Had a problem with my auto start and stop on my f150. I made my appointment and they jumped on my truck right away.the problem was fixed and also a free oil change in a short amount of time.they also kept me well informed on what they were doing.PS friendly professional Service.

Got my rear brake pads and rotors replaced quick and with no hassle. Great service. Definitely the place to go to get your Ford Truck fixed.

Great team of people here. I bought my F150 Diesel from them new and have used their service team for all regular maintenance. So far, very happy with them. Responsive, professional, they do the work right and get my truck back to me fast. They keep their appointments and are up front and fair about the work they are doing. Just went to Hassett for work on my F150 after getting the run around from another dealer. Oh what a difference! Michele and the front desk team were outstanding during the entire ordeal. They know what true customer service is all about - everybody that works in that shop! Hat s off to the entire team! I have to dramatically rectify the review of this place. I never had any major issue with my car until recently. After problems arose I realized how bad this place is. The waiting room is a table and chairs in the work area. The advisors had been rude and unprofessional. They often did not properly check in my car and less then willingly reported my concerns on work orders. After many visits to this place with no solution to the issues affecting my vehicle, I was even refused paperwork proving the attempted repair.

First time going to the truck service @ Hasset. Had a recall on steering damper, apim, and other things. They listened and took care of it promptly. No run around. Truck is like night and day now. Completely different truck after I told them about the problems. Glad I went with Hasset with the service as I am very picky. I will not go anywhere else.

I called and made an appointment for an oil change and they took me right when I got there. Great service, friendly staff. I will definitely be going here again.
