Paul is great and a man of his word, would recommend his work . I will use his place of business in the future and if you want a reliable place to have RV work done call JP's RV Repair and ask for Paul.

I found JP's RV by chance on FB as I was looking for someone to do my winterization. Paul was very professional and quickly came to the RV location and performed the service. Since then I have taken the RV for him to service it. A totally different experience from Camping World where I used to take the RV for all service plus the shop is in my own community of Orange County, NY. I definitely recommend his service.

Did an excellent job of straightening out an electrical problem I had from another installation from someone else that had gone wrong. Reasonable labor rate. Clean job. Only complaint was that it took longer than expected.

Paul was friendly and arrived promptly when he said he would. He was professional and helpful as he diagnosed a problem with my furnace and A/C thermostat. Unfortunately the system needs parts that are no longer available, so I will have to look for a complete system. After all that, Paul isn't charging anything since he wasn't able to fix the problem. I highly recommend calling him first!Service: Air conditioning

April 2020 I purchased a new Fith wheel from couchs rv in ohio.when I returned home from the 20hr trip I noticed that my rear wheels were rubbing on the frame supports.i contacted the dealer and they instructed me to reach out to JP rv which was locally near me. I spoke with Paul the owner he came over to inspect my unit. He found that the suspension was too soft thus the rubbing. The dealer sent the parts to JP's and he installed them . The issue hopefully is resolved. Ill know more once I head out for my next trip. Working with Paul was easy and he accommodated me to make the process even easier. Called for appt for work on my RV. Spoke to Paul, extremely RUDE. Put me on hold and then hung up. I called back cause maybe it was an accident and then he hung up again. I know it's your busy time of year but I guess you don't need the business. I will not recommend them. NO customer service!

Brought my rv in for repair very honest and quick turn around they did all the maintenance for half the price of other repair facilities in the area. This is the place to come to if you need a quality honest repair
