I had two vehicles with multiple recalls cared for. I had to reserve a loaner pretty far in advance, but the loaner was clean and exchange was very efficient. Repairs took almost 2 weeks, but Alex stayed on top of it, supplying updates. And he had a few troublesome issues resolved in the interim that I had casually asked be looked at. Alex is top notch and makes your Repair Department look good every time I come in.

I rarely, if ever do reviews. I believe most people will find the time to complain about a company or service. I feel the service at Hassett Fords deserves the time to complement them on outstanding service. From purchasing my vehicle, to every aspect of service they have been pleasant, friendly and above all honest which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend

I recently had my car serviced at Hassett Ford and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car received top-notch service. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and provided me with transparent pricing options before proceeding with any repairs. This level of transparency and communication is something that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the turnaround time for my car's service was surprisingly quick. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call informing me that my car was ready earlier than expected. This efficiency allowed me to get back on the road without any major disruptions to my schedule.

I bought a used Ford Explorer on 02/02/2024 when I picked it up I went straight to Vermont for 3 days. As soon as I got back I told my Used Car Salesman that something was wrong with the transmission, he told me to call the service department which I did. The earliest appointment they had available was March 26, 2024 for a loaner. I took it! Later I figured out that I couldn t easily put gas into the car because the nozzle will keep clicking, like it was full but it wasn t. I called service and they told me to wait till my appointment to fix the problem even though it was cold outside. Finally March 26 came and I dropped off my car. Cathy was very pleasant as usual, she gave me a loaner. When I went to pick up the car, they charged me $100 co-pay. Even though the car was broken when I picked up the car from the Dealer. I spoke to Al (my sales rep) and he asked me Why did you wait so long to bring the car in I told him that s was the easiest they would give me. I told him I shouldn t pay a co-pay and he stated well it didn t come up in the diagnose when they ran the car wow like not my problem

As a fleet manager of over 400 safety service patrol vehicles, this is the best dealership that I have come across. All aspects of service are completed here I wouldn t go anywhere else Michele the service writer takes care of all my service needs. She s the best.!

The staff at Hassett is second to none. Kathy, My Service Advisor, communicated all of my needs to the Service techs 100%. She even dug up a recall on an on going problem with my drivers seat track that the Sercixe techs fixed. Sarah, was very helpful as well with my rental and very knowledgeable. We can t forget about the man in charge Alex who really knows all his customers .Thank you all !!!

This was my first time using Hasslett Ford for service. I needed to replace my transmission ( under warranty ). They completed the job and had my on my way in a few days. Thank you Kathi for your courteous and professional help in this matter. I will definitely be using Hasslett Ford for my future service needs

Service was performed on time and properly, however is severely overpriced for the work performed. Go to Mavis with any tire related problems, they are far better priced. Additionally, they charge a surcharge for using a credit card and don t comply with NYS law as it relates to proper disclosure.

The service was ok for the most part and the truck was repaired and woking fine. However I do have a couple of things I'd like to point out. First I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. After that long wait, I made my appointment but it was almost three weeks out and no Saturday appointments and told they only change oil and perform small repairs on Saturday. Being the first time getting service it would have been nice to inform me where the service entrance is, very hard to find, they need a larger sign pointing to the service entrance that can be seen by all. The kid that checked me in gave me very unclear instructions on what steps were needed after checking in. After that it was smooth sailing and everyone else was very nice and explained the process in great detail

Although the check-in line at 7:25 am was extremely long check-in was efficient n very quick.I was offered to wait for oil change recall n inspection. It took about 1 1/2 hrs just like I was told. Service man was very thorough and polite.Very pleased with service.

I have to say, I am totally impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. I will not go to any other location. I travel all the way from Brooklyn to Wantagh to get the best service possible and they deliver.

Was glad to get an appointment rather quickly for a job that wudve prevented me from driving..Everything was fine but I m very disappointed that regular service department cannot provide a loaner car for over a monthThat s unacceptable after offering that service in the beginning of considering the lease

Everyone at Hassett Ford is amazing. From the person that scheduled the appointment to the service advisor at the desk, everyone was professional and more than happy to help and support. They went above and beyond and checked my vehicle beyond what the appointment was for. They were proactive and helped me move forward with servicing my car.

The service advisor (Ray) who helped me was absolutely terrible and extremely disrespectful. When I came into pick up my vehicle I told him we had spoke on the phone several times that day and he told me that he had 0 clue who I was and said he had no idea where my car was. From my understanding it was a misunderstanding but I think there needs to be repercussions.

Hassett went above and beyond to help me with my 21 mach e. I did not purchase my car yet they were more than helpful. I truly appreciate the time they took to make sure my car was 100% fixed before returning it. Since I have gotten it back, I feel my car is in better shape now than before when I dropped it off! Shout out to the mach e mechanic for doing a through run through of my car!!!I think I will purchase my next ford from them!

I just picked up my Lincoln at Hassett and Glenn was very helpful and courteous..then William came over and helped me and went out of his way to explain my controls and offered me to stop in anytime and he would help me..what a wonderful customer service these two gentlemen provided...I will recommend my family members because of this...thank you!

All Ford vehicles that I have owned have been to Hassett service. At times I have tried other dealers but they cannot match up to Hassett. Frank is an exceptional advisor. He keeps you informed on the progress of your vehicle which I cannot say for other dealers. Will definitely return to Hassett for service.

We didn t purchase our car here but since we have a Ford maintenance plan we decided to take our car here for an oil change. We arrived at our appointment time (8am) but there was already quite a few other cars waiting in line for checking in, so I d advise arriving 15 min earlier than the appointment time. The actual service time was great, we waited in their waiting area and the car was ready in a little over an hour. The staff is friendly. We will come back for future regular maintenance.Service: Oil change
