I use the Vestal Jeep dealer for all my car maintenance. The staff there has gone above and beyond for me at a number of appointments. On my last visit, I needed an oil change and inspection. The inspector gave up part of his weekend off to come in a perform the inspection. They did this for me without asking. They are truly a wonderful group of people that enjoy helping people. Please give them a try.

Went to test drive a vehicle on my birthday thanks to Victor the salesman he made a special trip to a different location for the vehicle I was interested in, He made sure that it was all nice and clean from the drive he did and all warmed up and ready to go when I got there for my test drive. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle (a 2022 Dodge Durango) and with the help I received from Charles in the financial dept I bought my new car.If you are looking for a new or used vehicle all I can say if go see Victor and Charles between the two of them you will leave with the car you always wanted. While searching online it was clear these guys had the largest inventory of Ram 1500s. My sales guy Harry Gracin was responsive and informative, all without any pressure. We got the deal done and I was on my way home in my new truck in under 3 hours. Would definitely buy there again.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Was able to get in the dealership in the same week as the schedule call was made. Went in for service, the technician found a problem and was able to get it covered through warranty. Very pleased with the communication and service that was had at this dealership. Will definitely return.

We had the greatest experience at this business! We were very impressed with our salesperson, Alicia. She was very knowledgeable about every detail of the vehicle we chose. She took the time to make sure we knew what everything did, and that we were comfortable with each step.She helped us to get the best possible deal. She spent a lot of time with us.Two of the members of our family are small children with car seats. One is nearly an adult, and quite tall. We told her that one thing we were looking for was leg room - both for the kids in their car seats, and for the taller one. She took the time to ask how each person felt, and whether they were comfortable.This experience could not have been better. I am still smiling broadly, as I write this.

I got a flat tire. My salesman went above and beyond to help get my Wagoneer in right away. The service department was very friendly and thorough explaining the tire needed to be replaced. They ordered a tire and got it in immediately, then set up a convenient time for me to come in. There were a couple recalls found on my vehicle and they took care of them for me while my tire was being replaced. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service and highly recommend their sales and service departments to anyone looking for the highest standard of customer service.

I stopped in to find out how to connect my phone to the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan that I had just purchased. Alicia in customer service was most helpful by coming out of the office and showing me how to do that by doing it for me! This is much more than I had ever expected, so kudos to her and that dealership on the Vestal Parkway in Vestal!!!

I was in the market for a Jeep 4xe, and wanted to test drive and do more research before I decided to buy one. Unfortunately for the management team, this was an inconvenience for them, as we weren t a guaranteed customer. We were pushed out of the store by management and told we were unable to test drive the vehicle because we weren t a guaranteed purchase. Do not shop here for a vehicle, management is extremely poor. William, the salesman who was helping us, was the absolute best. Very knowledgeable and kind, but management hindered the entire experience. I would not give them money and urge others to not, either.

Service for a state inspection and oil change was horrible. Confirmed appointment in advance on 9/27, for appointment on 10/5 for 10 am. Dropped the vehicle off at 9:20, work was not completed until 2:19. Tried to call service department but nobody answered, tried 5 times, left message with no call back, finally called sales who had to walk the message over to them. Communication with customers is outstandingly bad. At least they stated when I picked it up that it wasn t their intention for me to have a hard day.

Todd was great when he sold me my Cherokee almost a year ago. I was involved in a car accident which totaled my car and they made sure I got the car I wanted even though we were on a very tight time crunch. He still is more than willing to help in any way needed. My husband also just went through Todd to purchase a Cherokee and had just as great of an experience.Scott in the service department is also wonderful. Very accommodating and one of the most respectful service shops I have been to. I would recommend anyone to either of them.I look forward to continuing to give them my business.

I went to have my car serviced here for the first time. I paid these people $850.00 for an oil change and a PCV valve replacement that was supposedly the issue. After picking my car up, my service engine light came back on the very next day along with the very same issues that I had before taking my vehicle into this dealer. My car broke down twice on the way to take it back to them where I had to leave it for an additional week as this was a holiday weekend and the service department was closed. Thankfully the sales person on-site gave me a loaner. I received a call a few days later and was told the issue was resolved after they reached out to Jeep and it was just a wire that was loose and needed to be plugged back in. I asked about a refund because the oil change and PCV valve replacement clearly was not the issue causing my car to stall and shut off. I was denied a refund and told that there were 2 separate issues while the person argued with me on the phone. First and last time I will ever deal with this location.

Terrible service!Took over 4 MONTHS to get recall work done. Was given dates 4 times of when parts would arrive. They didn't call to update me. I had to call each time. They did not return calls that went to answering machine.When work was finally done, the knob for panel dimmer was broken off. A wire I installed was unplugged. And ignition switch was "sticky". Went back a few days later. Showed service manager issues. He stated he would consult lead technician and call me that evening. That was Friday. It's now Wednesday afternoon. Still no return call.Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

For starters, I was having problems with my power steering system, and I drove my vehicle to the dealership. In the four months that they had my van, they were unable to figure out a single thing with it, and I never received a phone call from the dealership not once. After many times of visiting the dealership, I was told that they were still trying to diagnose the issue even though my van was parked behind the service department and that is where it sat for four months untouched. When I decided to take the car to another repair location, I try to start it to find it will not start at all, so not only did they not try to fix the problem they somehow managed to make it worse so now after four months, I have a van with no power steering and will not even start. Even after I had the vehicle towed to another repair facility I never got a phone call as to why the car wasn t there anymore. The service department at vestal Dodge Jeep Chrysler is a joke and I do NOT recommend anybody go there with any serious problems with their vehicle. I can understand having difficulty solving a problem with the vehicle, or even not being able to get parts due to a nationwide shortage, but not contacting the customer a single time in the four months you have possession of their vehicle is unexcusable.

I brought my 2022 Ram 2500 to inquire about service. I also needed two recalls performed that have been identified as fire hazards. The service manager advised me I would need to be put on a list because the dealership is only allowed to perform one recall a week. Sounds like you are passing the buck of recall work onto other dealerships.

We came from CT to view and test the 4xe and the sales representative named William was a fantastic help! He gave deep details and kept everything straight forward and real. However the management did not want to consider our business because we aren t local? Tim Whiteman s position is Product specialist but he should be the specialist of making sure the company doesn t get business. Wouldn t surprise me if the management was racist and that s why he did not want our business. William keep your head up King and thank you for the help.

I had a perfect experience. My salesman Ed made sure I was informed about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I got a great deal on my brand new 2021 Jeep Compass! I'm so excited for the future to drive my new vehicle and get accessories for it. I know that it will be perfect for the family I want to build and last me a long time. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle they are kind and will make sure you get the vehicle you want.

Went to just look and just asked about one vehicle (which I wasn t going to buy it) just being curious because it was one of my dream cars. Took it for a test drive and was told to come back the next day to talk about the car since I didn t have time that day after that. Came back and the salesman had all the paperwork ready to sell the vehicle. I was told it was just to talk about the car and see if it was what I needed (which it wasn t). Only 2 good things I got out of it was an awd car and the car being a 1 of 1 built like it

Excellent experience. Ed C. was my salesman. He was very helpful in all aspects of my purchase. I ordered a new vehicle (2020) and couldn't be happier. It was a very transparent transaction, meaning there were no surprises or slight of hand. Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. I appreciate the guys (Ed and Dave) for everything they did. Highly recommended.
