Went in for deer damage. Received a call that is was fixed. Showed up and it was awful. Still had dents and ripples throughout the damaged area. So it went back in the shop for another week. Got another call that it was completed. Still saw dents and obvious damage. The General Manager told me that he saw zero flaws and that it was "better than factory"! After that I knew I was getting nowhere with these amateurs.So I took my truck to another local collision shop and they saw the uncompleted work immediately. Wish I never wasted my time or money with these clowns. They deserve zero dollars. Lesson learned. They refused to fix my truck correctly and I had no other choice but to pay them to get my truck. Awful.

I damaged my prize possession 1989 Corvette.Mike the tech did an AMAZING Job!!! So pleased with my entire experience.The manager Pat could not have been anyone helpful through the process.The whole team at ASCI were polite professional and all around NICE guys!Caroline

I had some minor parking lot damage that I took in for an estimate. During the evaluation the manager thought he might be able to fix the problem with a little work on the spot. It looks great.Also the staff I had contact were also very friendly and professional.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I brought my vehicle in because unfortunately I had a flat tire. Given that we re just getting into the winter season I had a tough time finding a place that was able to help me same day and in a short period of time. Not only did Charles take my car in on a busy day but he was able to change the oil as well! What really impressed me was that instead of upselling me to a new tire which was what most places would have done, he accommodated my time and finances by repairing it!! My car was only there for a few hours and I left spending under 50 bucks. Clean and honest environment!!Service: Tires

Austin-Spencer has the friendliest, most courteous, helpful, and patient staff I have ever encountered, and their work is second to none. They do high-quality work, turn it around quickly, and charge VERY reasonable prices. I am very glad I found these folks and will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

Had my vehicle detailed here and they did an incredible job. Impeccable attention to detail and top notch customer service. They went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely be bringing my cars back.

A few years ago: car was returned to me with many scratches on quarter panel, roof. Employee had brushed off snow with a brittle industrial broom. Manager said "yeah this is not our best work." Door grossly misaligned by 5+ millimeters when I took receipt of car. I am ashamed I used this place, and only knew that I should expect better when, years later I used Mendon Collision (perfect service!). A hard lesson learned, beware folks.Service: Body & Trim

I have taken my cars to Austin Spencer many times. They do great work at a fair price. Sometimes service takes longer than expected because of ordering parts but Kerry always keeps me up to date so I can make other arrangements for transportation.

Austin-Spencer always does a fantastic job. I ve taken my cars to their Victor location two other times for various body work for dings and dents that weren t my own fault. Fortunately I have never gotten into my own car accident until last weekend, and it really sucked. But Austin-Spencer did such a phenomenal job of fixing the body damage, even getting out really bad gouges from my quarter panel. They are professional, friendly, and always clean up after themselves - my car was cleaner when I picked it up today than when I dropped it off! You can t even tell I got into an accident! Thank you Austin Spencer! I recommend them highly.

My car was bumped by another another vehicle and sustained very minor damage. I brought the car to Austin Spencer in Victor for repair and I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend their service.The manager stated that I could drop the car off on a Monday and they would have it for a week, possibly until the following Monday. I didn't hear from the shop during the week, so I gave them a call on the following Monday, asking how/when I could pick up my vehicle. They stated that they would need the car for another week, but it would be done by Friday, no later. The week went by, no update from the shop, so I called on Friday. They stated they would need it through the weekend. The original 3-5 day estimate was now creeping up on three weeks. When I asked why the original estimate of time was not honored I was told that "insurance companies can be problematic" and that they had to replace the door skin. They had been waiting on parts. One might wonder why the door skin was not ordered when the service was first started after dropoff. I asked for more frequent communication and updates at this point, which was honored.There were multiple issues when I finally picked the car up. I was told that I would be required to bring the car back to finish the repair. Apparently, the mirror was not replaced on the car and they refitted the old piece. Not happy with this development, I confirmed that someone would contact me when the part arrived so repairs could be completed. I was told that yes, this would indeed happen (it didn't...). I was given the keys and told the car was parked out back. After quickly looking it over, I hopped in and turned the key. Nothing. Keep in mind that this is a fairly new vehicle, so failure to start was surprising to say the least. I started to drive to work after a jumpstart and noticed a warning on the dash "Check Rear Park Assist". Indeed, the rear parking sensor was not functioning. I called the shop to let them know of the problem and was told that it would be taken care of when the mirror was repaired. A few days later I noticed a chunk missing from one of the aluminum wheels. It had been noted on the estimate and I was told that it would be repaired. Obviously, it wasn't. The next day I noticed a sharp, cracked trim piece on one of the repaired doors after it cut the hand of a passenger. A day later, upon taking a hard corner, I heard something with substantial mass roll across the top of the headliner. This made my kids laugh...Dad was not laughing at this point. Long story short, I was not satisfied with the quality of work.I gave the shop two stars because they make pickup quite easy. There is rental office on-site. My questions were politely answered when asked and staff are friendly overall. In the end, I decided to trade the car at my local dealer for another of the same make/model. I did not feel confident that the car would ever be restored to pre-accident condition.

They did an amazing job on my car after the accident I had. They also took care of all my brakes and tires while the car was in the for the accident. The office staff was awesome to work with

After a super detail a couple spots were missed, which wasn't great off the bat. However the staff was accommodating and cleaned up it up for me the very next day, no questions asked.Thanks guys.

Was in a nasty accident in Bloomfield last night, car was taken to ASCI- asked Pat, who I was on the phone with if he would call me an Uber to take me to my moms apartment about 5 miles away to pick up her car, he took me himself -What a great guy and a really nice body shop
