Terrible experience! They used brush on my new car and put scratches. Also, the vehicle was not dried properly, and the car was not vaccumed.

this place deserves 0 stars I went today to get a car wash and payed $35 for it legit looking the same as it was before . such a rip off they legit finished within 5 min you could ve at least wiped it down a little this is so embarrassing for your company I normally never write reviews but needed to for this!!

The worst car wash experience of my life. I have been to many car wash places and i have never been this disappointed. All they do is hoover which they also do a mediocre job at. I can still see dust in the corners. The windows weren t even cleaned properly. They left the napkins in my cup holder. I can t believe they are charging so much to do such a bad job. Never returning here. Save your money and go to a different place that actually show care in their work.

I have had a great experience and have been looking for a hand wash car wash. I get the exterior package and my car comes out clean every time, never any issues. Great customer service to Giovanni and his brother.

A high end car wash. From the interior cleaning to the hand wiping, this car wash really does a great job. I use to have a gentleman come to my location to properly wash my car. Wantagh Car Wash is even better and a lot more economical. Kudos to the manager, Yobani. He has a consumer friendly manner and a wonderful knowledge on how to properly detail or wash your car.I would strongly recommend Wantagh Car Wash to anybody who enjoys their vehicle as much as I enjoy mine.

Got my 2020 Cherokee fully detailed before my snowbird trip to Fla. After 2 months I have the best looking Jeep in Southern Florida! Cant wait to come back in April to get my Spring detai!!!This place is awesome!

A nice car wash, and they do a really good job. But they charged me $35.00 for a full service wash, and I think this is on the high side.

Had my car/truck washed today at this facilityAfter going thru the first time, NEVER wiped down the running boards, interior door trim panels, inside of ANY of the ft door framesRoof had to be wiped down because on a white dust/dirt on it. NEVER opened and cleaned the inside tailgate frame, save your money and go elsewhere $34 and tires were never applied the shine I paid for!

Giovanni and his brother Danny do an outstanding job on the car and their staff are closely monitored and most of the car washers go above and beyond to make your car look great. Sue inside is very friendly and easy to talk to as are the other register folks. Great place great people solid management

I am looking into how to report this place for false advertising. Save your $27. The ONLY thing I asked to be washed today was to have the post snowstorm salt rinsed off the undercarriage. If it meant I had to pay for an entire exterior wash, so be it. The check in staff assured me that the undercarriage was included in the basic exterior wash. I could see through the customer viewing window that the ONLY thing that didn't get washed was the undercarriage. When I explained this to the cashier, he deadpanned, "well, you can pay and go through again." Then looking over my shoulder, he called "NEXT!" So...dishonest. Incompetent. AND rude. Avoid this place at all costs!

Where do I start? I have been coming here for over 30 years. I was there this week using a gift card that someone gave me for the holidays. I bought the 'Gold' wash, as they will Armor All my tires when it comes out. I know it gets busy after a week or so of inclement weather, or the weekends, but a thorough job should still be done, especially after what it costs now. The last few times my windshield and back window were dirty, especially around the edges, where I had to clean them again when I got home. Then this time, they shut my car off so the hazards weren't blinking to alert that the tires had to be done. They all walked away (even though my car was still half wet) and I had to show one of the guys my receipt that I paid for this. The guy who did it was like the Flash. Zip zip zip and poorly done. I know prices have gone up everywhere, but $40 is still a lot of money to get a car washed, especially since you do not have your ala carte menu up any longer. I am going to exhaust the card, and going forward I will find other options. I may still come back here and there, but money is money, and I am not getting my money's worth when I leave with a car that's still dirty. I won't even get into the vacuuming, even though I keep my car mats very clean. A quick run with the vacuum doesn't do the trick.Editors note.....Yes, I've been coming on and off for 30 years due to this exact issue. There have been times were my car was rushed through, and I went to other places. It's more of a convenience to come here than anything else as it's on my way to and back from work. Other places are a little out of the way. That said, it's more import than ever since your place as become very expensive, and more than half the times the car was rushed through or just a quick wipe when it comes out. I will be there to finish off my gift card, but you need to know by the other reviews how people bring up the same thing. Thank you.

Disappointed truthfully !I only came here versus my regular car wash for convenience, but i'm regretting my choice. I waited 20 mins around to actually get to the guys in the back. He asked me what packaged; I chose the Gold which was only $5 more- it included tires shine. They changed me $3 more for being "oversized." I've never been charged that fee before.They vacuumed the inside, then it got sent for the exterior wash. After the exterior, then did the interior again for the windows, and a last wipe down as well as drying the outside.They didn't put the matts back in properly. My seats weren't wiped down like I was told. They cup holder wasn't cleaned out, as well as the sunglasses/change holder up top. There s more that they didn t do so I included photos.I'm extremely disappointed in my $33 (before tax) wash. I guess I will be continuing my drive for a better wash and priced car wash! My little brother could have done a better job.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I came here for a car wash and I am extremely disappointed. Inside of my car still has noticeable scuffs, dust, and smudges. It is clear that they didn t clean my cup holder whatsoever, and my dash is also still filled with scuffs and smudges. Outside of my car literally still has dirt caked by my wheels. Now I m on my way to go buy car wipes so I can do the job inside myself.

Have gone here a few times already and have been disappointed every time. Today I purchase their top wash which included vacuum and interior clean. My windshield and windows were wiped with the same cloths for the outside so there's and oil film on them. They were supposed to wash the mats and never did. The vacuum job was extremely poor. The backseat still has dirt on it that would've been pickup with the vacuum. Will not be returning. Not worth almost $70 for basically an exterior wash. Much better hand wash places. You're better off going to others.

Went there today, drove home to Bellmore and had to clean all my windows. They wiped the truck down, and then did my windows last, they were filthy, as were my side view mirrors and my two month old chrome rims.Nobody takes pride in their work anymore....sad

Wantagh Hand Car Wash is exceptional! The customer service is amazing, not to mention the way my car looks afterwards. They treat it with care and quality! The professionalism and care with handling the detailing is A1. I will not be going anywhere else as the quality and level of accommodation is unmatched!

One of the most expensive car washes I've ever had, and one of the worst. The car was not vacuumed well at all, and dash board and interior of the car was haphazardly wiped down. I would never go back again!

Had an absolutely great experience! Everyone was welcoming and the wash came out great. Harris, the owner, in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They ve found a lifetime customer.

I ll take the drive to other car washes before going back. Truck did not come out fully clean it wasn t fully dried. Dropping $50 wasn t worth it.

Terrible and over priced. I usually go to seaford Carwash because they are the best. I came here because seaford was closed. My back seat snd door panel was very dirty cause of my kids and I asked the guy if they would be able to clean it and he assured me that if get their most expensive package they will clean it really well. After paying $60 they didn t even touch the back seat. When I showed it to the manager he said they ll take care of it and did a cover up job. My seat and panel is still dirty and I m out of $60. At seaford I pay $35 and my car leaves like it just left the lot for the 1st time. Don t waste your time and money. Go elsewhere. Before and after pics posted. The last pic is the after. Came here today around 1PM for the first time after moving to nearby town recently. The employees appear to be nice but the wash itself was below average. Numerous stains left behind on large easily noticeable areas.

Update: Last time i was there they clearly had issues with the machines because i had leaf stains on the hold that were almost untouched. Told the owner and he said if you come back now i will look at. Could not come back and i'm annoyed he did not take my name so i could get it fixed in a day or two. The lines are long and I had client appointments and could not come right back. Really disappointed by that serviceVery Impressed by Miguel who does the vacuuming at the beginning of the car wash.My credit card fell out of my wallet and I had no idea. He literally ran to me to give it back to me!!I could not tell the manager fast enough and she told me he does it all the time and has found hundred dollar bills and other valuables and gives it to the customer without hesitation.Really refreshing to see such an honest hard working person and now my now favorite car wash!

Whole reason I went here was so my vehicle could get the attention of a hand wash... lol, what was I thinking? My truck was not discernibly filthy, but it had been on a long drive and through some rain. Needless to say I was unsatisfied with their over priced service. Had to go home and clean parts of the truck myself anyway.

The customer service here is fantastic and all the guys here do a great job keeping my Tesla fresh and clean. I also use a monthly unlimited plan and I can bring my car in as often as I want. Highly recommended!

This car wash does an amazing job. You can buy a monthly unlimited.. It is definitely worth it. I've never seen a car wash use as much soap as they do.I go at least once or twice a week.Just went this morning.

The place is good but i paid $47 for this car wash excepted a better job than their regular car wash i got same treatment they didn't even polish the rims. A lot of soap but no rinsing i would recommend people to save money and just get the regular wash instead

I had a curb scratch on my mercedes e300 rim...I spoke to Harris and he was very honest. They fixed my rim really nice for a reasonable price and great customer service...Thanks! Here is the before and after pics

Paid for the $59 package went there because it said hand wash and have a new truck. Was exactly 18 minutes wash and truck is still dirty missed a ton of spots outside. Now looking back at the reviews I shouldn't have went here. Owner needs to do something besides responding to everyone's bad review with saying give us another chance. Quality needs to go up.
