I've taken my car here multiple times now for routine care. Every interaction has given me the impression staff cares about the customers, and they do quality work. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS i came here about two years ago because my brake lines needed to be replaced. when i called and got a quote they stated it would be about $400. i say perfect and take it in the next day. once i dropped my car off i did not hear from them for a few days until they called and told me they need to charge a $100 more for some part. The day after that day they call and say they need to charge me even more for more parts? And finally the 3rd call i receive from them is that they need to tack on even more to my bill! i ended up getting charged $950. i am almost positive they did not charge me for parts and have certainly pocketed that money. the cherry on top was when i received my car back and they had the audacity to unplug my air hose. my car was sputtering and making all sorts of noises. they did this to make me come back and waste even more money! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE the village drop shop is a few miles away.

I had a great experience with this garage. I'm new back in town & still learning where to go & who to feel confident with.Wendy is awesome, she kept me informed of the state of the repair every step of the way. Alan, the owner, found that the issue was actually going to be much less costly than I had thought (what do I know, I'm a dumb carpenter!).This garage has a new customer for life!

They took me in for an inspection and i was in and out fast plus was lucky they were nice enough to get me in as soon as possible the same day.

This is one of the best auto repair shops I've ever been to. They are super friendly people and very honest about the condition of your vehicle. They also make you feel like family when you show up. I only bring my vehicles here now. They are great people I highly recommend their services!

At first, I was hesitant to come here, but I don't regret coming here at all. The woman was very friendly and they did an excellent job for my oil change and giving me thorough explanation on diagnosing my car as well as the pricing. Since they are a private business in a rural area - of course they're going to be better than a big corporation.

I have been to walker valley repair a few times now, most recently when my car broke down and wouldn t start. I got it towed to them and In less than 24 hours they had found the problem, gotten the part needed and repaired it as well as finding other problems that needed fixing. Every experience I have had with them has been fast, affordable, and well done. The staff are all kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

This place is incredible!! I never write reviews but I m writing this one.We were in the middle of a road trip when the engine light came on. We stopped nearby, and Walker Valley Auto said they d do the work, even after many other nearby mechanics said they couldn t get it done today. We arrived late in the afternoon after a tow, but they had already ordered the needed parts based on our description. They proceeded to diagnose the issue, and when the easy solution didn t work, they stayed late to get it done. Their communication was excellent throughout. They saved us tons of hassle and money, since we were able to get back on the road and didn t have to stay in a hotel overnight. Thank you, Walker Valley Auto!

What a great place! I needed a last minute inspection and was taken right away! The woman at the desk was very pleasant and the owner was very professional and got the job done in a timely matter. I was very happy with the outstanding service! I will be back!

Always a great place to get your vehicle worked on. No surprises or gimmicks. You have to book ahead, because they're that busy! However, give a call and they night be able to squeeze you in...I did!

I'm recently got a flat tire in Walker Valley and, being from out of town, chose Walker Valley Auto because they have good reviews on Google. I'm so glad I did! Everyone was kind, friendly, helpful, and honest. They got me back on the road asap and gave me useful information for the future. Highly recommended!

Always pleasant going there. I know every time my vehicles are in good hands. In and out most cases and nice newly renovated seating was comfortable and cool decor.

Bought a car from them 2 years ago. It was my first car purchase on my own and they swore the car was in good shape. The very next day i drove the car to work and it died in my jobs parking lot. The boss had to come down and change fuses in my car. Within 3 months the car was leaking gas as quickly as it was going in. They said they were no longer responsible for it. Now I am stuck paying payments on a car I can no longer drive. Awful service.

I brought my Ford Flex to 3 other mechanics for a front end noise and they couldn't figure it out. Walker Valley Auto figured it out and got it done at a great price and very fast.

Terrible experience with Staff. Was going to buy a Honda Accord. They said they would fix and replace what vehicle required, They DID NOT. Staff became VIOLENT when questioned about possible mechanical problems with vehicle. STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They may be Racist against Hispanics. Not sure but I am and the way I was treated I have to question.

Total rip off! They gave my car back to me with a check engine light (that it did not previously have) and when I told the mechanic they said that there was nothing that they can do about it. Additionally my car broke down less than a day later with the same problem I brought it in for! Save your money and go somewhere else.
