Our visit to Acura Wappingers was without pressure. Riann was our point of contact and was extremely helpful. It was one of the best experiences we had buying a vehicle. Riann was available for and answered every question we had. Would definitely buy another vehicle from her and Acura....

This was my second time visiting this dealership and honestly I had the best experience with my salesman Alex. From my first car I purchased there which was a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta he made that process go so smoothly and moved very efficiently to get me into a vehicle. My second time around he helped me purchase my second car alone! The honesty and patience with me the second time around made me feel really comfortable and helped me a lot with understanding the process of buying and owning a car all by myself.Overall I had an amazing experience and will be back again!!!

Alex was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and worked with me and my husband to give us all options. He disclosed all costs and explained everything in detail. The finance guy, Jay, was also great when we finalized everything. Matt at Acura in Wappingers Falls, was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my Acura Integra. Not only was professionalism provided throughout my experience, but I was provided with knowledge on all the car models, features and options that suited me best. The communication was open and clear and even went above and beyond in making sure I got the best discounts. He heard me out and was not pushy at all, making my experience extremely positive. Riann and the rest of the team was fantastic. She was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. She even allowed me to look at the vehicle on two separate occasions to make sure it was the right fit for me. They got me a very fair price and there was no pressure tactics used. I'm very happy with the car that I had purchased and will definitely use them in the future when I'm in the market for another vehicle

Riann was amazing from start to finish. I had a little hiccup with the title of the car I was going to trade in. It took almost a month to resolve. Riann was very patient, answered all of my concerns and would periodically check in. She was always available when I needed her. I never felt I was a bother with all my questions. Jason from finance is also great. There was little hiccup with the financial process but he ensured it was rectified immediately. Overall this is my third Acura (MDX) from Acura from Wappingers Falls and I highly recommend them!! Thank you Riann and Jason! See you again in a few years ;)

Alex was my sales person and was amazing. He made the process so easy for me and really cared about my experience. I stopped by the dealership with my wife Saturday to look around. Edward Sansone helped us. (He was my salesman for the MDX I purchased there a couple years ago and was looking to trade in.) Ed showed us a 2020 Acura RDX SH-AWD Technology pkg. We test drove it and decided to buy it. He wrote up the paperwork and I was to pick it up Wednesday, November 8th. Ed is very knowledgeable and eager to make your experience there a great one. Hetook care of everything and the transfer was seamless. Phillip Georgio was there when I bought both vehicles. He's very outgoing, pleasant and a great manager. He manages a top notch staff. Today, when I picked up my RDX, Jason Foglequist handled my extended service plan. He's friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing as well. Everything went without issue . I highly recommend this dealership and Edward, Phil and Jason. They're great guys and are like family. The service department there is one of the best. We'll be purchasing again in April when my wife's lease is up. Great place, great people and always a pleasant experience. Thank you, guys!

This is our second purchase from Acura of Wappingers Falls and I have to say they are the best. Always professional, personal and friendly service. The salesman, Joe Pizzella, was great and a pleasure to work with. Never felt pressured in any way. He took plenty of time to explain the car s features with my spouse and even programmed her cell phone. Their service department is top notch. Knowing the service is done right provides peace of mind whenever you re behind the wheel. No regrets dealing with this company.

This was my first time visiting Acura of Wappingers Falls and it was by far the easiest dealership I have ever dealt with. I ve been servicing my car at Acura at Wappingers Falls for about 3 years now and have had nothing but a great experience so far.Recently I was looking to buy a bigger car and settled on the MDX. While I was getting an oil change decided to go up to the show room to see if any MDX within my budget were available. I had the pleasure of working with Riann, she was very helpful and encouraged me to explore all my options before making a final decision. Days later I came back to test drive an MDX I had seen on the dealer s website but it wasn t available to test drive due to a recall. Riann showed me other options within my budget and found a newer MDX, same color I wanted within my price range. Me and my wife went through the entire process with our toddler present and Everyone at Acura at Wappingers Falls were very patient with us, even let him drive some of their toy cars.Big thank you to Riann and Jon for the awesome car buying experience. It was a pleasure to work with a true car enthusiast who knows every detail about not just the Acura product but others as well. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for future purchases.

Went through the entire process online with Alyssa, Dan, and Tara. It was smooth, easy, and they were able to communicate over email for the majority of the process, which was huge since I have limited cell service during the work week. They were upfront with everything and we came to a deal quickly. Big shout out to the product specialist Tara who finalized the deal and organized everything for a smooth and quick delivery. Drove about an hour and a half to the dealership and was in and out in less than an hour. An overall excellent experience!

This is without question the best dealership I ve ever worked with. I traveled all the way from AZ to buy a vehicle here (flew out and drove it home great road trip adventure!). I initially just called since it was priced so well, but I stuck with the purchase because Alex and his team made the process so smooth! He was on top of every detail. And get this when I got to the dealership after a long flight, Alex had PIZZA from a local spot to greet me with because I knew I d probably be hungry incredible! If this dealership was closer to AZ, I would never buy another vehicle anywhere else but who knows, maybe I will even with it being over 2000 miles away from me! Thanks Alex, Brittni, and team for such an awesome vehicle buying experience!

I bought a 2023 RDX. After trading in my 2020 TLX . This is my 3rd car purchase from Acura in Wappingers. I ve always had the pleasure with working with Jason and Tara . First I would like to say that each time Over the past 14 years that I have had my vehicle serviced at, and only at your dealership everyone has been courteous and professional. However my visit on April 9th was disheartening. A new computer system, which was not understood by employees caused me an hour delay to check out. In addition the usual paperwork of exactly what was done in inspection and other service details was not available. This is something that I have not experienced in any dealership, ever. The new system should have been better prepared. It seems to me like the former experience of going to the Acura dealership is now on par with and in some instances lower than ordinary dealerships. Please don t consider this as a complaint as much as an observation of diminishing overall service experience.

I highly recommend Acura at Wappingers Falls to any and everyone who are in search of a new vehicle. I previously bought my first RDX from here in 2020. Just recently traded it in for an upgrade with my amazing sales rep, Riann Westerduin. She helped me find my perfect upgraded vehicle and make sure I was satisfied with my trade in value. Riann was amazing and was always there if I had any questions. Jason, who handled all the financials, is 100% professional and an amazing person to work with.
