Awesome and friendly communication from staff. Repair completed faster than expected. I was a 19 year customer of Bruce from Guilderland Center Auto, who had retired. I had been searching over a year for a new local mechanic I can trust and one who would be confident to work on my classic vehicle as well. I'm happy to say that I've found my place!

My family and I just started going to Carls recently but every experience has been very positive. The communication is great and the estimates provided are accurate with no surprises. More importantly, their customer service is top notch, their prices will beat the dealership, and they are a local business. I definitely recommend Carls for your automotive needs!

At Carls, you are greeted with kindness the moment you walk through the door. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. You are made aware of possible future problems the see. Victoria even went above and beyond by locating a transmission shop and made an appointment for me. Checked in later on to see how I made out. When it come to a company that knows how you should be treated, this is the place. Thank you for being here.

Great with scheduling and support friendly. Not pushy at all about services and do a great job. They have a fantastic balance of letting you know the health of your vehicle and not telling you something your car doesn't really need done yet. They provide pictures for all the findings as a resource to help you decide.

It was a true pleasure meeting Victoria and Katy at Carks Advances Auto Repair. They thoroughly identified and troubleshooted all issues with our older model vehicle and prioritized needed repairs to ensure the vehicle would run smoothly and safely! Victoria was able to replace the heater fan and repair the resistor in my 2006 Tundra truck. So now heat is restored! Advanced Auto has kept this truck going for several years now. They have always done a great job with the routine maintenance.

These guys are the pinnacle of professionalism, efficiency, and quality workmanship. On top of that, Victoria and her staff are friendly and honest and it makes taking your vehicles to Carl s a no brainer! Would recommend (and have) to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic! They also do great detailing work in the building across the street (ask them about it)!

Had a really good experience with Carl s Advanced in voorheesville. I highly recommend them . I got my car inspected & then went to Evan ( Carls custom car Center) across the street & he did an excellent job on putting a sun strip on my windshield! Thank you for a great experience!

I would not hesitate to recommend Carl s Advanced Automotive to anyone in need of automotive repairs.From the moment I walked through their doors,I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of both Katie and Victoria. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the repairs my Toyota Landcruiser needed. It was evident that they were very knowledgeable and committed to ensuring the safety and reliability of my vehicle. The repairs were performed in a timely manner and they actually showed me the defective parts that were removed and pictures of where mice got into my console and wreaked havoc to my emergency brake. They also did routine maintenance and discovered that one of the brace supports for my muffler was broken and replaced it. They returned my Landcruiser in perfect condition and it s been running better than ever. Their attention to detail and quality of work is second to none . They take pride in their work and treated me with respect and courtesy. They have earned my trust and I will continue to be a loyal customer in the future

My experience with Carl's Advanced was nothing short of exemplary. They were willing to work with me to accommodate my schedule. With the initial evaluation of my vehicle they were able to identify the problem causing the noise I was concerned about, wheel bearings, as well as many other problems with my 19 year old suspension, all original to the vehicle when I purchased it back in 2004. It turned out to be a much larger job than what I initially had hoped it would be, but they were able to complete all of the work, despite the attemts from the rust on my car to thwart their efforts. I felt the time to complete such a large repair was exceptional, and I felt the pricing for the work I received was fair and honest. Carl s has really great customer service and has always gotten my car done in a timely manner. I really appreciate their honesty as well, I asked for an alignment when I got new tires on and my car didn t actually need it and they let me know instead of just doing it anyway! Carl's is AMAZING!!! The best of the best! 1969 Alfa Romeo needed a little TLC and Katie was able to locate all necessary parts, install them and have our beauty running like a top!They called AND texted with status updates. I know, sounds like a dream right??!!! They care about the vehicles they work on as well as their owners. I was SO impressed with Victorias operation at Carls Advanced Auto. My car feels like new, no more high speed vibrations! She did a whole list of repairs in one day, including 4 new tires (good ones), for almost half the estimate I got from both the dealer and a big chain tire store. Her inspection and diagnostics were spot on and understandable and she didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need! Amazing what a young woman with a supportive family can accomplish Thank you Carls!!

I had picked up a screw in my tire so it would not hold. Air. Went in and they helped me out. Immediately fix the tire and got me on my way. Good service.

Efficient. Friendly. Fair. On my last visit I was advised to return after I had put 2000 miles on my car, as the work needed was not imminent. There was no charge. I have used Carl s in the past. The service we received was exceptional. They do a complete basic inspection of the whole car taking pictures of areas of concern as well as list the services you want performed. You have the option to accept or reject any service which is amazing and you are given a very clear estimate before work begins.They were able to get my car in on short notice and work was done quickly. This was our first time at Carl's as our long time mechanic retired. We heard good things about them and gave them a try. Fabulous folks at Advanced. Had a loose muffler shield clanging around and needed a lift to access it. Brought it into Advanced and it was a bit more involved that the missing bolt I had spotted. In any event they took care of it in about 20 minutes and when I asked for the bill, the reply was no charge . Really? In this day and age? Now please don t get the idea that you can always bring your car in for repair and get away scot free! I just want you to know that these are honest and accommodating folk who you can confidently rely upon for your repairs. I m certainly grateful for that.
