My vehicle went in for an oil change and to correct an ongoing issue with the panoramic roof. I took advantage of the valet service which was fantastic, thank you Allen! Edward and the service technician did a great job keeping me informed of the status of my car. Alec even took a video of my service points and let me know what needed attention. How amazing is that!?! Super pleased with this dealership and it's service dept. Well done Williams Ford.

Exceptional service from exceptional people. After winter weather accident, I took my truck to Williams for body repair, and I am soo very glad I did. The staff there are professional and helpful. Kirk and Lisa took their time and explained my repair job, the timeline to complete and how it will go regarding my insurance. They made me feel like im the most important man in the country. My truck was repaired quickly and it looks absolutely beautiful. They even washed my truck and shined my tires. My truck looks even better than when I purchased it. 5 stars! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I brought my 2022 Ford Explorer in for routine maintenance. I was assisted by Service Advisor Edward DiGiovanni. In addition to the maintenance, he advised me of 2 recall alerts on my vehicle, of which I had no knowledge of. He subsequently ordered the necessary parts to satisfy the recall. He was extremely accommodating and thorough. Fully explained everything to me. I just want to give a "shout out" to him for outstanding customer service. It is people like him who make customers happy and confident in their vehicle's maintenance. Thank you!

Initial diagnosis showed backup camera needed to be replaced. After ordering camera an appoint was made. Replacement was made at scheduled time. Initial diagnosis was correct and I now have a working camera. Williams processed my extended warranty claim.

I can't say enough about Patrick from Service Dept. My daughter broke down, needed a new transmission and was unable to be involved all that much in the process. I stepped in as her go to and Patrick didn't bat an eyelash going above and beyond, doing everything in his power to make this issue smooth for my daughter. He work aimlessly to help and made sure he kept me in the loop with everything. He touched base with me daily sometimes couple times a day to keep me informed. I highly recommend Williams Ford, especially their Service Dept. I couldn't have asked for a better person to take the reins in her transmission issue. He is very professional and personable. He didn't ask why my daughter wasn't calling. I can't enough good things about him. If you ever have an issue with your car from them, I highly recommend asking for Patrick when you call for an appointment.

I went in for the works package and when they did the multi point inspection they told me all my tie rods were shot and quoted me $900. I took it to my usual guy for a second opinion because the car rides perfectly fine. He said the tie rods were fine and I really think they tried to rip me off. Not happy at all about this.

After I did an update on my Snyc3, my Ford Pass wouldn't work, and I really like the feature that allows you to start the car remotely. I called Williams Ford to make an appointment with the service department because I had no idea how to fix it. I spoke to Edward on the phone, and he said he hated to charge me for a service call for that, and if I could stop by he would help me resolve the issue. I drove right over, and Edward came out to the car with me and with my phone he did his magic to reset everything. He did all this at no charge, just out of the kindness of his heart. I would recommend Williams Ford to anyone, the few people I spoke to were very kind. Edward told me they have more knowledgeable mechanics than Feduke had (they are located where Feduke used to be on the Vestal Parkway). He also said how great the Williams family is to work for. Thanks again, Edward!

This dealership is the real deal! Don't look any further folks. Tate and I worked a deal fully via their website, text and email. I knew what vehicle I wanted, they had the exact one and were able to meet my price and requirements. No fuss, no muss. We've all been there, spent a day at a dealership, the back and forth, visits to the sales manager, etc. This one is completely different!! A true no nonsense business.If you want to get the best deal with no headache, this is your place to go!

I have a ten year old Focus that is my daily driver, back and forth to work five miles a day nothing crazy. I was at the dealership because I noticed some odd things while driving. It felt unsteady in lower gears so I figured it might be transmission based. There was recall notice on a TCM for my vehicle so I thought I would take it into Ford and get their diagnosis on what the problem was. If it was warranty issue great, if not I could go from there. There was quite a wait to get an appointment but I understood. Everyone was very nice and welcoming so I cant complain about the staff, so I felt confident in my choice to go there for service. I took it in and the tech told me the news was grave, I had all of these issues it would cost $3000+ to work on the car and it wasn't worth it for a car that age, strongly hinted that it was unsafe, it had a clutch slip, some front end components were wonky things like that. So I had it towed to my local mechanic for a second opinion. He thought it was dramatic to have it towed because after only a couple hundred dollars in minor front end work I was back on my way. Was there probably a minor clutch slip in a 10+ year old car. Sure. Was it unfit to drive and I needed to make a major investment to get back on the road safely? Absolutely not. I feel like he was correct to advise me on the issues that the car was experiencing, but I think the diagnosis lacked context and the tone of severity in which it was delivered was unwarranted. Yes to make the car perfect that clutch work would help, but seeing as though its a ten year old car, that I commute back and forth to work with, it put me in panic mode when I didn't need to be in panic mode. It would make sense to put the needed repair in context, not act like it's a pile of garbage without the work and insinuating its unsafe. I know the business is there to make money. I know he was letting me know the issues with the vehicle, and I do believe it was a valid diagnosis overall but it made it seem like if I didn't get the work done now the world would come to an end and the car would explode *dramatic but you know what I mean. Instead of saying " Hey do XYZ now, but you should look into clutch work in the future" it was delivered " this needs to be done now the car is unsafe without thousands of dollars worth of work". Like I said everyone was nice there, and they have a business to run, but I felt a little icky after the whole experience and will likely be going elsewhere if I need to go through a dealership for repairs in the future.

What a change for the better - Williams Ford is a WELCOME change to the Binghamton area! I love bringing our vehicles here. The service department is simply the best I have ever encountered, the parts department is full of knowledgeable staff & everyone in sales is very friendly. 10/10!

From Ron the service department manager, to Holly their customer service guru, I couldn t be happier. If we are ever in the market for a new car we will absolutely be going to Williams Ford Binghamton!!

Since becoming Williams Ford there is a noticable change in atmosphere - the service dept seems more upbeat and friendly. My oil change was done in a timely manner, they went over everything with me and even helped me schedule for future service.

Two and a half weeks to get in for an oil change and then it took over 2 hours. To be precise, it was 2 hours and 15 minutes for nothing but an oil change and tire rotation. I could have done it myself 3 times over in that length of time and I m not an expert . Absolutely ridiculous.

Went to @williams ford on the vestal parkway formerly Feduke ford. So technician tells me entire LED system in my car went out and they gonna have to rip front fender off to find out why the head light doesn t work. It s gonna cost almost $4000. Bring my car to Chenango Sales Ford. 4 hour diagnosis and and $8 part.Thank you Chenango Ford sales for doing your job correctly and saving me thousands.
