Very happy with West Branch Collison. I had my gmc sierra getting fixed from a deer hit. They were very quick and easy to work with. They also detailed my truck inside and out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I'll be working with them in the future.

I actually found out about Ben on accident. Hit some black ice on the road from Walton to Franklin and ended up in a really big ditch.Delco towing showed up and recommended West Branch Collision & Collectables. Matthew couldn t say enough about Ben and how great he is with Subarus.I m from Oneonta, so it s kinda out of my way If I ever need any work on my car, I m going to Walton to see Ben at West Branch!Very professional and lets you know exactly what s going on.Ben gives a good firm handshake (very important) and they even washed my car and VACUUMED the inside!!!I have a new mechanic! It s worth the drive!Thank you so much Ben for everything!!

I took my 08 Subaru in to West Branch when all the engine lights were flashing. Ben immediately made time for me and took care of everything, taking time to show me what the problems were and breaking down the costs. I needed a second car quickly, so had no second thoughts buying from Ben. Bought a great car at a fair price. I recent bought a 2010 Subaru legacy from Ben at West Branch Collision Center. He was very knowledgable about the car and easy to work with. There was no pressure on the sale. He want to make sure that was what I wanted to buy. The purchase of the car was very painless with no stress. The car was ready when I requested to be. Ben and other employees were very professional. I would recommend anyone to shop there for the honesty and integrity of the business.

My 2014 Subaru Forrester overheated in Walton, NY and I was directed to West Branch as a Subaru specialist. Walton is over 100 miles from my home, so I opted to have AAA tow the car to a local mechanic that I use. Ben, the owner of the shop was pleasant and kind throughout the process and that did not change after I advised him of my decision to have the car towed close to home to do the required repair. In fact, he invited my wife and I to sit in the air-conditioned showroom while we waited, gave us a tour of his immaculate facility, and when AAA advised that they could not tow the car that day offered to keep it at his facility overnight and give the AAA driver the key when he showed up the next morning, which he did. If I am ever in the market for a used Subaru or need a major repair, I would use Ben at West Branch.

We bought a 2014 Subaru and could not be more thrilled. We had been eyeing older Subarus but weren t confident about trusting sellers. Ben was kind, easy going and super knowledgeable - and most important trustworthy. Great car buying experience and love the car so much!

Wonderful place, wonderful owner! Ben made sure I got a great vehicle at a great price. Highly recommend to anybody and everybody. Not only does he sell quality subarus, he also does phenomenal body work. To top it all off, Ben is easily the most personable and professional person in the auto industry I've ever met the whole process of buying a car from him was quick and painless. Couldn't be happier!

We recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback from West Branch Collision and Classics. Ben, the owner was very professional and personable and made the process painless and seamless. He was a pleasure to deal with. Never pushy. He even detailed the vehicle prior to pick up. If we buy another Subaru I will definitely look here first.

Ben was recommended to us by a friend after a deer hit our Subaru. He is great to deal with and regularly sent us updates on the status of our car. Highly recommend this as a auto body repair shop. The insurance adjuster knew of Ben also was happy to hear we were using them for our repairs. Thanks again!

Bought 2 nearly identical preowned Subaru Crosstreks in excellent condition at a very reasonable price and couldn't be happier. Great satisfaction knowing WBC can also remedy any possible mechanical problems as well as service. Great people, great cars, fair pricing, honest and competent. Best place in Delaware County to buy a used subaru. Might i add that Ben is a man of his word as well. He advertised the car as having remote start and it didn't work. Ben paid to have it fixed by 5 star subaru.

If your car needs attention, this is the place to go!!! From repairs with trained technicians who have a vast knowledge about everything, to the detailed vehicles that come out of their shop in showroom conditions!!! I was a customer and always will be. Westbranch Collision and Classics in Walton, NY are very particular and pay attention to detail when they do any service on your vehicle.
