This was hands down the best car financing I've ever experienced. Mike was upfront, funny, laid back, genuine, and experienced. The entirety of the process was smooth. He and his partner do a great job at selecting used vehicles, and I'm pleased with my car. These men were clean cut, well dressed and their shop is very clean as well. The service was truly top-notch and I will be back!

These guys are the best!!! Mo and Mike got me into the nicest car!! I was worried about financing Mike helped me out! He made it work for me.Mo was helpful and knowledgeable a good businessman He took care of my car buying needs quickly and promptly.I would defiantly recommend Active auto sales to my friends !!

I hope you can read my review before going with these scammers. I bought a car from them a year ago and my car had a light on the dashboard that they had to fix and never did. While they are selling you the car, they greet you very happy after you tell them that they sold a car in poor condition and they leave angry saying that they are going to fix it and they never do so so I do not recommend them. I invested a lot of money in this car because I had to change almost all the parts. I hope my comment can help you not fall for these scammers.

Crooks! Do not buy a car from here! I should have known from the start, it was advertised with all the bells and whistles, didn't have any of them but prices like it did.Everything that could go wrong went wrong and the guys there don't help at all. Once you own it it's your problem.

My daughter and I walked in and were greeted by David. A very professional, no pressure environment was glad to assist us. Then we met Mike, Mike is a warm loving guy from down the block. Told him was I was looking for and agreed the car we were interested would be our best bet. His whole team was involved in a seamless almost family oriented deal. The car being purchased is to get my daughter through to her masters degree and I am confident that this little car will stand up to the plate. Not only did we get a great deal, but we were treated like family. Honest to God, Active Auto is the place to go for a trust worthy, humbled environment to work with. Thank you Mike, Dave and Nick!!!!! You have this momma a huge breath of fresh air knowing our daughter is safe driving one of your cars!!!!! We will be back

I went to active auto with intentions of getting a new car due to having so many issues with my prior. Mike was of great assistance in helping me get a reliable, reasonable priced vehicle. I walked away very satisfied of his service & walked away with a car I love. He continued to communicate every detail of the car with me and what I can afford. I know i can reach active auto with any issues and they will be of my assistance. I highly recommend visiting this location if you are in need of a new car & needing one fast.

Be careful.. these people sell bad cars .. I bought a Honda pilot 2012 .. it came out very bad. Now I already spend a lot of money fixing it .. they don't do anything. Bad dealer bad dealer bad dealer bad dealer bad dealer bad dealer bad dealer bad dealer bad dealer and bad Service

Car buying made easy! Great service. I hadn't bought a car in 14 years, so I was more than a little bit apprehensive but Mike was great. He walked me through the process. He found me great financing AND a great warranty. He went above and beyond to provide me with a great car buying experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Don t get a car here unless you re looking to get screwed. I made a down payment on a car and was told I could drive it off the lot that day. I had to get insurance first but then was told I had to wait 3 days to get my car. I waited and on the fourth day I called. The fifth day I called. I called twice a day every day and was told every single time that the salesman Mike was on another call or had just stepped out of the building and would call me back. He never called. I had to go in person and find out what was going on with my car. I explained that over a week ago I made a down payment and paying insurance for a car I don t have. The salesman Denny told me I m sorry it s an inconvenience for you but we re the ones losing everything here he told me that they kept driving it and testing it and it wouldn t pass inspection. They literally tried to get the car to pass inspection just enough to get it off the lot and then it would be my problem. Do not get a car from them. They are rude, unprofessional and really have no knowledge about cars whatsoever.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Mike at Active Auto Sales. Mike was a pleasure to work with! The vehicle is in excellent condition. The vehicle came with a document indicating the work done to prep the vehicle for sale. The folks in the office were polite, kind and accommodating. The purchase was quick and efficient. We almost didn't come here to look at cars and are very happy with our experience (despite some of the stupid reviews on this page). 10/10 experience! Highly recommend!! Thanks for everything guys. You're awesome!

The guys over at Active Auto Sale put my daughter in a sweet well maintained BMW 3 series. Sale was very helpful with all my questions and getting us in the car was fast and painless!! Highly recommended

This place should not even receive the 1 star you choose. I was sold a broken car.. initially it ran okay but we quickly learned it burned through oil VERY quickly. After repairing spark plugs, coils and injectors we realized it needed a head gasket. The car somehow managed to pass inspection. Mo was knowledgeable on the cars and made us feel confident we were picking a great car seeing as no other lots had many cars nor in our price range. Being 8 months pregnant and having a toddler this car should never have been on a lot. They also never knew I was coming to get the car as there is no communication between the sales people and the owner. The car was never cleaned or prepared for us. The car needed brakes and a suspension which we chose not to replace and trade in before it became a death trap for me and my family.

Just bought a truck from them not even a week ago. Called them and said there is Abad suspension squeak and the belt makes noise. Then I drove it at night and you can't see. Because the head lights are out of alignment. He said you should've gotten a warranty and I said you gave me a30 day. He says only on drive train, sorry sir I'll have my guy look at it. I just gave you 16,900 and you won't help.

Ok, so keep in mind that there is a used car shortage, most other dealerships in the area sell out of good used cars within days (yes, before they even get the pictures posted.) Also, if you are looking for used vehicle, you already know it is imperfect. That being said. I was offered a FAIR price for my trade. I was given 30 day, 1000 mile warranty with them as well as the aftermarket warranty I purchased. I was also, able to secure a low rate with the credit union. When I test drove the vehicle, it seemed fine. Shortly after, turns out it needed quite a bit of work. It took some time and several more visits to resolve them all, but I hung in there and they tried very hard to be polite to an overworked, neurotic, mom. Ultimately, my car is officially solid. My payment is very low. I appreciate having a safe running vehicle and they made that happen. If your looking for frills (higher prices, lower trade in value, free coffee, cute receptionist etc.) those can be found elsewhere. If you're looking for a reasonable deal from a hard working group of guys who may or may not be working through lunch when you arrive.... Active auto can help. Thank you Nick, Mike, Mo and... I can't remember yer name but nice guy!

I personally wouldn t finance with them, get approved from YOUR OWN BANK. They ll tell you the bank needs to approve you, but they pull your credit like 7 times with multiple credit unions. My credit is in good standing so I should ve been approved off rip. They gave me 11 hard inquiries in total and (one of them was unauthorized) so I didn t get a car from cause they kept playing games telling me my car is ready to be picked up, but when I arrive to the dealership it turns it out it wasn t ready! Like don t tell people one thing then do another! Their communication is so poor! and mike is SO unprofessional and doesn t communicate well. Mo is the only employee that s actually respectful and tries to help people

I will never buy another car from these guys. I bought a car back in March and it s been in and out of the shop ever since. It went to a GMC dealer yesterday who informed me today that I need to replace the engine. $10,000!!! The car isn t even worth $10,000. Now I m in the hole with negative equity and when I called yesterday Mike told me this ain t our problem try your warranty it is their problem when they sold me a car that metal fragments all over the engine!! How is it possible your mechanic missed that?!?! Now I have no car with 2 small children 12 days before Christmas.

The WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I have had my 2013 ford explorer for not even 1 year and I have replaced more parts then I should have! DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM THEM!!!!

Bought a 2015 Ford Focus for my son. Thought I got a good car for a good deal .boy was I wrong. They just have car ready to drive off the lot & to last for a short period of time. Be prepared to dump money into the car to keep it running

They were great enough to approve me for a car with my credit was low, but they sold me a car that was already broken. It had a bearing that would and it had a lower control arm that was also shot. They lied and claimed that it passed inspection, but I think we all know how that goes. After several pairs a car continued to have issues. And needs a complete front end redone, not to mention it's led to at least two almost accidents. Are you there mechanic is garbage, or they're practices are.And on top of that, they seem to get annoyed because I was contacting them, and bringing my car back so many times, when i The car that they sold. Never disclaimed any of the work necessary on the car. Didn't mention a Carfax or anythingBut either way I would steer clear unless you really really have No other choice. Pls spread the word.

I just want to say I got my Jeep Cherokee from these guys & when I tell you * knock on wood * I m in heaven . They treated me like family from even seeing if I would get approved . and when I did get approved it was easy sailing from there . Big shout out to these guys !!! If you re looking for a used car and don t know where to look definitely check them out !!!

I've got my car from them for 3-4 months (Sept. 2022) my first car. The 1st issue I had was the brakes squeaking. I called Active Auto Sales a number of times regarding this problem, Mo said "You should have new breaks, and they would need to be worn in., just call back if it continues." I called back a number of times left voice mails and still THEY WHERE NO HELP AT ALL.A friend told me to get the Maintenace records, so I called (12/10/22) Active and spoke to Mike he said, "No problem" and agreed to email me but I'm still waiting for that, and I just called today (12/28/22) for someone named Nick to tell me they don't keep the records at all and as of (12/27/22) I had to put my Tucson into the shop due to NO heat.Make matters worse Aul warranty won't cover the issue and so it's 700 out of pocket. BUYER PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR WALLET RETHINK ABOUT BUYING FROM ACTIVE AUTO SALES, IN WAPPINGERS FALLS, NY.
