PARK AVENUE SERVICE worked on my classic Ford pickup. This shop is very meticulous and clean. They are top notch mechanics. Other shops didn't see the repairs needed and passed the truck through. Now this is a safe vehicle and runs like a charm. I would highly recommend them for your classics and car repairs. The owner Bryan is a class act. Never upcharges, does amazing work, and incredible talent. He s been working on cars for most of his life and is one of the most knowledgeable people in the biz. Shop was quick and super professional. Had a fuel smell coming from my Jeep Wrangler when the tank was full. Completed a smoke test to diagnose where the leak/fumes were coming from. Dropped the gas tank and found the cracked fuel pump which they order parts for and replaced astonishingly quick. Called to give me updates every step of the way. Pricing was spot on for the work they did. Honest and Trustworthy. Overall great shop and great experience on my end.

My family has been using Park Avenue Service for about 15 years. The mechanics are honest and do quality work. I've had friends bring hard to diagnose issues to Park Avenue and they've had swift resolutions. An all around great shop.

Nice guys, good service, they just always seem to want to try and make a little extra on you. I take all my cars there and when i take them for inspection they always try to push wiper blades on every car( and other things), very annoying. They don't even call you to ask your permission they just change them and charge you. This place is very disappointing considering i have 3 cars i take there won't be going back anymore. They definitely don't have your best interest in mind just their own.

Tom and Brian were great!!! It is frustrating whenyour car that you depend on everyday has issues. It is frustrating partly because it is hard to find caring and trustworthy auto service center. I found exactly what I was looking for at Park Avenue Service. The communication and professionalism was excellent, not to mention the quality of the service. Strongly recommend!!!

Had my jeep lifted and a new bumper put on here. Brian sat down with me and went over all the details so we could discus all the options. The jeep rides better than stock and looks awesome. Work done was meticulous. I highly recommend then for all service needs and definitely if you plan on any customizations to your wrangler.

I bought the complete brake set, all he had to do was the work, front brakes 250. -275.00 with parts providedBack brakes 350.00- 375.00 with parts provided.Prehaps because I was a woman the price was that cost. I am not sure.

Always confirm the price prior saying yes to any service. My wife had a very bad experience today charged 51 dollars for an oil change that would have costed 19.99 else where. Not even synthetic blend oil. Also, they were trying to make more money out of her by offering tire rotation for 40 dollars more. Good that she denied the not needed service. Bad experience and they like customer who don't know how auto mechanic business goes.

I needed to get my car inspected. It was done in a timely manner. The guys there answered my questions. They were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Took my car in a couple times and was very pleased both times. Both times work was done on time and at a reasonable price. No upcharging, unnecessary work or any gimmicks like that. Brian makes getting work done on your car worry free.

Needed to find a new mechanic for my three cars to be serviced. Choose park Ave Service because of its closeness to my home. First car Oil change Inspection no issues they said I need wipers but I said no as I do those things myself, on the bill it said $6.99 for engine coolant, ok I do not check that so maybe... Second car in for oil and inspection, prior to bringing in I added windshield wiper fluid but my receipt stated $5 for washer fluid. I called back and questioned and Brian said they topped it off, really $5 worth when it was full. Now today the third car oil change and inspection, received a call that I need rear brakes $300, I said no it is a car that I do not drive a lot do not want to spend that on brakes at this time, they said cannot pass inspection. Ok whats the total cost, $84... why so high for an oil change? We have to charge you for the inspection, WHAT! Yes we hooked the car to the machine so we need to charge you, well did the inspection machine tell you I needed brakes, well no you eyeballed them so why are you telling me I have to pay for inspection.Ok, I go there and they took off the previous inspection sticker. Why did you do that to me when NYS stated that due to Covid there was a suspension of the need to inspect cars.NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a classic car And I just did not want to bring it to anybody but Brian and his staff took care of my car as if it was there own I was very comfortable with leaving my classic car with them and very happy with their work and will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them I also bring my regular everyday car to themServices: Carburetor cleaning, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto A/C replacement
