Great family and great business. Highly professional and have always delivered quality. More so, they are extremely helpful and understand customer service. The amount of time they have been operational in EH is a testament to the organization.

We have used Otto Glass for many, many projects across our home. Hands down a phenomenal experience. The first project was slider doors for our first bath renovation. Then just used them to do a bathtub door with hinge that is stunning, plus two new copper screens for two new screen doors, fixed our back screen door and then provided two plexiglass pieces so the dogs wouldn't walk through the screen door again. Everything was done very professionally on time and perfect! Highly recommend and we do a lot of construction!

Do NOT use this place. I called to get a custom-sized oval mirror - a seemingly basic request for a custom glass place. Three conversations resulted in being told three different things. By the 3rd conversation, I uttered a one-word expression of frustration under my breath (AT THE SITUATION) and MARIANNE, the woman who was reversing what she had told me twice (and by the way never responded to the emails she requested I send - I had to keep calling to even get answers) proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and she started yelling at me. RUDEST MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN QUITE A LONG TIME. I asked for the owner's name and number - her response verbatim: "NO. YOU CAN LOOK IT UP." Nice Marianne - extremely professional behavior.To owner's response below: cute rearrangement of facts. 1) 2 of the phone calls were calling back demanding to speak to owner after Marianne's egregiously rude behavior (which she refused). Others were having to chase her down after she failed to reply to my emails (which she requested I send). Btw Marianne, no one ever believes the "sorry computers have been down" excuse you offered up. 2) I am at a loss as to why copying a designer and contractor makes something more complicated for you - it's called communication so everyone is on same page. 3) Discussion on first inquiry was whether a template was needed. I said our preference was to use the mirror as the template for the frame vs other way around. Her answer could have been "sorry only way we can do it". It wasn't - she (after 4 days and 2 phone calls asking for a response) said it was ok as long as I circled one of two oval shapes she would email me to use as the basis. I said no problem. Several hours later (and a week after the first phone call inquiring about what I needed) she calls back to tell me nope, no email shape for you to circle, we need the template. I guess her 15 years of experience didn't teach her to give customers the correct information the first (or second) time. But nice to see you support your employees, it's a shame that doesn't extend to your customers. Thankfully I've already found another place in the area who is happy to help me.

We've used Otto Glass several times for windows and screens. Their quality is superb. In addition, their office employees are friendly, courteous, and responsive, and their crew both highly competent (e.g. John - and others) and tidy. I completely trust Otto and recommend them without hesitation.

We had glass installed on our industrial looking wire staircases. Rob and his team expertly installed the panels with lovely silver hinges. It enhances the whole look of the house as well as the added safety it provides. Dealing with everyone at Otto was a pleasure and the work was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! They did an excellent job helping me design and install my shower glass doors. In addition, Sam and Maryann deliver great customer service and they were incredibly helpful with a last minute service call.

I have used Otto Glass for the last 20+ years for the replacement of everything in my home - screens, windows, sliding glass doors and replacement of table tops. They only get better year after year. I never have to worry or be concerned with the quality of the product sold or the workmanship of the installation. I highly recommend Otto Glass.

Worst experience ever! Do not use them! It took 2 months to get a skylight window replaced and they always had excuses for the delay. Never called to say it came in until I called them. They showed up at the house to install without calling, used the gate code and entered the house! Never an apology. The owner, Larry, never had the decency to return my call. There are other glass places to consider who are much better.

Excellent company.I had an issue with my glass shower door. They suggested a remediation that I could easily perform myself without having their technician come over. Worked out well.

Needed a plexiglass cutout for a casement window so I would be able to use my portable AC. They went above and beyond by also securing the bracket to the window so I could hook it up right to the window. Excellent service and very fast delivery.

I walked in with a window that needed a thermal glass pane installed 14 x 15 the estimate was given to me for close to $700 having researched and now having taken the window to another company up island the total bill came to $80 quite disappointed with a company that came highly recommend it if you don t want to do the work then just say so!
