato was a godsend. He told me exactly what to do when my car was totaled. He gave excellent advice that my own insurance would not tell me. My daughters car broke down in the city of Poughkeepsie on a Friday during rush hour & they came right out made sure we were safe. Renato walked me through everything that was going on with my car and what he did. He took his time and paid attention to detail. He called to update me on everything that was going on and even called the next day to check up on me and how the car was doing. I would definitely recommend him! He was honest, extremely helpful, I felt super comfortable and taken care off. Cant thank him enough!

I was stuck on the side of 84 with a flat tire early on Friday morning. Renato picked the phone up on the second ring and was to me within 45 mins. He was a real gentleman and offered to help how ever he could, from suggesting which place would be easiest to get fixed and what was most convenient so I wouldn t have to wait to get back on the road for work. Great people with great customer service, thank you guys, highly recommend!

Ronaldo is a good human who conducts his business with kindness. I was very thankful that he was the person who showed up to help me. He arrived earlier than he said he would. He quickly loaded my car to be towed. He made a smart recommendation to get my car to a dealership in the event that a warranty would cover the needed repairs. In addition to the suggestion and the destination for the car being towed to the dealership he drove me and my partner home. Exceptional service. If you are in need of a tow, Alltow is a business you can trust.

Wow, I can t say enough good things about this business. My car broke down in the middle of the road after 10 pm on a Sunday, and they were there 3 minutes after I got off the phone with them. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I always hope to never need a tow, but I m so grateful to have had such a great experience in an otherwise stressful situation.Service: Car towing

Called for a tow because battery would not charge. Upon arrival instead of just towing he tried jumping my truck and noticed my alternator plug was loose causing the problem. Didn t have to check my truck or jump it but he did. He could of just towed my vehicle and went on his way. Excellent service and care for their customers. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. If you want someone honest straight to the point who treats their customers great then this is the company. Thank you again! Great guy and reliable! We were 75 miles from home on a Sunday. Took us all way to Queens NY for a reasonable price and had a great time during the trip. Renato is truly the one to call.

My son had a flat tire late on weekday night and I was not close enough to assist him. ALLTOW was able to be on site quickly and was able to get him back on the road. Also, my son overpaid a small amount and I received a phone call to give him back his cash! That s not something you find everyday!Call Alltow for EFFICIENT and HONEST service!

This morning at about 6:40am my wife s car s on the passenger side had a ball joint break and the car was undriveable. I googled looking for tow truck companies around me frantically looking for someone as we are new to the area only here while my wife serves out her active duty contract. That being said I came across All Tow and got in touch with Renato who is the owner. He got to my wife and I in less than 40 minutes and walked me through basically everything that happened and why it happened as he was hooking the car up. He told me he d try and get the work done to the car as soon as possible. This wonderful man fixed my wife s car by 5:00pm it was done in a timely matter (faster than I would have ever imagined) and his pricing is reasonable with quality work. He proved to be a great person with a wonderful business and I would definitely recommend All Tow to everyone in Wappingers Falls and the surrounding areas, you dont find many people like Renato and his shop.

So today Christmas Eve I lost my keys I was in a panic because I had to get car towed to dealer by certain time because they were closing at 1 due to holiday. I called several tow truck companies and none could help. I called Alltow and hung up because I thought I called them already. A very nice man named Renato called me back and i said i am so sorry i think i called you already he said no you didnt this is our first time speaking. So I told him my situation and he was honest in saying he could not get my truck to dealer by that time because of traffic and my specific car needed to be in neutral to get on tow truck without using any extra equipment. So then he gave me a number to a locksmith that could possibly help me and everything worked out great! Renato even called me back to follow up and make sure I got in contact with Mya Locksmith. Renato you are an Angel that you for taking the extra step in trying to help me when you could have easily said I cant help you sorry. Merry Christmas to you and your family

I was recommended by a friend to use this shop to look at my car since I was having issues with my steering they kept saying that they are working on it but when I arrived at 5 pm after leaving my car there at 7am they had just started to look at my car and said it was my power steering pump and said well your car is old so you might need to get a new one soon and told me if I ever needed a tow to call them. The following day I started my car and then the injector coils went. I am convinced to this day that they did something to my car even though they will never agree to that. This shop is a scam just trying to get your money DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!
